I had forgotten what good customer service was like until I took my car to Hamel Brothers. They were exceptional!! From the time I walked in the door until I drove my repaired car away, they made everything so easy with friendly, customer oriented service. They set up the rental of a car and the rental was there when I dropped my car off. They kept me updated while my car was being fixed, worked with the insurance company, and best of all, the repair work was excellent! The car looked like it did when I bought it.Bravo to everyone at Hamel Brothers. You were great!

Hello hello, I just want to say, it's nothing but good service/work, energy, love, patience and compassion from everyone at Hamel brothers. They make you feel right at home and will do anything in there power to make you feel satisfied as a customer, huge shot out to the team, thank you for assisting me with my vehicle this year,You have gained a loyal customer .definitely one of the best shops in town.Here's a picture of the evening after, truly grateful

This work was done in 2007. Everything Hamel Brothers did is peeling all the way down to metal or plastic.. undercoat is chalky and clear coat acts like cheap 1k.Oem paint from 1999 is still good.I live in Tampa now so they will not make this right by me.I will have to strip all of their work off and then repaint, because I can't trust any work they may have done.Be aware that Hamel Brothers blocks posts in their Facebook page that are less than flattering and that most glowing reviews are written immediately after the job is done, and looking its best.They must be so proud to put their name on this inferior paint job! Which one of you clowns at HB wants to put your name on this!!Service: Painting

I was in a car accident back in 2016, I was recommended bringing my car in for the repairs here.Now, I m having radiator problems.My mechanic told me that it looked like it was in a car accident (which it was, explained it) and told me that when it was fixed, they used ZIP TIES to hold my radiator up!!! Instead of an actual mount!How would ANY regular person who is not car savvy know to check this I wonder how many other corners they are cutting with other cars and customers.I recommend STAYING AWAY from here OR check ALL work done by them if you have no other choice!!!

Took the car in because my insurance had recommended but I will never go there again. The paint looks nice but they disconnected my alarms and broke my key and they just taped it using an electrical tape. Did not replace it or reconnected the alarm back. Check everything before you leave the shop.Service: PaintingService: Painting

My car needed serious body work. The office staff was excellent in setting me up with a substitute vehicle, dealing with insurance issues, answering my questions. Totally great.And the repair is equally excellent--like it never happened. The men who worked on it were also kind and very skilled in making the repairs.This shop is right along the Merrimack River in Lowell so it's really easy to get to. Wonderful place.

Hamel Brothers provides excellent services. I ve used them for years for any repairs for my car and would highly recommend them. They do great work and the communication from them is exceptional. I really appreciate how empathetic and pleasant their front end staff is. They always make a stressful process easier and go out of their way for customers. Highly recommend this service shop to anyone!

These guys are the best! I just got my car back after less than a week and it looks brand new. I had 2 pretty bad dents, one where my son was hit and another that we were responsible for fixing. They repaired both and were incredibly reasonable for the piece I had to replace. The office workers could not be more helpful and the owner is so pleasant and efficient. I had such a great experience with Hamel bros, they did an amazing job on my car. They also set me up with a rental while my car was being repaired. Excellent place to bring your car for auto body shop works. I picked up my car today and I was amazed how they repaired the damaged on my car. They have excellent service from administrative personnel to the guys who looked, assessed and worked on my car. I met Russell H, I think he s one of the owners of this shop. Very nice guy, and Chris too. Easy access location. Just amazing people to work with. I am very impressed! They washed and clean my car inside and out . I would definitely recommend this place.

Personable, excellent workmanship and exceptional servicePleased with the quote Chris provided, called in at the shop to leave behind a new passenger side mirror to be painted. Was told it could be a 48 hr turnaround; but was done in less than 24 hrs! Went back and got the mirror fixed.The front office was very personable.The paint job was excellent and the color blends seamlessly with the rest of the body. Great job of fixing the mirror to the body.What took me by surprise was, unbeknownst to me Chris and his team went over and above to take care of a scratch on the front bumper for no charge! This is indeed exceptional customer service! Chris and team, thank you for your service.Needless to say, Hamel Bros Service Inc. have a new customer in me!Service: Painting

My daughter found Hamel Bros by fate after finding them on the internet. She needed a tow because her car would not start and also needed some body repair done after being hit in an accident. From the minute we contacted them until we finished doing business with them they were extraordinary! Friendly, knowledgeable and so very helpful. They went above and beyond the normal parameters to help us when we really needed help. Without going into great detail about our particular situation, I just have to HIGHLY recommend them and trust that they will take care of all your automotive needs professionally and thoroughly. You will not be disappointed. The way they do business should be a model for every business out there. A job well done Hamel Bros. A personal thank you to Stephen for making a difficult situation easier. Your employer is lucky to have you.

Friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Moderate damage to front of my truck was repaired in 10 days. Quality of repair was perfection! After one month, 3 snowstorms, 4 carwashes, the repair still looks great. No evidence it was ever in a crash.From day of crash to getting my truck back took only 3 weeks. Thank you Hamel Bros for great work. You exceeded my expectations.

My BMW vehicle was recently struck on the front right-side by a deer with subsequent damage to the passenger side. Needless to say, I initially thought the car would be totaled by the insurance company due to the extensive damage. This was not the case as I brought the car to Hamel Brothers for repairs. The result is nothing short of amazing! Within 2 weeks my car was returned to me looking brand new. The body work and paint job is flawless, the car was returned to me spotless - both inside and out. Brittany in Customer Service kept me apprised of the car's status every step of the way. Hamel Brothers goes above and beyond with customer service, skilled repair technicians and professionalism. I wouldn't trust my vehicle repairs with anyone else going forward! Great job!!!

I came here for a second opinion on some repairs, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. Hamel Bros went above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure I got the repairs that I truly needed, and they really helped me out of a tough situation. Pricing was beyond fair, they really took care to not nickel and dime me. The owner himself took time to personally explain things to me. Also a big shout out to Jaime who works up front- she gave me the VIP treatment, and I really appreciated how she made the process as easy as possible for me. I will definitely be continuing my business with them in the future, and encourage others to do the same!Service: Tires

I was in an accident in January and I brought my vehicle to Hamel Brothers to be fixed. I was treated so well that I would being my car to them for any service I may require in the future. Not only did they fix my car, which included two new doors, but they also assisted me with my rental car and did follow-ups with me after the repair was complete. They made the whole process as easy and pleasant as possible and the service that I received there was greatly appreciated.

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!! Fast, convenient and very high quality work. I've had my jeep in for body work twice in the 3 years and couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was scheduled on time, my rental car was ready and all insurance paperwork was done. I've had both major and minor repairs done at Hamel Bros. and they went above and beyond my expectations both times. Highly recommended!

This company is amazing! I have gone here many times and each time was great! The staff are very caring and trustworthy, which I have found is hard to find with mechanics. The staff/owners go above and beyond to be helpful and to explain all situations. They even offered to drive me to and from my house when my car was being worked on. I would highly highly recommend this company. They are excellent and all I have are good things to say.

I needed urgent repairs and Homel Bros Service provided excellent service. The staff were very helpful and friendly on the telephone and in person and they listened when I explained why I needed the car back urgently, finishing the job and returning the car to me a day ahead of schedule.
