Women should not go to this business. Or anyone for that matter. The middle aged man (I believe the owners son) was very comfortable being aggressive towards me and another woman onTWO separate occasions. Gross display of disrespect and completely unprofessional. If you need automotive services go elsewhere.

Worse experience I had in towing, driver cussed me out for having to wait extra 20 min that i was already paying $75 extra, very rude customer service, driver drove illegally thru traffic, slammed the door in my face for asking for receipt , driver threaten me when I asked to change drop off location. Driving against my will with me in the tow truck after asking to pull over and call their boss , It s all on video as well, my lawyers will be contacting them soon, this kind of bussiness shouldn t be allowed

Stuart's was very good to me during a tough time. We unfortunately had a bad accident that resulted in a total loss. Stuart's called me after my car was there for a few weeks to make sure my insurance company picked it up before charges would come way. In addition, the tow truck driver was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I got my car serviced there after an accident. When I got my car back my lug nut key lock was missing. I called Stuart s and they told me that they don t have it even though that s the only spot it could be.Now they are charging me $80 for a replacement. Ridiculous. Also the front desk staff is quite rude.Update: I went there today and they had my lug nuts after trying to charge me for them.

In what was a very difficult time for us, Kevin Sr. (owner) took great care of us from letting us sit in his truck in the cold weather to connecting us quickly with insurance to access the damage. We live out of state, and he was very helpful in cleaning out the car and packing our stuff away for pickup. We are so grateful to him for his kindness. Folks, this is a good man. We recommend him highly.Service: Car towing

Driver never put my car in NEUTRAL, and caused $2,000 in damage. Burnt the clutch out, and had to replace my two rear tires. They need better training.

Car needed to get towed after it wouldn't start and none of the other services would answer their phone. Stuart's had someone out to me in 20 minutes. The guy towing my car asked what was wrong. Helped me work on it, fixed it, and got me to the dealership on my own wheels. Very professional and helpful guy. I can't vouch for everyone else's experiences but I was very pleased to get the help I did.Service: Car towing

I know most people deal with a towing company under bad circumstances. I can say they were very kind after my accident and very accommodating about me getting my personal belongings out of the vehicle. They were very upfront about the fee per day.

I was the receptionist for the owner Kevin and his son Junior. Was coworkers with Scotty and Evan. These guys are pure Kings. Hands down the best people I ever had the pleasure of working with! Such hard working men that give respect if you show them respect. Working in the environment that they do is tough.Scotty once said to me that I will never forget because of how true it was: It s not a career, it s a lifestyle Give these guys respect when you see them!Don t cop an attitude!Be honest with them!

Worst place ever! mad rude scam artists. pretty sure they illegally towed me.When found out where I worked they asked if I would call them to let them know if people were parked in our parking lot said they would give me $20 for every car I had towed to them. Asked if he could call me sometime. So unprofessional. Please be careful. They def. over charge and don't do everything legally.Service: Car towing

This place has become much better since they got rid of the super rude old woman. Although the customer service has drastically improved, the prices for towing and storage fees, etc. are still very expensive. Obviously if the cops have it towed there you have no choice (which they know and take full advantage of) but to pay whatever they say. If you re looking to call for a tow on your own accord, I would suggest looking elsewhere!

We had an agreement to pick up my car from an auction and they said 75$ Per hour and I was OK. But when I called them couple hours after they said they will not do it and just lost my time.Answer your comment:I keep my promises and never let the people down after an agreement. And the app is required by the auction because of the Covid-19 not by me. If you do your business like in 20-th century whit the only purpose to make little more money... you have a problem...If I can give you a little tip it s: never try to cheat and never blame a costumer, because I was about to pay you even more of what we spoke.Good luckAnd I called you just once...Service: Car towing

Stay away from these guys! Would only accept cash with no receipt being towed from side of the road. The state police barracks approved all my papers to get the truck back From them, then the owner(a tow truck driver mind you) dismisses that the police authorized all my paper work and would not let me take the truck. Not to mention, I called the day before they gave me a price of 275.00 for pick up, some how the next day, it jumped up to $950.00 (even though I had the cash they requested a day earlier) some how the price more then doubled. Now mind you I have explained I use the truck to make a living with, they insulted me numerous times and everyone of the guys down there I spoke to in some way insulted or bold face lied to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AS YOU MOST LIKELY WONT LEAVE PAYING LESS THEN $1000.00 CASH ONLY!

