the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have been there a few times (hoping maybe it was a bad day). I was the only customer in the store with about 7 employees... I stood in the line unacknowledged for what seemed like forever. The staff was playing around, on their phones, joking, slapping one another, swearing at each other and couldn't be bothered with me... I FINALLY had enough... had to go up and kindly ask if anyone was able to help me.. with much annoyed looks and discouragement finally I was attended to. Only to be spoken to very rudely and kept making excuses as to why they could not help me..all because they were too lazy to take a wrench to remove my battery. I even offered to remove it myself and it was excuse after excuse. So I left.. completely unsatisfied and annoyed

I needed a new battery. I was stressed out because I didn t know how to get this done. I came to Autozone because my dad says they are the best. The store clerk was very helpful and I didn t even know that they would change the battery for you in the parking lot. Such great service! Highly recommend!

I purchased coolant to recharge my AC plus, a filter and oil! Prices r steep but that's everywhere! CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE WAS AMAZING! All the employees were helpful and friendly but Melvin was so awesome! He stepped right in to assist me... He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, personable... He really went above and beyond to make my day better and I truly appreciated that! 5 STARS WELL DESERVED!!!** FREE PARKING**

When I called to explain what my battery was doing, Daniel said to come on down and he would take of me. WOW - did he ever! He provided expert customer service and gave us our options. We chose to go with a new battery. He professionally installed in within minutes and we were on our way. I really appreciate what he did for us. I would definitely recommend him.

Went in this morning to get license plate bulbs for my Sorento. Larry was very helpful. Checked and rechecked some information on the computer and got me the right part for my vehicle. Good customer service. Good experience all around. Will definitely go back for additional parts if needed. Thank you, Larry.

I went here last minute with a bad battery. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure i got home safe with a secured battery. I really appreciate the great customer service he gave me. There s people who look at a job for what it is.. then there s people who actually love what they do. I greatly appreciate the above and beyond service that i was given.

I came for them to test my battery/alternator. They have a machine that will check the battery, alternator and starter. I didn't have to wait, he came right out and tested them for me. They all came back fine but if i would have had to replace the battery they would have put it in right there for free.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!! Will and Danny came through in the clutch ! Not only were they kind and courteous, they provided me with exceptional customer service and even went above and beyond by installing BOTH of my headlight bulbs right before closing to ensure I was driving safely! They don t make great people like this anymore. Keep up the great work guys !!!!

Will, Danny, and Brandon were absolutely fantastic. It was a few minutes past closing and they were willing to come and jump my car's cables even though we were 10-15 minutes away by car. I cannot more strongly recommend using this service given these guys that are working there. Truly a kind group of people who will go the extra mile for their customers. I could not be more satisfied with my experience. Thank you W, D, and B!

I brought in battery to charge. They forgot. After nearly an hour n buying products. Said battery no good. It's 8 months old and sat unused charged . It was dead. They said...no good. Buy one. I took it to another auto zone. Fully charged now

I had a decent experience. Nothing spectacular about it. I went in, got what I needed, and left in a timely manner, I guess. One of the two employees that were working could have had a better attitude but it was nothing to make a complaint about. So, with that stated, I stand by my 3-Star review.

I have been to plenty of AutoZone's before in my life and I'm a woman and I usually walk in and they occasionally may ask me if I need help but rarely however this AutoZone was the best AutoZone I've ever been to The staff were friendly and greeted me they were very helpful they went above and beyond expectations The store was clean and inviting I got exactly what I needed I was in and out no hassles no problems and the staff helper that was the most helpful his name is Louise if you have any questions about anything this guy knows his stuff he is professional he is polite and he was a pleasure to speak with this is the only AutoZone I will be going to from now on

Paul & Brandon were incredibly helpful. They had one jump starter left and it was heavier than I had expected. I had to walk there because my car was dead. Paul gave me a discount on the charger and he had Brandon give me a ride back into town. Who does that anymore?Everyone there was friendly and helpful!Thank you all for helping me out today!!

Went to AutoZone yesterday too trade in my battery for core value. The gentlemen at the counter Luiz was very helpful and friendly. If I need anything in the future I'll be going here.

Great location; been going there for years. The one star is for the treatment I received on my last visit, yesterday, by a guy I ve never seen before. I get the parts I needed and proceed to pay. I politely approach the guy with the elongated earlobes and indicate that I was ready to pay. It is no exaggeration when I say that the guy acted extremely annoyed and talked to me in a way that belongs in no American business. Worst part, the manager was standing there and did not do anything about the matter. I had to go back for a tool I forgot, and patiently waited in front of the cashier just to be ignored as other were seen. I acted as a civilized person and wished them a good weekend as I left the store. However, I will address the mistreatment on the spot next time it happens.

Jakob is such an amazing worker. Spoke to him on the phone & he made me feel so welcomed. After meeting him in person he's what I expected. Such a great helper & loves to keep his customers happy. That man needs a raise or he needs to own his own store! I'd follow him wherever he goes. That's how great he is at his job. Always getting out there getting dirty. He also knows his products which hello, it's a plus! Caleb is right there with him! Always making sure the customers are happy and satisfied. Always going out of his way to do so. It's no wonder this location is busier than the other one on bridge st. They have amazing workers! Keep it up guys!!!

When my husband asked for help to get windshield wipers for Prius, the guy who looked our car model up and helped him pick them out sent him home with three front blades instead of two front and a rear. We stopped by on a road trip, so it's not feasible to come back and return. :-(

I was on my road trip home and got the best service ever. I don t know anything about cars and my AC completely stopped working! They were so helpful with all my questions. Definitely stop here for car related questions!

I ve been going to this place for a couple years. Nothing to complaint, experiences were just ok until last week when I went there to get beam lights for my Ford Escape and instead of low they got me high beams. Even though I just find out when I tried to replace them myself, I thought it was not enough reason to make a complain bcs anyone can make a mistake. I ve been there this week again to buy a brake lamp and guess what? They sold me the wrong ones one more time! I only find out when tried to replace the light. I want to emphasize it is a bit of effort to take that whole dam* thing out to just find out someone else got you wrong lamps again! I also want to mention they told me they could not replace the lamps and that s why I had to do (or try at least) it on my own. I hate to write negative reviews but you should pay closer attention to what you are selling and also consider a lot more your costumer s time!

THE BEST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!We had a little bit of an emergency with our trailer carrying our boat where the wheel bearing broke. The associates at this AutoZone were friendly, knowledgeable and physically helped us fix the problem for 3 hours until we were ready to get on the road again. We cannot thank them enough for how quick they were to help us and their professionalism while we were in crisis mode.

AutoZone's okay The prices are decent but I don't know most of the help in the stores is not the best I need to work on training their employees to have better attitudes great great good good

Came to this Autozone to get a new battery. Daniel was very helpful and replaced the battery for me without hesitation. I would definitely come back and would 10/10 recommend him to anyone that stops by.

The staff here were INCREDIBLE! I came in for windshield wipers and I was shown variety of brands and the associate helped with all of my questions! She also came out to install them for me! Will definitely be coming back =)

Shout out to Paul,I pulled into the parking lot with my GMC savana Bucking and coughing. I had no idea what was going on.Paul hooked up the diagnostic tester saw a code had me open the hood and discovered the mass airflow sensor pipe had become disconnected somehow.Paul and I worked together reconnecting the pipe and I was off and running again.I will, without hesitation return to the store for help like this.THANKS PAUL.
