Three years ago, I got my very first Kia from Gervais Kia. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with a level of patience and understanding that truly set them apart. I had numerous questions, all of which were answered thoroughly and patiently, without any pressure to purchase. That is why the day I walked in was also the day I signed to obtain my car.The excellence didn't stop there. Getting my car serviced at Gervais Kia has been equally outstanding. The service team is not only extremely friendly, but I also have complete trust in their expertise. My car receives exactly what it needs, which speaks volumes about their honesty and the value they provide.To anyone considering a Kia, I cannot recommend Gervais Kia enough. Their team has made my experience as a Kia owner seamless and enjoyable, reinforcing my decision to choose them.

I'm only writing this review based on the negative interactions from Friday, 29 March 2024, and only regarding one individual in the Service Dept. I and my family have purchased SEVERAL vehicles from Gervais and enjoy working with the Sales Manager, Jim Brophy.My wife went for an oil change on Friday and the interaction started with the person asking her if she wanted a specific service to be completed. She declined and instead of the person moving on, he insisted twice more and again she declined.A little while later, the person explained to my wife the estimated costs of the oil change but somehow included tire rotation which hadn't been previously agreed upon or discussed.At this point, I called the Service Dept to ask for an explanation regarding the additional charges and was given a less than acceptable answer. I myself made the appointment IN PERSON the day before and never asked for or approved the tire rotation, only an oil change. I even declined the car wash and vacuuming when I made this appointment.Finally, when the car was pulled up and it took over 20 min for my wife to be notified that the car was done which caused her additional delay from work Plus she was partially charged for the tire rotation! The explanation for the delay was due to "revisions of paperwork". I'm not sure I accept that as the reason after the previous interactions with this person.To put the icing on the cake, when my wife went to pay, this person continued to harp on her for declining the offered services. Why, I ask, would this occur when we declined multiple times?I'm not happy with this and as someone who's possibly purchasing/leasing two vehicles soon, I'm going to have to use caution when deciding where to service my Kia in the future.

We bought our new Kia EV9 from Gervais. Our purchase was primarily conducted through phone calls and online (our preferred method) but was pretty seamless. Our salesperson (Taylor) was kind, professional and knowledgeable about Kia products and the all new EV9. Taylor kept me updated with car specs and the next steps in the process (via phone, text and email). The finance department (Jimmy) made things smooth and didn t bog it down with unnecessary sales pitches for aftermarket warranties. The car was delivered to us in perfect shape, and we love it. Our start to finish time actually in the dealership was 2 hours, which is great!! We left with our car registered and our state inspection complete. While in the dealership we were introduced to the service department as well as the dealership manager and we definitely felt welcomed. This was a very good experience, I would recommend Gervais Kia if you want a big selection to choose from but a small, family feel to your buying experience.

Super professional and awesome customer service. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I just moved to Westford so this dealership was the closest to me. I was able to schedule online without any issues AND in a timely manner (something my other Kia dealership couldn't provide). Definitely going back, but really glad this Kia dealership is now my go-to for my Kia service.

I ve dealt with many Kia dealerships as I ve been driving them since 2011. This is by far the best one and shout out to Matthew in Service for being super friendly and thoroughly explaining what was being done to my car. I even saw an older couple in front of me where Matthew was doing his best to fit them in on an extremely tight schedule. I ll be back

Absolutely wonderful car buying experience at Gervais Kia. If you are like me and are turned off pushy sales people then do yourself a favor and give Gervais your business. My sales person Davis and sales manager Jim were friendly, professional, helpful and fair. Glenn in finance also continued the welcoming, friendly tone set by sales and was extremely professional and efficient. It took me about an hour to find the vehicle I liked and negotiate a fair price. I went back several days later and they delivered that vehicle with plates and registration and paperwork all done in under an hour. Best and fastest service I ever experienced buying a car in over 50 years.

The whole team went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and was so flexible to find a date that worked to sign and officially pick up the car. Each part of the process was completed with ease and everyone was so helpful.

I recently bought a Kia Sorento Hybrid 2024 from the Gervais Group in Lowell. They were amazing. I worked with Taylor G. I would recommend working with him directly. He is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. This group does not haggle or bombard you with phone calls or emails. It s very easy going. Great experience.

Have had good experiences with their service department for regular maintenance, but have tried 3 times to schedule appointments for an engine light and was told each time that they need to have a scheduler call me back only to hear nothing back. Extremely frustrating.

