So so so thankful to Miguel and the team at Brazusa for fixing my car. The issue my car had wasn t easy work that nobody knew what was going on (other places I had towed my car to) but they figured it out within a week. The constant communication, the reasonable price, everything! They are awesome. I m for real gonna be a lifetime customer!

This has been the most honest and loyal auto repair shop I've ever brought my cars to. If I ever need any work done this is the shop to go to. Fair prices with great time. Even in emergency situations they are there for their customers !BrazUsa has gained a lifetime customer.

I appreciated the communication from start to finish. I searched online for an Auto Repair shop and the reviews lead me to Brazusa. I wasn't disappointed and being new to the area finding a reliable mechanic shop can be challenging. They throughly inspected my car and took care of all my car needs all in a timely manner. Plus, the total cost of service was fair for the amount of work done. Thanks again for your professionalism, I will return in the future for my car repairs.Update: 01/02/24Another professional and budget friendly service. I am coming home on military leave and my car was having issues and needed everything to be fixed ASAP. My mom brought it to Brazusa and met the owner, Miguel. Miguel was friendly, kind, professional and honest and he made my mom feel comfortable about her decision to bring my car there. He fixed everything the same day and was the most reasonable price around. He will be our go to mechanic from now on. Thank you so much Miguel!Services: Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment

I had the most horrible experience I would never recommend anyone to go here ever I took my suv to get check out and was to fix my wipers because the fluid would not come out I also wanted him to check my check engine because I just had a catalic converter installed and I still check engine and I also need a inspection sticker as well . We'll upon me dropping my suv off to check I get a call that my suv shut off which now he said that I needed a alternator I told him my car never had any other issues at all so all of a sudden I have a problem that was not there well long story short he charged me $659.00 to fix a alternator and a belt with out the wipers situation begin fix snd no inspection sticker and still charge me a additional $127.00 more to fix my wipers situation. And no inspection sticker cause he had problems with that ..and on top of it all was asking $2000 to fix my check engine which I said no cause he said he is not sure that would solve the problem . RidiculousThis place of business is horrible they ripped me off I try talking to Carlos and reason with him and all he said is that he could not remove the charges for the wipers cause that would mean he was giving me something for free..he was rude horrible with prices and and charges you $115 a hour which I did not know ..he does not communicate with his customers and is prices is over rated would not recommend anyone to go there to fix any vehicle at all he was so mad that I told him he over pricing me and had my suv over 1 week that he said if I did not pay him he can take out the parts what a childish owner ..PLEASE TO ALL NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF .

I was frantically last minute looking for a reliable, honest mechanic regarding brake issues on my car. I found Brazusa on google when searching for brake specialists. I called Miguel and he told me to bring the car in. He immediately took the car for a drive and placed it on the lift, and was able to work on the car right away.I highly recommend Miguel, please give him a try, you won't be disappointed. I went to several mechanic shops prior to Miguel and I did not feel comfortable with their opinions and they were ridiculously high priced. Miguel is knowledgable, fair, and his prices are reasonable. Miguel's motto is "Honesty is my priority". He lives true to his words. I have now found a mechanic I can trust.

Brazusa is in my opinion, the best mechanic within the Lowell city limits. They are punctual, professional, and very kind! I trust them with any auto repair I need and will do so as long as I live in the city. Miguel remembers me by name, and takes great care to get a complete understanding of what I need. I ve been going to them for 2 years and don t see that slowing down. Thanks for all the hard work you do!

The shop owner Miguel is very honest. I had them change my oil, and my serpentine belt, afterwards when I was driving home my serpentine belt came off. I called Miguel and he sent a tow truck right away to come pick it up. He personally spent two days working on it to figure out the Issue which ended up being caused by a part failure. Miguel also personally drove me home after the tow truck had picked up my car. Although the serpentine belt came off, and that was a bit frustrating I felt like Miguel had my back and did everything he could to make it right. I took the car on a road trip a few days later after all the repairs were completed and everything ran great. I would recommend these guys, they are honest and take a lot of pride In their work.Service: Oil change

We had a great experience considering he took my car in as an emergency, he checked quickly what happened, gave the diagnostic and price. What catch my attention who was detailed enough to check the back breaks and give the warning that will be replace soon. I just asked for he procedure with all the car need to be done.

a good place quite friendly a few days ago I took my Kia Sorento to Pat to change the engine oil pump they told me two days and in exactly 2 days I had my vehicle back apart from that they changed another part at no cost since he said that If that piece was damaged and he took it back, it would be a fairly large cost and he decided to put it in to avoid that. In short, for me, one of the best workshops I have visited.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Five Stars I noticed my steering wheel was veering to the right so I knew it definitely needed an alignment. Googled some nearby places with good reviews and came across Brazusa! And they live up to the high ratings 100 percent. The mechanic was very friendly and informative he explained thoroughly the alignment before and after results which was very much appreciated. I also needed an oil change so figured while I m here get that beats the prices at jiffy lube for sure!!!I also have been noticing my brakes have sounded squeaky he took the time to look at those while I was there and quote me for the rotors and pads work included!!!I will be going back for sure very good experienceHighly recommend them to everyone for their car services!!Five out of five stars!Service: Auto maintenance

Miguel at Brazusa is a very experienced mechanic. Someone who referred Miguel to me had great words for him and Miguel proved it. I went to him for a dealer suggested repair and Miguel found the right fault with my SUV which was totally different than the Dealer suggested. Miguel did a repair with a quality workmanship and with a very competitive labor rate compared to other auto repair shop. Awesome service. Went there with a check engine light and my car was fixed in less than a day. Price is fair, I spent less than I thought I would and my car runs nice and smooth now. The owner is nice and very honest and professional. Had a great experience.

This place was great. Drop off my 2010 Evo-X there with a aftermarket clutch. They were great with the price for labor versus other shops I call 1200 - 1700 with out parts. The woman in at the front desk was kind and friendly as while as the workers. Shop was clean and I went inside to see my car how it was looking. The guy was working on it tell me everything and he had no problem putting on the aftermarket clutch on. After it was done the car drove smooth and no problem what so ever. Differently going back there for works. 07/15/19

Great experience. After searching extensively for a shop to do my coilovers for under $400, Brazusa quoted me $100 less than any other shop I talked to. They allowed me to bring it in the next business day after and took my car in as soon as I brought it to the shop. The employees were all extremely friendly and helpful. After my coilovers were installed I noticed the alignment was off a little too much for me to make it to an alignment shop. Without hesitation, they took my car back in and eyeballed the alignment so I could drive on it temporary to make it to Tewkesbury. Would recommend and will go back when my car needs work. Thanks guys. Rides amazing

I think the management has changed since the last time I came here but the service was all the same: great all around. They were in constant contact and took care of repairs in a matter of 36 hours. Very fair pricing probably the best in the area. Knowledgeable staff too. Will definitely be returning for any future repairs, hopefully not any time soon.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

I call around asking for a quote for replacing a clutch on 2010 Mitsubishi evo x. Other places was charging $800-$2000 for labor. So I call Brazusa they gave me a great quote that I can't resist. So I drop my car off. The place was clean and the service was great. The woman I spoke to she was kind and friendly and the ppl that works there to. I'm differently going back here again on my next visit. Ooh my car was fix and runs great. Going to tell my friends to go here now. 07/13/19
