Needed a drive shaft for my truck and the knowledge that these guys have about what my options are is amazing. Steve put together a shaft for me at half the price of the other places that I'd spoken with. Very honest and worth the 1.5 hour drive for me to get exactly what I needed. I'll be buying parts here from now on. Couldn't be happier

Steve and his staff are one of a kind. Our truck got a flat and in 45 minutes Steve had a new tire on a rim and delivered to us. Great pricing, great service and all around great people.

The Owner and staff are top notch! I purchased a recycled engine from them as a 1st time customer and the quality of their engine removal process is the best I've ever seen and I've been in the automotive repair business for over 35 years. I will definitely make them my 1st call when I need another recycled part. and I will recommend to other shop owners I know in the business.

Can't put a price on knowledge!!! I went to the Ford dealership trying to find a ball joint sleeve and they didn't know what I was talking about. They couldn't even find the part on their computer. Went down the street to School Street truck parts and Steve found the part for me in 10 minutes. Great people to do business with.

Very personable, knowledge based people. Great price and quality of the product. After my rescue dog consumed the rear seat of my truck, School Street Truck parts had the obscure seat in the color I needed at the right price. Steve even provided directions to navigate perplexing road construction. Perfection.

One couldn't ask for a better place to deal with. School Street is top-notch and Steve knows his stuff. I called from across the country and he was willing to verify the part I was interested in was correct for my needs before I bought it. He actually went to the trouble to check how something was wired to ensure it was correct. NOBODY takes the time to do that anymore. He's a very nice guy who is genuinely interested in earning the business. THANK YOU STEVE FOR BEING SO AWESOME! To everyone out there, don't hesitate about giving School Street your business, they are AWESOME!

Found this gem of a place on car-part.com. Called and spoke to Steve. Very knowledgeable! Went above and beyond any other place I have ordered parts from. They removed some paint from the radius arm I needed and sent pictures to show that it was still solid and not compromised with rust/rot. Then they repainted it and sent it out next day. Called Wednesday, had pictures within 15 minutes, ordered Wednesday, at my door that Friday. All with a very reasonable price. Hard to find that kind of service these days!

Steve was very knowledgeable about a relatively obscure part I needed as part of an axle conversion. He was really helpful in asking me lots of questions over the phone to make sure that part I wanted would actually fit. When I got to the shop, he did a number of tests/checks to make sure that the old part matched the old. It was a great experience from start to finish!

I really can't say enough good things about this business. The gentleman who took my call was professional and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to make sure they had the hard to find parts I was looking for before he would tell me to come down. When I arrived he had all the parts neatly laid out and cleaned for inspection. They also helped me carry the parts to my vehicle and loaded them. Absolute top notch customer service. I look forward to doing business with them again!

Fast, professional and honest! Called looking for a transfer case and Steve wanted to look at mine first before he sold me a used one. Gave him a couple days notice to when I was going to be coming in. Dropped it off at 8 am and picked up the next day at 10 am. Rebuilt mine and he saved me $400. Highly recommend!!

This is a great place to purchase replacement parts. We had a hard to locate item and Steve over at School Street Truck Parts was more than out going for us. He located the part and went the extra step to satisfy us.Very genuine personality over the phone. Not to mention a true professional to detail. I did not think customer service like this even existed in today's world! This is now my go to place for parts as the team at School Street Truck Parts can not be beat. They went out of their way to get me what I needed and to ensure they were the quality I was looking for. They proceeded to process my order quickly and shipped direct. I was shocked to see a follow up call asking if I received my parts on time and of the quality I was told. I can not express enough how pleased I am, thank you for being two steps above the competition!

The people who both own and work there were extremely polite, helpful, and honest. I was more than pleased with the parts they sold me and their willingness to locate the items I needed. They were the only ones around who had the crossmember I needed. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely go to them first for any of my future truck part needs. Very helpful and friendly staff. They know thier business and promptly get back to you. The part were as promised in terms of condition and they are very competitive in terms of price. All in all a very pleasant experience with Steve and the rest of the shop. Would definitely use.them again.

I would recommend this place 100%. I ordered a 5.3 GM engine it was delivered on time and arrived clean and not "hacked up" like from some other places, harness was unplugged and all exhaust bolts removed properly, it even had starter, A/C compressor, alternator, coils and intake still attached. this place has earned my business

Steve and Craig have helped my friends and I with all of our junkboxes over the years. Every time I call they are nothing but helpful, professional, and knowledgeable (rare nowadays!). Best guys around, if you don't call them first you are doing yourself a disservice. They'll save you time and money every time!

Haven't bought anything from here in awhile most recently got a 8 foot bed for a super duty but I will definitely do business in the future if I need anything wish i knew the name of the man who usually answers the phone he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and will get back to you asap if you are looking for and truck or body parts
