Bought a 2015 Mustang with very low miles, everything was upfront and hassle free! Owners are very nice and helpful. Garen was a great help being informative about what features the vehicle has. The greatest part was how flexible they were time wise. I was able to pickup and do paperwork late due to my work schedule. He was willing to put the time in to make a deal and I appreciate it THANK YOU! I love the new car.

Sold me a complete lemon and lied about the extended warranty he sold me. Bought a car a year ago, it needed both fuel pumps replaced almost immediately. Now, after several thousand in additional repairs it needs another $15k worth of work just to stay on the road. Shady all the way.Update after their response: If it needs the entire purchase price worth of repairs within the first year it's a lemon. Both fuel pumps failed within the first week.

My fianc� & I struggled looking for a car for about 5 weeks. We went to a few dealerships and every single one didn t work out. We came to best Audo bargain and dealt with the most stand up car salesman. Definitely recommend

Had been looking for a reliable used car for our daughter heading off to college. Found a well maintained reasonably priced 2015 Subaru Impreza. Saw the car online and stopped in for a test drive. Dealer was very pleasant and made sure this was the right car for her. Our mechanic came to Best Auto Bargain and checked out the car, noted a couple of items that needed attention and the dealer, Garen, had the items fixed and our daughter loves the car! Immediately took the car for inspection and it passed. I would definitely recommend Best Auto Bargain for a no pressure used car buying experience.

Met with one of the owners Garen last week about a vehicle i was interested in. He was very helpful and polite when going about the vehicle. Answered any questions i had, and provided me with a carfax report for the vehicle. I m pleased to have met Garen and wish the best of luck with the dealership. it is a very small family owned and operated dealership but many varieties to choose from. definitely recommend to stop by and check out the dealership if you see a vehicle that grabs your attention.

I will never do any kind of business with this auto dealer ever again! Bad business, bad customer service, bad sale man, doesn t respect customer, and never man up to their word! I repeat DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER!

Garen was amazing through out the whole process of buying my cars. He helped us not only with selling the cars but also detailing and maintaining vendors. He suggested me to great affordable places to update few things on my car. I highly recommend them. They also have a great inventory. Thank you for the amazing service!!!! If you guys are looking to buy used cars I would highly suggest Best Auto Bargain.

After someone hit and totaled my car while I was parked I was in need of a replacement vehicle. I had gone to a few places and looked all over when I found the car similar to what I had. I set up a time to take a look at it and when I arrived after talking for a few minutes I realized that we are both fellow Armenians. I've got to say that I test drove a few others but this was excellent and wonderful shape from the start. The price was vey reasonable and the car runs great. I would definitely recommend Best Auto bargain.

I bought my first car from Best Auto Bargain and it was an incredibly easy process. Garren is not only a knowledgable mechanic, but is able to answer any questions or offer you whatever options he thinks may suit your preferences. I was looking for a FIAT -- perfect car for the city and light travel -- and was able to find a great option at a reasonable price. Even over the years, Best Auto Bargain, has offered me advice on the mechanics of my car and been willing to go the extra mile to get me the necessary information. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! Without hesitation, if I was interested in purchasing a second car, I would return to this shoppe.

Garen and Aram are really great guys! This was my first time buying a car and they couldn't have made the experience easier for me. I came from out of town and they went out of their way to pick up the license plate for me and coordinate with the insurance company. They're honest and thoughtful people and even made sure my car was warmed up when I came to pick it up. Couldn't recommend them more!

Bought a new Subaru WRX here and was definitely satisfied. The owner came in after hours to meet with us and allow us to test drive a couple of cars. Overall, was greeted by kindness and help towards making the deal. Would recommend to anyone looking for a used car in the Lowell area.

Purchased a car from here and had a poor experience. The car I bought had no owners manual or floor mats. Before I drove it off the lot, I was cleaning the carpets ON MY OWN, with the vacuum in the parking lot. The guys here definitely just want to make a profit and could care less about customer service or satisfaction.

