I just had my 2019 Volvo S60 s transmission and AWD system serviced here for the first time, and I couldn t be happier. Everyone I interacted with (Erica and Frank) were super friendly and knowledgeable, and their work is top notch. My car drives like it s brand new again! I highly recommend Marconi s and will definitely be going back for any future services.

Switched to using this shop about a year ago. I've had several repairs done there, always on schedule, reasonably priced and done well. Yeah, everyone says that. Many wouldn't know good from bad. I've done all my own mechanical work for 20 years, no longer have the time or interest in it.

Got new tires for my Tesla model Y. Marconi's had them, same tires as the originals, the day after I called. Tires were $200 cheaper, balanced, than the estimate I got from Tesla Watertown, which had scheduled me for a month later. I got to shop local, and it was cheaper and great service.Service: TiresService: Tires

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICEStopped by to schedule minor suspension work on my GTI. Erica was welcoming and very knowledgable with cars. Marconi himself came out front just to make sure that the shop could do the job. Scheduled a week out. Dropped the car off first thing in the morning. Marconi gave me keys to a loaner car (a huge service for a his customers). Erica gave me a courtesy call an hour-in to let me know everything was going smoothly. Car was ready shortly after that. The work done came out exactly how I wanted it. Price was more than reasonable, especially factoring in loaner car and great customer experience.Highly recommended. 5 stars.

Marconi is the best around! I have peace of mind knowing that he is my mechanic. I never have to go to the dealer for my BMW service, he is a foreign car expert. Update as of July 2023:Marconi now occupies the whole building and offers super clean loaners along with a professional waiting room. All of the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. They do same day repairs. I would not look past this place if you need a mechanic.Initial review:Reliable mechanic who won t try to sell you what you don t need. I always bring my car here. Marconi always does quality work at a fair price. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, honest mechanic.

I always dread getting my car fixed but when I brought my Jeep to Marconis it was the easiest experience I have ever had! I walked in, gave him my keys and told him the issues I was having with my car. He gave me a loaner car and I was out the door within minutes. I am excited that I finally have a trustworthy mechanic who is a great communicator and speedy worker Very very happy with my first experience and I highly recommend him to others!

When I ve relocated to a new residence, I ve been on a search for a quality, and trustworthy mechanic for a few years. Then, I was introduced to Marconi, the owner of Marconi s Automotive and the search was over. His friendly and more importantly, trustworthy problem solving skills, sets him apart from the other shops I ve been to. I always recommend him to my family and friends.

I live over 40 minutes away from Marconis Automotive, and there is no where else I would take my car. After visiting multiple mechanics, Marconis gave me a very fair price, and was also very honest about what repairs were needed vs unnecessary that I was being quoted for.Marconis customer service was terrific, the shop is clean, the repairs were done quickly and I was kept up to date on the status of these repairs.Highly recommended taking your next repair to Marconis and see for yourself.

I serviced my dodge ram at Marconi's many times , I had a no heat problem that drove me crazy took it to 3 different mechanics before and gave up on it , one day my brother was using my truck for some home repairs and took it there for a check engin light and asked Marconi to check it out , and he had repaired the problem aswell as the heat issue, since then I started taking all my vehicles to his shop and I referred my friends and Co workers to him and they all speak highly about Him , I highly recommend Marconi's auto shop.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
