I chose Ben Auto Body to help with my first accident (person had reversed into my front). Such great service. Very nice person and he was very comforting when it came to leaving my car to be worked on. He did everything in his power to make things happen. Would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come and get their cars worked on here. I was very satisfied with receiving my car back. They even vacuumed the inside! I had an awesome experience with Ben Auto Body!!! The guys were friendly and very professional. I dropped my car in the morning and I was able to pick it up that same afternoon. I could not be more impressed with the work done. They not only fixed my car, but they gave it a great cleaning and took the dull color out of my head lights! The whole experience was such a smooth transition. You will be highly recommended. Excellent work guys!!!"

I wanted to say that Ben Auto Body did a very detailing job in making our old car look new. The only thing that surprised me more than the excellent work performed on my car was the friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, passionate staff members. It is obvious that this company has a sense of pride in the work they do and it shows in the end result. The car actually looked better when I picked it up from Ben Auto compared to when I purchased it from the dealer.I had the pleasure of dealing with them throughout the entire process and it was like no other experience I have had in the past while having a car detailed.

Their service is AMAZING!! I am a student, so paying for car fixes is really difficult, but Ben gave me a great price and the service was great! They treated me like family and took great care of my car. They took a bit longer than I wanted to, but my car came out so much better than I expected it to, so it was definitely worth the time because they really put in the effort to fix your car

My experience with these guys was top notch and I couldn t be more pleased with how my car has turned out. I highly recommend Ben Auto Body in Lowell, MA. They offered to tow my car and give me a rental car for free and took care of all the insurance paperwork on my behalf. My car was damaged in an accident, but it now looks better than it did before. Very pleased with the work they did.

Had damage to my front bumper on my Toyota Rav-4, and Ben was recommended by a mechanic friend of mine. Ben did great work, and the price was great. I would recommend Ben for any work you may need done on your car.

These guys dis an impeccable work. They addressed things for me that they had no reason to do. Superior professionalism and skill is all that you ll find at Ben Auto Body. They took my car and made it shine. Plus removed the smell of smoke from the interior. I didn t think that was possible. Thanks guys.

Stay away from these guys. They installed the wrong transmission in my car and said all they could do to fix it was give me half off labor for a replacement. Awful customer service!
