I brought my car to Stansfield for an alignment yesterday, and I have been experiencing some issues for a while with it. Have spent quite a bit of money trying to figure it out. While doing the alignment, the techs at Stansfield figured my issue out right away and I was able to get the issue fixed. Thank you Eric and your techs!

The customer service and technicians are awesome and I can t thank them enough. I was on my way to New Hampshire for a family vacation towing my brand new 40ft camper when I had a tire blow out. Luckily, I was only 3 miles away from this tire shop. They had my tires in stock and we replaced all 4 tires. Only took maybe 25-30 min. They even let my girlfriend, daughters and dogs cool off inside while they worked. Amazing staff, I can t thank them enough for going above and beyond.

The best service I have ever received, Eric was amazing, helpful, got me what I needed fast, and more professional than my dealership and other tire places in this area. Knowledgeable and gets the job done. Highly recommend. After every other place could not help me, as if they did not care, Eric went above and beyond for to help me, it was true customer service at its best!

I ve been a loyal customer of Stansfield Tire for about 20 years and my husband has been a customer for over 30 years. The Stansfield Tire team provides first-rate auto mechanic service at an extremely reasonable cost. They have quite literally saved me many thousands of dollars over the years. There is no negotiation, no coupons or specials they price each job fairly and accurately every time. And Stansfield Tire is much more than a tire shop but will let you know when a job is not in their scope. We trust them implicitly because the owners, Eric and John, run their business with integrity and using honest business practices, which is a bit of a rarity in the auto repair business. And while my husband and I are regular customers, the staff offers the same courtesy and excellent service to any new guy off the street, to customers who may not speak English very well or to people like me who don t know much about cars. We so appreciate their professionalism, business acumen and sound judgement. And it s great to support a family business that s been around for over 100 years. We ll be customers for life!

Owner needs to do a better check of his employees. I have a new vehicle and only brought it here to Stansfield for anything tire related. One of their members completely stripped my wheel lock key and didn't notify anyone and kept it to himself. Currently stuck with no wheel lock key with locks on all my wheels. Taking the locks off is an easy fix but the lack of responsibility is what drove me to leaving a review. Won't be returning here for service in the future.

Best Tire center in Town no doubt. My mechanics recommends have tire service at Stansfield and I am so glad I listen. Staff are friendly, nice, very professional. I have new tires installed, reasonable price and service done in no time. best tire center ever !

Been there twice in 2 months i have 2 cars bought tires there for both of them found them to be professional and fast and on one car there was a problem from previous work done NOT by them they went out of the way to help get it fixed would refer them to friends' price was very good service was excellent. ty

Mr. Stansfield is a gentleman. It s nice to see small businesses thriving off of honesty, integrity and providing quality services. When I was in the shop waiting for my tires to be rotated a very young man came in and immediately addressed the owner with a measure of respect - it immediately made me feel like this is someone of consequence within the community or at the very least, the local industry.I support small business and that is why I happy to drive from Acton (15-20 miles) to get my tire needs supplied at Stansfield Tires.

Place is very very bad, careless workers, they offered no insurance for my tired, they tampered with my car so they can have more business, the owners don t tell you the things you should know ahead of time. They are a hands down. I ve been there a few times to get my tires changed, at first I thought it was legit, but after my car has been there the first time, it has not driven the same. One of the workers accidentally scratched the bottom of my car and laughed about it. I wanna let everyone know that they are no good. Over priced on everything. Do not go here people.

This is a good shop with decent people. You can probably find tires cheaper if you try, but the level of service and the honesty of the staff is unbeatable. Not just for tires either. Highly recommend!

Had my wife bring my Jeep Cherokee here to do an alignment. Fast and good service!! Alignment is now strait! Do not go to Monro Mufflers up the street they do not know how to do an alignment since they are the ones who half ass the job last alignment. I recommend Stansfield Tire Center INC.

How quickly I was reminded of this experience as I had forgotten due to a brain injury and returned for service. They were so unhappy with this review that they claim I didn't pay them for my last visit which is completely untrue. I was in fact short $10 dollars because they say I owed them for lugnuts that broke when they took them off though how do I know that was my reposibility? what if it was they're fault they broke?. And why do I suddenly not have warranty on the 4 tires I bought from them? Regardless I intended on paying them their $10 bucks I just forgot but I don't think I should have to pay for that anyway but either way besides that issue they were 100% rude and I very quickly was reminded of how bad my experience was and don't think I will forget again. Oh they didn't like their review and make it very clear that they wanted nothing to do with me but the feeling is mutual. I think it's wonderful how buisnesses treat their customers these days. I will never return to this place of business again. They caused me to miss 2 hours of work through my busiest time simply because they assumed that I wanted services done when in fact I stopped in to inquire about what services I needed done and what the cost would be so that I can make an appointment if necessary because I did not have time to wait but when I arrived there and asked if they could look at it to determine whether I needed repairs, the gentleman told me to give the key to him and have a seat I asked if the wait was long to which he replied oh no this is a good time it's been over a two-hour wait for the last 2 months but you came at a really good time it's been slow so I sat down and waited to hear back about the status of my repairs. Apparently it wasn't a good time for An hour later I tell them I need to leave because I'm late getting back to work to which he replied that I could not leave because my car was in pieces so I asked him why was my car in pieces but I had not approved any services yet to which he replied well it's usually cut and dry when a customer comes in with a tire repair generally they want it repaired which was not my plan not if I had to wait over an hour but I was not given that choice that's right the choice was takrn away from me because there was no communication I say another hour and finally they came with a screw they took out and said the repair was done that my tires were under warranty so there was no charge for that but that I need to pay $30 for replacing lugnuts that broke when taking them off. How is that my problem? Anyway.. so I'm left in an uncomfortable position having to return with the rest of the payment since I only had $20 on me. don't get me wrong they're nice but being nice and being efficient are two totally separate issues and I don't think it was fair that they assumed what I was going to want before checking with me not very professional in my opinion and the fact that I had to lose out two hours worth of work today when I really needed it I'm not happy with that at all and I had no control over it I couldn't even leave. I have bills to pay and die to their assumptions I've lost over $80 in pay to a single mom on disability that is a lot. Thanks Stanford tires

I came in with a nail in my tire. I specifically said I had 21 wheels and if they were capable of the job. I also stressed that the wheels were new and had only a couple hundred miles on them. I thought they would understand that I cared about them with saying that.I get my car back with scrapes and scratches and a gash that has removed the finish from the the well.The owners reaponse you ll get more scratches in time and he walked away. Very unprofessional, I will never go there again and thanks for destroying my brand new rim and not doing a thing to correct this.I wouldGive 0 stars if possible.

On 1/6/18 my wife went to store and came back with rear wheel bad flat tire. I can not fill up the air. I took the the wheel off and inspect. No damage on tire or the rim and no holds or nail. So took to Stansfield Tire in Lowell, ma. I told front desk rep. And he told me right away, that no good since your wife drive with flat tire. I told him to have tech. Look at it first. 1h30min and he told me like he told me early. I asked him, to take my spare tire off and put on my rim the one that have flat tire. He said, no need you need to buy new tire and would be $240 and will be here on Monday. I took my flat tire back home. Went on YouTube how to put air in a flat tire. So, i took small insert inside valve out and blow the air in, the tire pup up against the rim and tight the insert valve back in and pump air in and it work. I save $240 and learned a new trick. What's a dishonest business? Don't go to this Stansfield Tire.

Awesome service, friendly people. I needed a new tire for my car to pass inspection - I called them up, they had the tire I needed so I drove over the same day and they got it replaced for me and the price was right! We also use them for tire repairs/replacement on our fleet of dump trucks for our small business. Very happy!

I have a fleet of vehicles and Eric and his team always take great care of us. I now bring in my personal vehicles as well. There's no need to go elsewhere. These guys are a no nonsense small business that does a nice job for their customers.

Hit curb during snowstorm and blew front tire. Tires were old so decided to replace all 4. When car was on lift, Eric called and said that my rear tires were in good shape and did not need to be replaced., So I only did the Fronts. Saved the cost of 2 new tires.Not over selling is the definition of excellent service!

I've been using Stansfield tire for years and can't recommend them enough. They've told me when work DOESN'T need to be done, and are always upfront about things that will need looking at in 6 months. Friendly folks and very honest.

Came here to get my tires changed and oil changed and when I got my car back, my car dashboard screen (which usually tells me when I need an oil change/the temperature outside etc.) was blank. I brought my car back to explain to them that this happened RIGHT when I got my car back from them and they had no interest in helping.

I got four tires brand new from this place and an alignment all four wheels 11,000 miles after on tires of 65,000 miles both of my rear tires were completely bald I went back to the shop and I explain to them and they will not give me my warranty on my tires

I fixed my semi truck tire and was very satisfied. Service could had improved if more communication was offered such as how much of psi I usually air up with etc... but over all it was good.I recommend it