First I have to share how WONDERFUL Mike my tow truck driver was. He was quick and efficient when getting myself, son and vehicle to safety while stranded on I-495 outside of Boston. NOt only that but he personally went out of his way on his own time, with his own vehicle and got us safely in a local hotel while we awaited to get our repairs done. MIKE you are a hero. Now for the not so good news. The woman in the office was rude and unhelpful. I hope her mother never gets stranded, broken down in a strange place with no one to help her. I was told that no one could look at my vehicle until after the holiday weekend as everyone was already on vacation and this was the Friday before Labor day. That meant staying in a local hotel for 4 days with the added expense. I was told on Tuesday that they could not actually fix my vehicle but was to pay them $300 IN CASH (credit or debit cards and personal checks are not accepted be WARNED) in order reclaim my vehicle and have it towed to someone that could actually fix it. When I asked her where I was supposed to locate that kind cash she told me that was my problem. If it had not been for the kindness of Mike I would totally give this place a 0 start rating. FYI All Pro Exhaust was able to fix my vehicle and get me on the road that same day..................He truly cares about stranded strangers from out of town. Hats off to All ProExhaust

I have used Stuart's for my towing/automotive repair needs for a couple of years now. I think they have wonderfully helpful and attentive staff, they are honest and post all the fees for the customer to see clearly, and they seem to be very willing to help if they are able to. I cannot say too many companies that tow cars are as honest and trustworthy as Stuart's. I will be using them again for sure

It's all fun & games on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon, until you get a flat tire on RT 3 N just past Exit 32... Luckily, Tow Truck Driver Nate came to the rescue! Nate, thank you for putting on the spare tire, free of charge. We were back on the road in 20 minutes! Fast, friendly customer service.

Do not trust this company. They are liars about their own policies. Customers service is non existent. It s pretty clear why they previously lost their contract, they are predators. If you are ever in an accident in the north shore, turn them away and call anyone else.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

State police use this company...(Well except in June when they had their contract suspended. Goole the news paper article on it.) Cops know how rude they are. I had a conversation with the state police, it was brought up.160 cash to have it removed.( 5 min tow)200 plus if a tow truck removes it. Didn't mention that even though she was told on the phone AAA was coming to get the car with me.Drove the 90 mins to get my car. Needed it towed to a trusted, reputable company for repair. The employees Swore at my husband when he said if anything was missing from the car police would be called. (Long list of complaints of items stolen from cars while there. See reviews here and on yelp.) Company also made comment that if anything missing file a claim with insurance. ( Multiple insurance company's will be notified about the comment.)Swore at him again as he exited.I had to walk my just out of the ER butt in there. With my camera rolling they were more pleasant. All sarcastic comments made largely by the tank top wearing "receptionist" are heard on video.I was not at fault for the accident. I was removed by ambulance and had no say in where my car went. So, if in accident in lowell area and you have any ability to speak SPECIFY any tow company but them.

My car was stolen. I called and asked if then engine was inside. They gave me an attitude and talked down to me with a very rude tone. Like I was bothering them. Didn't get an answer. They would barley give me information. Just kept pushing me off of the phone and wouldn't even tell me if I had to bring wheels and tires or not. We should all vote to shut this place down.

This place is a joke...they damage vehicles...I saw them moving a car with a forklift by lifting it under the front and rolling it around on the cars rear wheels...

