I bought a 2019 Cadillac ATS from John Fotopolous. I live 750 miles fromDrum Hill Autos, and John did an exceptional job of sending me photos and gave me a very detailed description of the car. His response time was very quick for any and every question I asked, the purchase was seamless and I love the car. It was a true pleasure doing business with John and Drum Hill Autos. Thank you!

If I could put no stars I would. The owner John told me for 3 months he was going to fix the car he sold me and kept pushing it off for months until the warranty expired and screwed me out of everything he promised me. He Brought my car to a corrupt inspection station to get an inspection sticker even though the emergency brake didn't work and there were five different lights coming on, on the dashboard. He promised me an alignment for months it never came and never returned any of my phone calls. Do not go here! The owner John is your typical used car salesman! The place next door he used to own with his partner is a much better place to buy a car at but of course he is not allowed to be a part of that business because he is so corrupt

Had a great buying experience with John and Drum Hill Autos. I found the car I liked on Facebook Messenger for my wife. Test drove it and was able to come back a couple of days later and quickly sign the paperwork, have license plates put on and drive it home that night. I was impressed with the professionalism, good pricing and the ease of buying my wife a car. Thank you

John and his team were excellent - leagues better than I expected from any dealer in Massachusetts. They were friendly and honest throughout the whole process, and they sold me a nice car!The only negative was that when I went to purchase the car, they didn't have the title from the auction yet, and I had to wait while they got it. They did, however, send a guy out right away and it didn't take too long!I will definitely consider them again, particularly for another electric vehicle. John had enthusiasm and passion for EVs and is very knowledgeable about them.If you need a car in Massachusetts, buy from Drum Hill!

Great experience start to finish. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a proprietor that knows how to treat his customers. You won't find better customer service from any car dealership. First time buying from a dealer that was part of the Ma. Drive Program, made a huge difference. Also a big plus....they have a really cool dog! Highest of recommendations to John and his crew.

Drum Hill Autos did it again!!!!! We just bought our 3rd car from them---and I just can't believe the quality & high level of service. They are incredibly helpful(a car we purchased from them was totaled) with the ENTIRE process. John listened to my concerns, and was on the lookout for a car that I might be interested in as a replacement--which ultimately ended up working out! I have total TRUST in this business, and in John, and I feel extremely lucky to have found such a reputable dealer. If you are in the market, I highly recommend that you give Drum Hill Autos a look!!!!! Everyone at the dealership from the salespeople & finance professional to the owner, is helpful, conversational, fair, knowledgeable- & patient! I think this is a great used car dealership. John & Dan were really easy to work with & transparent throughout the process. Nice family owned & operated business.For me what sets them apart is their inventory. I think they are pretty selective of the vehicles they aquire. They def have some very nice muscle cars, luxury cars, & SUVs.I bought my kid a 2013 Jeep that had only 35k miles on it. Thing looks brand new.

My wife and I went to Drum Hill Autos looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. They had a fantastic Rav-4 with low mileage in excellent condition. John was more than accommodating and gave me a fair price for our trade in and the pre-owned vehicle was reasonably priced. Their finance manager was able to get us financed at a fantastic rate despite us being young and not having an exhaustive credit history. They registered the car and got it inspected and we drove home a beautiful vehicle same day!

