I just bought a Bronco from McGovern Ford and had a great experience! Marc was so helpful and answered all of my questions and helped me walk out with the Bronco I wanted!! Ellen was also super helpful over the phone and Paul helped us out as well! Great experience would recommend again!!

Highly recommended! By far the best experience I've had buying from a dealership. My sales rep Marc was honest and straight forward about all the details. Chuck the business manager even got me a better rate than my credit union and gave me more for my trade than I was expecting. They were all polite, professional and very organized. In and out in less than an hour. I will definitely be going back in a few months to purchase a company work truck.

Been coming here for several years seems like the quality of workmanship does not exist on Saturdays. I've got two battery replacements on a brand new F-150 in the same week. Two nuts for the negative terminal the top one wasn't even tightened down which could vibrate off and get stuck in a belt and cause damage and then along with the bolt that holds the battery down which is installed crooked and cross threaded

I just purchased a Ford Maverick from Nick at McGovern and the experience was top notch. I was feeling pretty nervous about the whole process of getting the right car at the best price. Nick is one of the newest sales reps at the dealership and he was very honest about that. His brother, Rob and manager, Paul helped get all my questions answered without pressuring me into making a decision I might not be comfortable with. After test driving the truck, they actually encouraged me to take a day or two before deciding to avoid any buyers remorse. I really appreciate their professionalism and honesty.

Just purchased this beautiful black mercedes. Polished so well it looks like it just came off the assembly line. Marc is the greatest salesman, very honest, kind, and respectful. One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Our first visit was for information only. Juan Alvarado answered all our questions and spent as much time as needed to show my wife all features of the explorers on the lot. We never felt pressured and eventually purchased a few weeks later. Juan was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. We would definitely recommend him to anyone going through the process.

I brought my car in with a flat tire that was unable to be plugged. Despite needing to replace two tires, Carlos went above and beyond for us. He took care of an outstanding recall I had on my car and was able to get me in for an oil change as well. I called Monday morning, dropped it off that night and was back driving my car by Wednesday afternoon. Carlos is honest and up front about what is and isn t necessary. McGovern Ford of Lowell is lucky to have him.

They will sneak in useless paint warranties 700$ on there finance agreement plus the 2700$ extended warranty plus 3k mark up. I was in a jam and in a hurry and did the math wrong as I thought it was 5k less that I was financing and 12 month less term. I get it my fault I should of read the paperwork better but I trusted them and if they gave me exactly what I asked for 60 months 5k less total purchase price but no they snuck in 5 k worth of extras and an extra year. One I didn t do the math in months to year that s on me but I also thought all the extra stuff was included and the extra high over all price was because of the compounding interest. and I would of bought more as I own a fleet of vehicles for my company but they wanted to shake me down even more after I agreed to buy it 3k over msrp and had my own financing and trusted they could of got me a better deal with there in house financing

Our sales man Robert Keenan was excellent no high pressure sales very informative and the rest of the team was great. If you want a great deal on a car or truck with outstanding service and a warranty no one else can give you. I would suggest not wasting your time and go to them first.

My service advisor Lisa was outstanding!!!! She kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and went above and beyond when we hit an issue with the parts! By far this is the best customer service I have ever had in the past 25 years of dealing with dealerships and their service departments. I would recommend McGovern Ford in Lowell to anyone!!! Their sales team is awesome too!

Amazing and friendly service!I went in to buy a new vehicle and was greeted right away asking if I needed any assistance. The salesman was able to answer all my questions and concerns about the vehicles I was interested in. Test drove three different vehicles and the dealer did the numbers on all three and showed me all of my options. Never once did I feel pressured into buying anything. I was there from open till close deciding on which one I wanted to purchase. The salesman Craig who I highly recommend, was very patient with me and had a great attitude the entire time although I was very indecisive. The manager Paul also an awesome guy, one of the nicest managers I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, was willing to work with me on my trade-in and I was very pleased with that amount I received for it. I ended up purchasing a new mustang Mach-e for a great deal with an awesome warranty and an even more amazing interest rate of 0.9% which is unheard of these days. If you're looking for a new vehicle I highly suggest McGovern Ford of lowell, couldn't be any happier!!

Juan is great! He was so helpful and knowledgeable! He also has only been here with Ford 4 months and he knew everything I asked about and more. This guy is a great asset to McGovern Ford of Lowell!! When I upgrade in the future I ll be looking for Juan! Also the sales manger was a great guy as well. Five stars all around! Especially how most car dealerships get or have a bad rap, these guys make it fun to buy a car!

EDIT of review!While buying here was hassle free the Exceptional Service they have totally skipped the Service department.First time it rained I noticed a roof leak on my new 80k truck. They took it into service, roof lights were leaking.The dealer had my truck for 2 days to replace the roof lights as they said.Took them 2 days to smuck up all my lights with silicone and get it all over the paint and sunroof.. guess they wanted it to dry before giving me my truck back,,Beware! Do not have your vehicle serviced at this dealer if you care anything about quality. This hack patch is totally unnecessary and unacceptable.Now I have this mess while I wait for Ford Corporate to find another dealer to fix the mess these clowns left.Complete joke Orlando, thank you for your hard work and dedication to the customer! I purchased the white F350 from Orlando 11/22 and traded it in yesterday for the Blue lariat.. Orlando was very helpful throughout the entire process. Looking forward to my next purchase at McGovern Ford, provided they keep Orlando as the top tier salesman!

Just had a pitiful experice with one of the manager terrible service. Super rude. I was just in a meeting with Chuck the finance manager which went well. nice guy he is. Working on getting some more info/details to a deal to buy a truck. apparently super manager can't wait 2 more days to sell the truck and told me he was throwing the deal out and what not very rudely. I have nothing good to say about him he deserves to be jobless I wish I knew his insignificant name just so everyone could see it. I reacted slightly irrationally and said rude things but honestly well deserved to the P.OS. waiting 2 more days on a deal is so hard apparently. Guy is a absolute clown for treating me in such way I will be following up to make sure he is reprimanded hopefully fired. Treated me like I'm a joke. Pitiful absolutely pitiful.

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Johnny Raneri to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new/slightly used. The process was so wonderful and easy. I highly recommend Johnny as a sale rep because he was extremely diligent and responsive to me through out the whole process. Everyone at McGovern was absolutely fantastic. Ellen, Darlon, Paul and Chuck were all a great team to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get into a car that I was able to afford. The process wasn t easy because of my credit, but they did everything they could to make everything happen for me, and I m super thankful. Would absolutely come back for my next purchase.

McGovern Ford has always been helpful. Several times during my Factory Five Roadster build their parts department was able to help me find and order parts. When I was shopping for my next car their salesman was friendly and helpful, despite not having what I was looking for on their lot. These are the reasons that they service my Ford now.

Very friendly service from the moment I came in to have my car serviced. Lisa so pleasant when checking me in. The oil change and tire rotation took just over an hour, quicker than I expected. Always a great experience at McGovern.

I bought my truck here when it was Drumhill Ford and have always brought it back for servicing. I'm always sure to speak to Carlos in the service department as he is always extremely helpful and accommodating as well as ensures I have a clear understanding of the work to be done.