If there was an option to give no star as a rating I would! My car got towed at an apartment complex, and because the security guards there were not sure if the car was really towed they asked me to get intouch with Stuart's towing to verify that it was. The person who I was visiting offered to take me to their location, as I was worried that my car might have gotten stolen. i got there around 10pm, one of their drivers was there and confirmed indeeded they had towed my car and even showed me the car. I asked if it was possible for to pickup the car the same night, which he said it was if i paid the $127 cash. The problem began when he then demanded that i hand him my car keys, as i started to leave to get the money from the ATM machine. I thought this was strange so I asked why, he said so that he can move the car as he had placed it infront of the dampster. I told him that i was only going to the ATM about 5mins away and would be right back, he wouldn't listen and continued rudly demand that I give him my keys so he can move the car away from the dampster as they were expecting garbage to be picked up. So i asked if they have their garbage picked up in the middle of the night, which he said they did. That whole interaction sounded suspicious to me so I refused and told him i will be right back with the money. He continued to argue with me demanding my keys, so i left. When i got back 15 minutes later he was gone. Anyhow i called the after hours number and they said that they were not aware that it was their policy to demand for keys. Anyhow when i got back the same man was there to meet me. I asked him why did he leave when i said i would be right back. The man had the ordacity to lie that he had waited for half an hour and accused me of having an attitude! I told him i was done arguing with him and would just conw back the next day to pickup my car, he said that if i did that he would charge me an additional $35 for storage, which was a total lie! Now who in their right mind would hand their car keys over to a stranger in the middle of a parking lot at 10pm at night, when their explanation as to way they need your keys does not make sence. Can you imagine having to explain that to the police or insurance company how your car got stolen if it did! This company needs to train their staff treat everyone respectfully, as every contact they have is a potential client regardless of the circumstances. Now if i ever needed towing or know anyone who does, instead of recommending them i will make sure i let everyone know of my horrible experienceRemember bad news travels fast and enough bad reviews would endup costing you future contracts cause even large organizations want to work with reputable companies.

Worst towing place ever! The "receptionist" or whatever she wants to call herself is the most unprofessional, rude, and arrogant person I ever had to deal with. My car was towed on a Friday evening and after repeatedly calling the only main number they provide, I got no answer and no voicemail. I called them throughout the whole weekend and no answer. I also drove up to the place a couple of times Saturday and Sunday and no sign of the business being open. Monday morning I arrived to pick up my car and they charged me storage for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The blonde lady was very DISRESPECTFUL and began to yell and curse at me and my boyfriend when we were trying to explain that we called all weekend and nl there was no answer. She even threatened my boyfriend and said she was going to punch him in the face if we didn't leave. Not once did we swear or call her any names. She was very UNPROFESSIONAL, and the owner just stood there as all of this was happening. Please AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They are money hungry and a bunch of thieves. They work with the police so they think they can talk to anyone and treat people however they want.

If i could choose no stars I would. They "tried" to tow my car but before they even touched it i went out to stop them. Granted my registration was expired but i got on the phone and renewed it right there and then. So less than 5 minutes after the car was all set. He then charged me $162 but didn't have any change.. so if you do charge cash why wouldn't you have change.. He didnt have a legit reason for why he was charging me because the car wasnt moved they didnt put it on the lift or anything. Then i called the legal dept of the police dept and they told me if my car wasn't on the lift they could NOT charge me. i called i spoke to the rude ass secretary who ended up hanging up because she decided to argue with me. Talk about customer service i guess they dont believe in that. Either way they lied to make some money on the side and there all rude and they wanna scam and make money on the side..

Stole over $250 worth of stuff from my car. When asked about it, they just pointed their dirty hands to their sign saying they're not responsible for any loss. Didn't realize towing my car gave them dibs on everything inside. These are thieves disguised as a tow company. Learned my lesson and signed up for AAA the next day. I'd give 0 starts if I could. Also the $120 "Gate Fee" is an absolute joke considering they don't have a gate.