I have never experienced a better buying situation than here at Best Auto Bargain. The process was smooth and low pressure. Negotiations were done face to face and within minutes a deal was made that was of benefit for both sides. I was happy with my trade in value and was happy with the sales price of my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. Overall this is a well run operation at Best Auto Bargain.I have complete confidence in this business and them standing by the cars they sell. I owe it to Best Auto Bargain in restoring the pleasure of buying a vehicle again for me. I would absolutely recommend Best Auto Bargain to my friends, family, and other. I'll be back for more cars

Bestautobargain is a fair and friendly business. They have great customer service with no pushy sales people. The owner spent a great deal of time with me. We had a misunderstanding about my trade in, but it was sorted out with a simple phone call. They were very personable. I will be buying my next car here too.

They very kind and really cared about what I wanted and helped me think through what the best vehicle could be for my needs. They went the extra mile to make the car buying experience a great one. Good dealership, good people and very good service. I bought my car 2 years ago and it never breaks. All I did changed oil. It works like the new car and in the near future Im going to buy another car for my son from these guys. My suggestions will be: if you looking to buy a good car for a good price go to the Best Auto Bargain. Good service honest people.

Bought a jeep a 2 years ago and it has been a nightmare since. Over $8,000 on repairs and counting. Buyer beware. Make sure you have your own mechanic look at the vehicle you re buying because he will try to tell you things are fine and then send you to his friends garage to give you an illegal sticker.

Over the past month I have been in the market for a vehicle. I stopped by several dealerships to review inventory and test drive vehicles but did never felt comfortable making a buying decision. Last week I decide to provide my contact information to Best Auto Bargain while reviewing the used car inventory on-line. I received a call and decided to set up an appointment. I had an initial consult with Garen. Garen took the time to identify my needs and budget prior to offering options. Garen was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He made the car buying experience easy and followed through on every detail we discussed and answered every question. Overall, from the moment I walked into Best Auto Bargain to purchasing a vehicle the experience was excellent. I would recommend Best Auto Bargain to family and friends that are in the market for a new or used car.

Prices high for busted vehicles. Try to hide problems with vehicles. Owners know nothing about any of the vehicles or their capabilities. Owner became angry and told me not to talk to other customers after another customer asked my opinion on a vehicle and i pointed out frame and rocker panel rust and rot along with several other issues. Dont worry, i wont talk to anyone else cause i wont be back.In addition owners claim fake review. Its owned by 2 brothers met them both. I test drove a tundra and tested 4wd and pointed out a bad front hub. Owners didnt want to fix and argued that you couldnt shift to 4wd while in motion. I stated you can up to 65 mph. I was wrong as the other brother h checked manual it stated 67 mph as max speed. Also told me had two people living in a large boat they were selling in back lot.

What a nightmare! My 2004 Honda was promised to be in great shape. The very day I drove it home the transmission went. Garen paid for that, but now that I have the car back, it won't pass inspection without spending another 4000.00 on it. Stay away from this place! So disappointed that they weren't honest people after seeming so nice. I don't even want to deal with him trying to get him to fix the car; such a shame.

Waste of time. Told him the situation ahead of time to avoid that in the first place. Wasn t professional either. He had me call a bank myself to try and get financed as he was eating sunflower seeds, instead of assisting with the calls. Lastly, he offered me way less than my KBB cash value and would not go down on price for the car I wanted. Seems to have good intentions but probably won t be coming back.

This is a great auto dealership.The owner had me check with his bank to see how I was approved for the loan before even stepping a foot in their office.Which let me know they were serious and didn t want to waist any ones time.Everything worked out great and was very pleased how they run their business.Definitely has me as a returning customer in the future.

Went there looking at a specific convertible mustang and they had a surprisingly good inventory. The gentlemen that helped me was helpful and able to check details on vehicles in the lot pretty quickly (raining).
