I had a body work that needed to be done on my SUV which I had to pay feom my pocket for. John estimated earnestly and gave me a very competitive price. Not just that, he was ready with the spares on the day he said he would be and got my vehicle out in great condition on the promised date.Great service.. truly genuine and reliable.

My beloved old Ford needed some bodywork after being sideswiped. Jake's searched high and low, but couldn't find a replacement panel. And that's when the artistry began - they decided to repair and repaint the damaged panel instead. My goodness, the work is beautiful and I can't tell there was ever damage. My Fusion looks like new again. Highest regards to the team at Jake's, they won't do you wrong. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience at Jake's, and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if needed. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and keep us informed on the status of our vehicle during the process. The repairs came out beautifully. You wouldn't be able to tell anything had happened!

Jake's Autobody was awesome! Professional, kind and extremely helpful working with the insurance company. Totally looked out for me. They even brought my car to my home when it was done! Unbelievable customer service! Thank you to Jake's for making this stressful and EXPENSIVE month much more palatable. My car looks amazing!!

John and his team did a great job getting right to work on my truck after hitting a deer on 495 late one night. Next day they had the front end apart and were accessing what needed to be fixed and replaced. John helped fight for me with the insurance company to make sure i was getting the right parts and service. Jake and his son, John are great guys and very knowledgeable when they are doing body work on your vehicle. They give you their honest opinion. I have followed them from Lowell to Littleton. Great location near major routes. Hometown guys that care about their customers . One stop to getting it all done right

When our car got in an accident, the dealership who sold us the car recommended Jake's Autobody. They towed our car from the towyard tot heir shop. It took about three weeks for the car to get repaired and when we picked it up it looked good as new. They did fantastic work, making sure that the used parts used were actually parts from our car brand and not some cheap knockoff. They billed as much as they could to the insurance company and we were very happy about the work done. We were even told to call if there were other issues. The only issue I have however is that I found rodent chew marks on the right and middle seat-belt buckles and in the back seat where those buckles connect to the car. When I called to ask if they could help me I explained that the damage was not there before the car accident. The man answered "That you know of", insinuating that I was lying, and told me there is nothing he can do for me. It's so frustrating to me that nobody is held accountable for this sort of damage.

Boch Honda recommended the shop to me for my Honda. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for some work to be done. I told them I needed to set up a rental car with Boch because it was going to take a couple days. They told me that they ll get a better rate for the rental, giving me the impression that it was going to be handled.I had a feeling that they did not take care of it because I haven t heard from them for the last two weeks leading up to this morning. So I called this morning to confirm my appointment. They did not seem to be aware of the appointment, and said they would order the parts if I wanted to bring the car in.When I asked about the rental car, they said rental car? and that I needed to call enterprise to set that up. Obviously the morning of, enterprise did not have any cars available. I had to work around my life for this appointment.An appointment set up 2 weeks ago should have solidified the parts being at the shop, and a rental car awaiting my arrival. Understanding the line of business, a confirmation phone call a couple days ago to confirm my appointment would have been warranted. It should not be the customers responsibility to call the shop to confirm the appointment.

They drove over 200 miles in my car when my car was in repair . Gas tank was about 70% when I drove it in and had 2 miles of range left when they finished repairing. Wouldn t trust this place at all never coming back again.
