Alberto was so friendly and helpful!! Communication was crystal clear throughout the procedure, and the process was smoothly taken care of. I was really upset about the damage to my car, but after repair it looks as good as new! :) Definitely recommend this place for a smooth and quick auto body fix

They were very nice and got my car done quicker than I had thought. Alberto and Mike was nice and went over my invoice with me. The only thing is when you fill out paper work and they say how many times you like to be contacted, they only contact you when need be. I suggest taking that question off the paper work. Overall great experience.

Friendly & efficient. My car was washed and clean when I picked it up and the after hours pick up & drop off worked out great, as I work late. It was no hassle. Carstar kept me up to date on the status of my car Via text & email. I am satisfied with their work.

They really have this process very organized and efficient at CARSTAR! The work on my car was excellent and they worked closely with my ins company and Enterprise for my car rental. Also kept me informed of progress along the way via text. Would definitely recommend them! Thanks

Saleena was very nice and helpful over the phone. Mike kept me updated and answered all my questions. My car end up sitting at their shop for over a month and a half because the shop was waiting for an approval and my insurance keep telling me they already gave the approval. There was a lot of back& forth and waiting around . then 2 month later my insurance decided to tell me that my car is totaled. : ( I didn t get my car fix so I m leaving 4 stars for good customer service!

Everyone was great, especially Alberto. When I dropped off my car Enterprise brought over a rental for me. Alberto took the time to show how to drive the massive truck that was dropped off. He didn t have to do that so I appreciate the above and beyond service. My car was done in a little over a week which was amazing! Appreciate you all!

It s definitely easy to book yourself online and I think I received an estimate a day or two after my car drop off. The front desk service folks were friendly and helpful. Kept me up to date on my car while it was there for a week and a half.The woman who had check me out per se- walked around my car with me when it was completed. She even made sure I understood their policy in terms of any dissatisfaction with their shop work.I wasn t happy with the repaint of my BMW door. There were bubble type fade spots. They address it quickly and handed me a jar of black paint to retouch i know nothing about touching up my own car or would want to. I assume that I wouldn t need to after it s been to the shop.I did have to come back to put a piece of my door back. That was quick but still a bit of an inconvenience.The color on the door started to have discoloration and slight fade on and you can see where the shop had painted. It s small but definitely noticeable.Update: I received a call to discuss this review. Firstly, I notice you stated you couldn t find my order but I appreciate the call and glad I picked up.He discuss the meaning of why the jar was given to me. Extra paint as a courtesy and the warranty was discuss with me. If there hadn t been another recent accident on the same door, I probably would have brought my car back month or two ago and shown the discoloration that he insist in seeing.I m taking it to another auto shop for the similar reasons only because I know the shop has a good reputations with foreign cars and paint jobs.also to clarified during the call, the caller did find my work order.I think even though you strive for five stars , please reconsider how you phrase your investigations of fake customer reviews (below comment), the follow up call was good information.Appreciate the customer service.

I unfortunately have needed repairs made on my car twice, but each time has been totally painless! After the first time using Carstar Atlantic there was no question about bringing my car here the second time! The staff is friendly and very professional. If you need a rental, enterprise will have it waiting at Carstar for you and when you pick up your vehicle you leave the rental there. zero hassle! They re great about updating you on the progress of the repairs and both times were finished well before they estimated which was a plus! I cannot recommend Carstar Atlantic enough! They even do a little detailing for you! Just a quick vacuum and shine, but I ll take it!

Great customer service, got my car fixed and looks new again after big scratches on the sides of passenger doors. I interacted with Alberto and Selena on two separate days and they were both excellent.I'd highly recommend CARSTAR to any one that needs auto body repair. CARSTAR is exceedingly abundantly exceptional.

Unfortunately, I will never be coming here again. The date of my car was pushed back 3 times. I have no rental and have been sharing one car with my partner, which as you know is way too complicated when you have different schedules. They sent me a message saying my car was near completion, just to receive a message two days later stating my date will be pushed further back because the parts didn t all come in. So why would you tell me I m near completion? Then I call a day before the date of completion for them to tell me 3 more days. I then call today which is the day it should have been completed, now they re telling me hopefully by the end of the week but all my parts are there now. It s been 3 weeks and I cannot wait for my car any longer. Which I really have no choice but to wait. Not everyone there is to blame but due to my experience I will not be coming back. And whatever lady decided to tell me Monday should be fired. Because no other workers were aware of my car supposedly being done Monday .

Carstar Atlantic Collison was amazing to work with. They went above and beyond helping to deal with an insurance issue. The repairs to my car were done in a timely manner even being finished before schedule. You would never know where the damage was.

I am very happy with the outcome of the repairs done to my car. The staff were all friendly and explained everything to me, leaving no question unanswered. After going to two different places and getting treated horribly, Car Star saved the day! (And my car). Alberto at the desk was very welcoming, looked at my car right away, helped me out with the insurance claim, and assisted me with making an appt. Not only did they do a fantastic job on my car, they made it look brand new. They cleaned the whole inside and outside, wiped down my floor mats and went over everything with me. They even answered any questions I had upon pickup and my car was even ready a week early! They were welcoming, professional and did a great job. And shoutout to Alberto and Melody for keeping me updated on the status of the repair work and being so professional and courteous. Thank you, Car Star!!

4 days late. Over sprayed a simple flat white on a Audi bumper. Installed a new taillight that was cracked/chipped. Poor workmanship and poor quality control. How did they possibly think this was acceptable? I strongly suggest to never use CarStar in Lowell.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

2009 Toyota Rav4, Repaired by CarStar in Lowell from a collision with a deer. Alberto was very professional at handling the issue. Selena at the front desk was also very professional. Car came out flawlessly. They also finished it way ahead from the estimated time. Thank you and the team from Carstar!

Great customer service and quality just be aware that you can't pay more than $500 on a credit card. Not a deal breaker but something that they should tell you up front.

Very easy to work with . Kept me updated throughout the process and Melody at the front Desk was very very helpful. Only reason not 5 stars is when I picked up found my mudflap in backseat, which they quickly installed , the damaged tire they replaced was in the bed of my truck. Not sure why they just didn't get rid of it and some molding pieces were also in the bed of my truck. All minor stuff , I recommend this place 100% Did a great job with body work .Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim
