Very unprofessional and don t care about the client. The manager don t care about the client .They replace my wipers , did a bad job , the wipers fall out in the middle of 95 under a rain .Bring back for him to replace it as emergency they make everything so hard that was better go to walmart and buy a new one in stead to have them fix it . I been customer of valvoline for over 15 years they just lost a client for something simply to solve . Very poor management.

I came here on Easter to get my oil changed, figured I would bring it here instead of doing it myself. Worst decision of my life. End results were me having to leave my car there due to them breaking a piece on my oil filter housing. Leaving me stranded with no car, and a measly $35 a day car rental reimbursement.

The majority of your experiences here will be good, unless one of the techs cross threads or over torques the oil pan drain plug. When that happens such that it leads to damage of your pan threads (trust me you'll hear the pop), they will install a temporary "pan saver" and tell you you're in need of a mechanic to replace your oil pan. And when you reach out to their claims department, they will reach out to the store manager who will then call you in the most dismissive, unaccountable, disingenuous, passive aggressive tone that will make your blood boil, who will then inform you that your claim is invalid and Valvoline will not reimburse you for the repair, not even a simple rethread of the existing oil pan with a larger plug, because:a) Valvoline considers pan threads a "wear item" (go figure)b) the pan saver is in fact a permanent fix that won't be a problem if you continue to get all your oil changes at Valvoline (they have endless supply of pansavers- go figure) andc) all their techs properly calibrate their torque wrenches and always torque the drain plug to 30ft lbs.At this point, you'll be so irrate that you can't think straight, (because you explained you have video from the dealer going over the car after an oil change who mentioned no signs of wear on the pan threads, and every other oil change including the last one was at Valvoline where they mentioned no signs of wear on the drain threads), that you'll pull your last line and inform them you're not going back there while you know full well they could care less if you ever return, to which point they will say they understand (confirming they in fact could care less). Then if you reach back out to the claims department to escalate the situation to the regional manager, they will send your case over (and make sure you get the details correct as the original claim was entered as an oil change comp and pan replacement but all I wanted was a repair). They will then inform you that if the regional manager sees your case and agrees with the store manager, 9/10 you will not receive a call and that's the end of the line for your claim. I never heard from the regional manager.I say all that to say, that if you think for 1 second that getting an oil change is such an easy routine process as unscrewing a drain plug, draining oil, replacing filter, hand starting and then properly torquing the drain plug, and then putting in the manufacturers specified amount of oil and checking for leaks, and therefore any high school age kid can do it at any lube shop, you're dead wrong. Book the time to bring your vehicle to a proper mechanic. You may not thank yourself later, but that will only be because a proper mechanic will inform you of a problem before hand, and if they make a mistake (which happens and is completely understandable) they will take accountability for their actions because you're valued as their customer, and they will fix their mistake knowing their integrity will keep you coming back for all your mechanical needs.

I came for the oil change. The wait was long, but my car is comfy. They operate like a well-oiled machine over there. I noticed that they communicate well and speak to each other respectfully. They also talked to me respectfully and patiently. This is the kind of service people used to get in the 60s and 70s at a gas station. I needed 3 lights replaced, $13 each. They aren't my usual shop, and I'm glad I was able to experience it. The one con was that they said they would only honor their oil change for 3,000 miles with a full synthetic oil change. When I asked why, they just repeated that they would only honor their warranty within 3,000 miles.

We have a small fleet and use Valvoline as our fleet oil change location across their Massachusetts locations. However on more than one occasion we have had recurring problems with air filters being jammed into the filter tray so that it caused the check engine light to come on. And most recently at this location, we were sold a new air filter and found this filter 200 miles later. Again, not the first time this has happened at a Valvoline location - we have had similar issues at other locations as well - so BEWARE!

I had a long wait but they did go out of their way to service my car. They drove to an auto parts store to purchase the filter I needed and did go above and beyond to make sure I had everything I asked for. The wait which was only partly due to the filter was the only reason I gave them 4 stars. I would recommend because they were super nice and Dan really did do his best to help me.

The service has significantly improved since my last visit about 3 months ago. The manager before was rude and made people cry. Legit. The guys the other day were so great!! I almost didn't go because my experience last time was so bad, but something told me to go and I'm glad I did. Thanks fellas for doing a great job!!

Wait was long (multiple customers), but the show of camaraderie and respect of teammates was pleasant to see as I prepared to do homework when the oil was being changed. Courtesy check per the usual was done that I appreciated, and also thankful the sales rep was detailed in the things he recommended I needed done.

Best place to go if you want to feel robbed!Went in because I had a coupon, they didn't want to see it until after it was completed. Once it was completed they told me the coupon wasn't valid in a very childish attitude. They told me if I asked nicer, he could have given me a coupon.Overall they chage more than the dealer did. I will never go back to valvoline. And I wish I could give less than 1 star to be completely honest.Updated* company contacted me asking for details, but stopping short of trying to make the situation better*

After sitting here for close to an hour, another car and I were asked to change lanes to be seen faster . We changed lanes and had to sit almost another hour before getting into the bay. Meanwhile, 2 cars that had just randomly pulled up were taken into the bay that the other car and I were originally in line for. We were made to wait EVEN LONGER than we had already been here for what? Those other 2 cars that just pulled up are already gone, serviced well before us. Currently sitting in the bay, still not having oil done. Have been here since 12:20, it s now 2:00. Won t come here again, that s for sure.

Zero stars. Daniel was incredibly rude and treated me like I was an absolute idiot. It was the first time I've brought this cat for an oil change and was struggling a little with accessing info and I feel like he intentionally made this as difficult as possible. Andrew was super nice and apologized on his behalf because I was practically in tears at that point. I've recently been diagnosed a 2nd time with cancer and am having a difficult time. Daniel's rudeness didn't help.

Incredibly understaffed, and no one seems be moving at a pace of any kind. An hour and twenty minutes in, and when I pulled up there was one vehicle being serviced and one ahead of me. More coffee drinking and wandering around than work. Frustrated and will go elsewhere from now on.

I had a bad experience with them, they simply let oil spill into my car's engine and they were horrible in solving my problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

With the amount of driving I do I'm there just about once a month. The crew there is always very helpful and friendly. I look forward to seeing them each time I go. They also know exactly what to do with my car without me even saying a word at this point.Highly recommend stopping here for your oil changes or anything else you need for your car!

Had me wait AN HOUR AND A HALF just to tell me they don't do tire rotations when I specifically asked first guy if they did and he said yeah. Bad organization, false information and too long a wait.

Stopped in for an oil change at this location on Thursday, August 10th and had a great experience. Quick, easy and no pressure. The crew even took time to show me a messy issue they had to deal with on my vehicle and they handled it with professionalism. Thank you Valvoline team.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

In and out everytime, staff is pleasant and helpful. The one time I had to wait was only like 10 mins, and they gave me a small discount because of it.