I have to say hands down one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Prior to me purchasing this 2021 Jeep Gladiator Willy s edition, I went to a Jeep dealership in New Hampshire. At that dealership they were focused on making a sale that day and did not listen to anything I had to say. Once I told them I was not getting the car that day they wrote me off.A couple days passed and I found a gray Jeep gladiator on the Drum Hill Auto website. I called their number and spoke to John who is the owner. John informed me he had two Jeep gladiators in stock and would be reserving both even though I had only mentioned wanting to see the gray Jeep.After scheduling a time we ended contact over the phone and I began to look at their website. I saw the other Jeep he had mentioned and liked that one more. I called John back at about 7:00am on the day I was coming to talk about the other Jeep.When I showed up John was not there but Dan who is one of his car salesman was there. Dan was extremely friendly and was able to answer all of my questions even if he did not know the answer. Dan made the buying experience painless and fun! I did not have a good experience at the Jeep dealership prior to coming here and was glad to see the people at Drum Hill Auto care about their customers!Coming from NH I was nervous about buying a vehicle in MA. When I was going over this vehicle with Dan he showed me everything about the vehicle and even informed me who the prior owner was. Dan and John did not withhold any information regarding my car or what was done with it prior to it ending up on their lot. To be really honest they told me slightly more information then I needed to know which showed me they were not hiding anything!After purchasing the vehicle I still had to get plates and insurance on the vehicle. Dan followed up with me and helped me through that entire process even though his job was done. When I had everything I needed to pick up the vehicle I got a ride and went back to the dealership. When I arrived everyone treated me very nicely and was glad to see me.Dan walked me through the car in the pouring rain that day and had a smile on his face the entire time. That should show you how much he cared for his customer even after the sale was completed! Everyone at Drum Hill Auto shook my hand before we parted way. All of the other employees at this location were great and helped me out with all mechanical things I had questions about or even needed them to installed. The people at Drum Hill Auto might not be perfect but they will give you 110% and care about you being there. They are a group of honest guys and did not hide anything in my opinion and trust me honesty goes a long way for me. These are the type of people you want to buy a car from!I was not paid for this review and will not be getting paid for it. I simply wanted to do a review for them because of what a great experience I had at Drum Hill Auto!10/10 will be buying another car here.

John and his team were terrific to deal with. I went to look at a Mercedes convertible and bought an Audi. Hadn't considered, driven or done any research on Audi, had my sights on an E350. One of the guys suggested I take the Audi for a ride and I loved it. No pressure to buy, told them I didn't know much about Audis and wanted to do some research. They told me they understood. I bought the car. There were a couple things to fix which they took care of without a problem. I feel they were honest with me. The car was competetively priced and in great condition given age and miles. I live in New Hampshire, they worked with me getting the paperwork sorted. When I picked up the car, they stopped me and asked me to get out, they wanted to put some gas in it. I was already in the drivers seat ready to drive off happy. I was even more pleased and would definately buy from John and his team again.

This was my first time ever getting a car. I was really nervous but John went above and beyond normal customer service to help me. I originally went in to look at a little Honda Accord but I couldn't get a loan for it since I didn't have credit. John picked out a Nissan and had me try it and I honestly couldn't be happier with it. He answered any questions I had and never seemed irritated when I called (and I called a lot). Thank you to John for making my first car buying experience a great one. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a good deal and friendly customer service to go to Drum Hill Autos.

In May 2023 I purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz SLK250 with 12,900 miles. I drove the car less than a mile and the check engine light came on. My first thought was I just made a $35K mistake. I called Drum Hill and spoke with John who promised they would take care of the problem. He honored that promise by making the repair in less than a day.When I purchased the car it came with only one key. This morning (3 weeks after I bought the car) John called with good news. He received a second key from the prior owner. I stopped by this morning and picked up the second key saving me $400.I was skeptical about buying an older luxury car from a used car dealer. John turned out to be a man of his word and I would not hesitate to purchase another car from him.Tony MarinoWinchester MA.

Drum Hill Autos went above and beyond to make sure I got the Tesla I was looking for. His car benefited my humanitarian labor in Massachusetts. Without Drum Hill commitment and help I would not be serving the community as eficiente and in stile as I do now. Bravo

I was in search of a new car, my previous car was a 2011 Ford Taurus SHO, nothing crazy but I was used to having some sport features. I called up and was able to make an appointment almost instantly. John Fotopoulos was the salesman and owner, took my call directly as well as set up the appointment. From start to finish he couldn t have been more professional, answered every question, had all the documentation for everything on the car. Previous owners, where the car originated, everything I needed to know,I knew, no gimmicks, no hard sell, never felt pushed. It was all about me and how they could meet my needs. Very cordial and inviting to the rest of my family who were with me. Allowed me to test drive everything under the sun then talked to me about comparisons and differences in each one. When I narrowed it down to the 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona John did everything he could to meet my price and needs with out sacrificing quality. The Price was fantastic as well as he fought for me to get a great rate and fantastic loan. If you re serious about buying a car, and are a little skeptical about small business, please do not hesitate to call them, his staff is well versed in car knowledge, they don t try to sell you a car, they provide a comfortable environment, you ll feel like family when you leave, but that s not it, they're always there for anything you need after and going forward. I ve been to a lot of dealerships for quality cars, however in all honestly the quality John has and the quantity of stock he has to choose from is beyond and far better than the big guys. Don t be fooled Drum Hill Autos is the real deal. Their integrity, honesty, and customer service are beyond great. They truly are a dealership that puts customer first, you ll feel it right from the first time you call or email to set up an appointment.

