Amazing! Highly Recommend! I had a noise coming from one of my back wheels that was mysterious at first. I called the shop and spoke to Nhan who greeted me welcomingly. He was able to carefully and with attention to detail discover the main issue once I brought my car in the same day.Ordered the part and he worked on it next day for a price I was happy to pay for his honesty and work. Couldn t pay him enough if you ask me!His knowledge as a mechanic left me assured the problem was going to be solved.I will be returning as the whole interaction, process and outcome was amazing. Was able to get back on the road and working again. Thank you!

Amazing service, Nhan is a very kind honest man of his work and does an incredible job. I brought my car in yesterday, it was giving me multiple problems. My first time at Dutton Street Auto Repair came here to fix my o2 sensor, and let me tell you, Nhan really know his stuff! .First off, the staff at Dutton Street Auto Repair were incredibly friendly.The mechanic wasted no time in diagnosing the issue with the o2 sensor. He explained everything in simple terms.Lastly, the pricing was fair and transparent. If you're in need of automotive repairs, Dutton Street Auto Repair is the place to go.

The owner of this garage is honest with their work, and knows what they are talking about when it comes to the issues that you are having with your vehicle.I recently had my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 rear brakes replaced by them, and have no issues what so ever. This place is highly recommended!

One of the best in Massachusetts. Called Nh�n about an electrical problem on my car that others couldn't figure out, and while he couldn't book me at the moment, he shared his extensive knowledge on common problems for my car on the phone. Right then, I knew he was a master at his craft.Booked a week later, he told me "give me a few days, electrical problems usually take some time." Later that day, he showed me pictures of what exactly was wrong, as well as my car surgically disassembled. He then went to tell me exactly what he could do, if he could repair it and what it would cost to replace it if he couldn't.He repaired it and my car was ready to go the next day. Full communication all the way through. No excuses and no nonsense. His professionalism is top notch. This guy is the most swift and honest mechanic out here!! Most people will try to rip you or waste your time/money but not this place one bit. Came in to fix my alternator and he did it very switch and perfectly. He showed me what was going on and was hella informative. he let me know about other things wrong with it too, and recommended nice places to get those things fixed for a good price. If there's any mechanic out in Lowell to trust with your car, it's this guy!Service: Electrical repair

Great service. He took the time with me to go over everything. Got my car back to me sooner than anticipated. Good communication and good pricing. This is the only mechanic I will go to. The only other way it would have been better if it was for free.

I can't say enough good things about Nhan and his operation, Dutton Street Auto Repair. I've only used him twice now, but he makes me feel like a long-time customer. I recommend Dutton Street Auto Repair to everyone I know. His honesty and transparency is unparalleled. He under promises and over delivers. If I'm having car troubles, I feel a sense of relief after dropping it off with him, knowing he will take care of it professionally and honestly. If you live far away, I promise you it's worth the trip. If his availability means you have to schedule a repair with him a week out, it is worth finding other transportation arrangements while you wait for his availability. He is busy for a reason; his work is top-tier. I am so glad to have found him and even happier to recommend him.

Nhan did an amazing job fixing my G35 in a very timely manner. I was in and out within 24 hours and my car drives like a dream after new struts and shocks. He also caught a few things that I would have never known about that need future attention. He was very honest, well educated in his occupation and wasn't pushy at all. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that wants the best care for their vehical.

I have been going to this auto repair shop for a while now. The owner (Nhan) is a very honest, trustworthy, and genuine person. He will take his time to explain the issue with your car. His prices are absolutely reasonable.Whenever there is an issue with my car, he would fit me in his busy schedule and get it done right and fast (a bonus on that)! I recommend you all to stop by his shop for your auto repair.P.S. Get him an ice coffee as a reward for his hard work :-)

Nhan is the most honest mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He will never replace a part just to replace it. He shows you the parts that he removes and explains the failure. On several occasions I've brought my car to him hearing strange noises, he examined the car and said nothing is wrong, rather than just fixing something that doesn't need it.When we totaled a car on a weekend evening, I was texting with him and he was assisting me, on a Sunday evening, in finding a replacement.On several other occasions I have communicated with him after business hours and he is always been willing and happy to help us.I wouldn't trust my car with anyone elseService: General repairs & maintenance

Super friendly and flexible. I called in on a Saturday and got an appointment for a Monday drop off. My wheel bearing was replaced that day and for $200 less than what Meineke charged for the same job. I have been going to Nhan for vehicle service for years. You simply will NOT find a more reliable, honest, knowledgeable mechanic who is extremely customer friendly and very reasonably priced. He gets the job done right, fast, and as cheap as possible every single time, and will take the time to explain exactly what is going on. Best mechanic around, period.

I recently had my brakes serviced at the Dutton Street Auto Repair and I had a great experience. The technician, Nhan, is not only friendly and professional, but he also did an excellent job on my brakes. The price is reasonable compared to other auto shops. I have been coming here for over 10 years. My whole family sees Nhan as their mechanic. He is a phenomenal and honest man. We are so grateful to have found him for our auto repairs. You can t beat his prices and to know that I m not being ripped off like all the other car places do is honestly the best feeling. There is no better place to go. He knows what he s doing and he does the work fast. The best guy to have as a mechanic and just great person in general.

Overall great experience here. I had to get ball joints fixed on my 4runner and am very pleased and happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a good and honest job. Nhan recently installed rear struts on my Miata. The install was fast, clean and very reasonable priced. The ride is great! He treated this job like he was working on his own car. Nhan's online reviews do not lie. Incredible price, speed, exceedingly honest. I'm newer to the area and don't have smart phone navigation, he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me helping me find his shop. Thanks to this auto shop, I m able to drive my car without any issues, I called and made an appointment to see what s wrong with my car since there s this weird sound so he took the time to test drive my car and he immediately knew what was wrong so he ordered the part that my car needed and got it fix on the same day I made the appointment. Very professional and eps very fast service, would definitely come back.

We have a total of 3 vehicles and the owner Nhan is considered an integral member of our family. We can count on him as we do with our primary care physician. He diagnosed, explained and treated our car problems. We know that when we come to him for whatever car issues it will be resolved. He often suggested us to exhaust our car parts before we spend money to replace them. Nhan was very honest with what repairs I needed. Found him after doing a google search and based on the reviews left behind, I can say he will be my go to mechanic moving forward. Told him about an up coming long distant trip and he did a through inspection of my vehicle to make sure it in the best shape. Recommended what needed to be fix right away and what can wait. My car wasn t running properly so I brought my car into Nhan (1st time there) He spotted the issue right away they never put the new air filter on correctly. Nhan took care and f it and I I had him fix other issues my car had because of how comfortable I felt.I will be coming back in a couple of weeks to fix something not as major. He finished in a timely manner at a very good price. I m new to the area and I found my new mechanic. A huge relief. When you find a good one never let them go. Nhan is my guy.