Thanks for the callback, John or Dennis or whatever your name was. Whoever is the sales manager. First they made fun of my disability over the phone, then I made a review. I let it go eventually and called and said sorry for the review and removed it. I asked the same of them. To get me into a used Kia. Lol. I called four times and left three voicemails on his answering machine and left messages with others. He never got back to me. It s okay, I got a car. I got a 2019 VW e-golf with 47k on it. People think it s a brand new car!!! It s from California and I got it on Carvana. It s in perfect shape!!! Get a car from Carvana. The process was seamless and I couldn t be happier. Oh, Dave John Tim whatever your name is, I got the financing done at a low rate without putting a ton of money down. (The thing you said I couldn t do) AVOID GERVAIS!!!!

The salesperson I worked with for my new Kia Carnival used bait and switch tactics on multiple occasions. I really wanted the roof rack on my vehicle, and my salesperson told me that they would put them on at the dealership once the car came in from the manufacturer. So he tells me they are putting them on and to come pick up the car about a week later. He texts me the car is ready and mentions nothing about the roof rack, so I assume it's been fully installed and my car is all ready. I show up to the dealership to get my car and lo and behold, there's no roof rack on it. I ask the salesperson why it's not on and he tells me the car doesn't have the features needed to put it on. So basically I would have needed to get the next trim level up for the roof rack, which I would have done, but he never told me that. So then he tells me to get it done at a third party vendor. I do some more research at home and it would require a vendor to drill holes in the roof of my car to put a roof rack on, which is risky and probably would void my warranty, although my salesperson said it wouldn't but he could be lying about that too. He also told me the car would have a sunroof, and it doesn't. The salesperson also told me at first that the car usually comes in within 3 months of ordering due to backlog. But then when my car came in, he told me that usually the cars come in about 2 months after that, which would be closer to 5 months total. So really most things I was told was a lie. I know to never trust a car salesman but this was pretty egregious lies in my opinion. So now I have a car with multiple features missing that I really wanted to have included. Don't trust what the sales people tell you, go by what's on the Kia site for trim features because the sales people at this dealership will blatantly lie to you.

The service was great. They showed me how bad my tires were and that helped me to decide to get new ones on this visit. We discussed other service that I ll need to have performed in the future. I didn t feel any pressure to have any other work performed.

Well the process of getting approved for a new engine in my 2015 Kia Sportage was longer than I expected, Garvais came through and I have a new engine! Matt kept us posted as soon as he had information and we were very happy about his professional attitude and kindness was greatly appreciated! He was kind and understanding about the whole process! I received excellent and expeditious maintenance service on my 2022 Kia Sportage. To top things off, I received a wash and vacuum and my car sparkled. When I left I felt like I was driving a brand new car.

Terrible service availability. They wanted to schedule me 4 months out. Apparently they only have 1 'master technician' If they can't do better than that they should not be a Kia service operation. It seems they are really limited to oil changes and simple things. I went to another local dealer and they could do my repair in a week.

Jim Brophy and Taylor on the sales team made my experience at Gervais Kia a positive experience as always. I have dealt with Jim Brophy over 10 Yrs for 3 different Kia vehicles purchased and the ease of negotiating a fair price to get a deal done has been the main reason I have bought cars from Gervais Kia.

My daughter bought her first car here after graduating from college. 6 months later the car dies. Turns out there was a factory recall on the part that failed 3 years before she bought it! It was in the shop for 5 months before before my demands for a replacement car were met. Turns out the replacement was another P.O.S. Rotten brake lines needed to be replaced and then the engine failed. This car spent another 6 months and counting waiting to be repaired. In the meantime, my daughter needs to keep making payments and keep it insured. She has since bought a brand new Toyota that she is happy with. As far as I'm concerned, Gervais Kia is completely untrustworthy, dishonest and despicable. Be very wary doing business here!

Amazing staff!! They work very hard to make customers happy. They cared that I was able to get to work and answered all of my questions. They validated my concerns and left me knowing that i was leaving my car in good hands!! I will only go to this locations it was that AMAZING!!!!!

The sales person we met was relatively new but was trying to help us as much as he could. After the test drive and collecting all the information we needed, the sales person asked us to wait before we leave while he brings the manager for the face to face. Even though it was ideal place with barely any customers, the manager didn't have the courtesy to come meet us. We didn't ask to meet nor did we look forward to it. But it felt odd.Are we going back there again? No. Not after this experience.

Gervais Kia was a breath of fresh air. Many dealerships are constantly pressuring you to make a decision. This Kia dealership was great! Taylor never made us feel pressured. I would definitely work with this dealership and Taylor in any of my future car purchases.