I bought a 2017 Jaguar XE35 from Drum Hill Autos about 2 weeks ago and am extremely happy! John and Jin made the whole buying process very quick and easy. They were even able to match a financing rate I received elsewhere to help keep my payments low. they went above and beyond to shop this rate! The car is super clean, low miles, and passed inspection with absolutely no issues. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my experience with Drum Hill Autos!

I just purchased a car from this location about a week ago and it was the easiest and smoothest thing I ve ever done! John was super helpful as it was my first time financing a car and he made it super easy and comfortable for a first time experience! Update John called to talk about this. I brought it to their workshop and had everything ticked got under $1200 vs the almost $5k Mercedes of Burlington quoted me. ..old post::: I thought I was getting a good deal on the car I bought. the first week or two that I had it, It wouldn t start. They did send someone to my house to jumpstart it each time which I thought was wonderful and finally took it back to troubleshoot it and they fixed the issue. But now I ve found out the convertible top switch and pistons on the trunk divider is broken. John said he d check on the part but now hasn t been returning my calls. I took my car to a Mercedes dealer just to have them diagnose the car. They come back with valve gasket issue, brake pads, rusty oil, pan, wobbly bearings and to fix the convertible roof issue. The parts are only $170 but it s a four hour labor so it s over $1000 that they quoted me. Total for all these issues is almost $6000.00 Would these issues qualify this car as a lemon?

The next time I need to buy a car I ll be coming back here. If any of my friends need a car I ll be sending them here. This was my last stop for the weekend of car shopping, and I met Jin. He is a salesman at Drum Hill Auto. He was pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about the cars. He was not pushy, and very patient with me as I didn t want to be impulsive with my decision. I then went through with the car on Jin s day off so I worked with John (the owner) to go over financing options and sign paper work. He was very personable, informative and respectable. I felt comfortable buying a car from his team. The CARFAX was provided and displayed. It s also on the website under the vehicle of interest. He was clear about the paperwork, and provided me with exact copies in a folder. He s been very responsive since the purchase about inquiries I had about the car since the purchase.All in all I m happy with my purchase and I felt like I made a friend through the transaction.

One year ago I bought a 2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack from John at Drum Hill and it is still one of the best decisions I ve made. I still love this car as much as the day I bought it. It was a no pressure, easy sale. I had plenty of time to test drive and inspect the car. They were very transparent about everything and I got a copy of everything that I signed. John was easy going, fair in negotiation, and got me a good deal on my trade in. I was an out of state buyer (CT) and John made sure I had the proper paperwork for registration. I had been researching dealerships and cars for almost a year prior and buying at Drum Hill was worth the wait!

A+ Experience. Three nights ago I emailed Drum Hill Auto on a mission at 11:26pm. An amazing selection of vehicles. At 11:30pm I received an unexpected but welcome response from John the owner. Two days ago I went and test drove a new toy and paid for the car. One day ago I happily drove home my immaculate and beautiful car. It purs on the highway lol. My buying experience was fabulous. No pressure and a few laughs. I worked mostly with Dan and it was a pleasure. The business itself is immaculate. But the service was what made me most happy. I am already thinking about my return visit for my niece in a year when she starts driving. Thank you Gents. It was great doing business with you. I will return.

I was in the market for a used vehicle. I decided to speak with John from Drum Hill Autos because my sister recently purchased a vehicle from him and she was very happy with her purchase and the process. I called him and explained what I was looking for. He was happy to explain all options that pertained to me. I was there the same day. John was very attentive to my vehicle needs. He made the process effortless for me. I usually dread the process of purchasing a vehicle and this was the best car buying experience that I've had. I was very comfortable in my decision making and John was very patient and helpful. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles on his lot and was able to answer ALL of my questions without missing a beat. He is very personable, honest, reliable, and determined to help in any way possible. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm glad he was able to help my sister as well. If I'm ever in the market for another vehicle I will always see what John has available first. I like how knowledgeable and professional he is and I like the way he conducts business. Very appreciative!

I had been looking for a used Rav4 to trade my 2006 in and had the best experience going through here! They had one in great condition at an excellent price. Customer service was also amazing! They do everything right there for you and make the process super easy. The car is in great condition, low miles, and got a really good trade-in value from my old car! Thanks again!!
