I recently purchased a new car from this dealership and it's by far one of the best car I've ever driven and the experience is worth it. The owner is very nice and honest. He truly lives up to his word. I highly recommend going to see him for any car troubles or if you're in the market for a new car. You won't regret it!

I recently bought a 2013 Dodge Charger from here and I am really impressed with them! I had the check engine light go on and they got my car right in and fixed the problem in less than a day! I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in getting a used car! Fernando really cares about his customers and he is awesome!

I recently purchased a 2012 Mercedes E350 from United Auto Sales. The entire process couldn t have been easier or hassle free. My salesman Fernando was extremely professional and easy to deal with- after we agreed on a price the process was super easy - I would recommend buying a car from them to anyone. I ve had the car for a month now and couldn t be happier- it runs and looks excellent - trouble free to date- thank you Fernando and Lawrence the owner who was available to answer any questions I had about the vehicle- Laurence told me the brakes were replaced and the tires were like new- car runs like a dream - great dealership

The 2016 Chrysler we bought in Oct. has been in the shop more then it s been on the road- could find a better car for less private sale - these guys are chum-lee s of the business, buyer beware.

I recently just bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe sport from united, I could not have done it without the help of Fernando. Not a lot of cars salesman care about the customers, more for the sale but you can tell fernando really cares about his customers and wants the best for them. He was so happy for me when I was able to get this car I HIGHLY recommend going here if you re looking for a used car. 10/10

Drove for almost an hour to see the advertised 2010 Subaru Legacy. Upon arrival I have noticed that the car presented to me, although also 2010 Legacy and of the same color, has 20,000 more miles than the one advertised, discussed by phone twice with Fernando - the owner of the place, who reassured me that it is available prior to my visit. When I asked him what all of that means, his response was that the one I came to see is at cleaners and could not be seen. Is it not a classic representation of infamous "Bait and switch"?! The guy is a crook - stay away from this place.

These guys can t be beat... Laurence is a stand up honest guy and you d be hard pressed to find this kind of Quality service, price fairness, and Trust with anyone, anywhere at all. My experience has been awesome with them. ..For example another garage was trying to charge 3k for a used transmission replacement but when I brought it to United they told me the truth and Charged less than $500 for a sensor done in hrs and there was never a problem with the transmission itself. I was so impressed with their honesty and professionalism I had them do a lot more work to the car, I will always use these guys for life now, they are amazing.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

I bought a car at the beginning of October. My experience has been great so far. Got a great car for a great price. They were friendly and very professional. There were a couple things needed to be done and they were done right away in a timely manner. I would recommend stopping by if your looking for a new vehicle! I would go back!

I got a 2012 Subaru Legacy that runs awesome. Laurence was very professional making sure I wasn t paying more then the price listed. He was very understanding when It comes to a new driver Not knowing much. Completely honest with you. I definitely would recommend going to him for used vehicles and maintenance on your cars. Great service, happy to have bought my first car (2014 Chevy Cruze w/ 91k miles) with United Auto. They have reasonable pricing make sure every vehicle is taken care of. Had a small issue with my car, called up the manager and he had it fixed within 2 1/2 hours. Very responsible, respectable, and helpful. 100% recommend for anything car related.

Bought a car from them a few months ago and with in days of taking it off the lot I had an issue. Brought it back and it took a few days and it was fixed. A few weeks late another issue. Got that fixed and then a few weeks later... yup another issue. That one cost me almost a grand. I don t recommend this dealer. They told me the car was looked over and had no issues. Had to get the brakes changed and the old ones were paper thin. That is something that should have been checked before selling. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I believe that this dealership/mechanic business is one of the best if you are looking for an affordable reliable used vehicle. We bought a 2009 Honda Pilot in great condition and a a great price. That owners are extremely nice and very pleasant to speak to. We had a couple of minor problems (wiper sprayer needed replacing and a head light out) both fixed right when the issue was brought to them with no hassles. I would HIGHLY recommend United Auto Service to anyone. My husband and I are very pleased with this business.

I bought a Tiguan from United Auto Service. The car runs great, low mileage, and was very clean!! Laurence made me comfortable with the car buying process, he was very helpful. When I picked up my car he made sure it had a full tank of gas. He also followed up by email to be sure everything with the car was going well.It is not near home but I will continue to drive there for service and future car purchases.

This place of business is like family.I purchased a car from another dealer and it was a lemon. My wife bought her car from United auto services and anytime she needs anything they stand by their cars.I went there and did they help me out yes they did.I bought a suv and I love it!I would recommend this place to anyone that loves a honest dealer and service.Thanks so much without your help I would have been without a car.They deserve more than 5 Stars.

Worst place to buy a car ever. Tell you what you eant to hear, then leave you with a jeep that I had issues with right from start and never addressed. Dropped Vehicle off at my Home, supposedly all set, i start it up as he is driving by and waving & 3 engine codes were still showing

I bought a 2011 chevy traverse. Which was a really good deal. I was greatest with lots of respect. I was treated very well. I purchased it that day. It was made sure that it was on the road and everything. Even after a few days a few things needed to be checked out and fixed and it was done ASAP. Again I was treated with respect and I was reached out to make sure all is well and was asked to stop 8n to make sure it was all well.When it's time to get something new I will be freaking with them again. Purchased my latest car from here. I had a few problems with getting my registration and other things with the dmv so they held my car for over a month with no complaints as well as consistently contacting me and asking if i needed help with the dmv process. Very friendly and much attention to detail my car was perfectly clean in the interior, everything in top condition as well as assisting me with my inspection too. Highly recommend working with them ! Services: Tires, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Oil change

I love this place, I have been going to this place forever, never had any issues. I recommend this place to my friends, family and everyone else. They take care of your needs and are experts in what they do. they are 200% professional and knowledgeable about many different vehicles. You will feel safe with your car at this shop. The BEST!!

Great place to get a car if you want to be stressed out. They don't return phone calls and won't honor a warranty purchased with them. I do not reccomend and wo t be going back for anything. Even after I sent them business and they bought a car from them. Poor communication and poor business ethic. Thanks.

If you're looking to buy a vehicle from united auto sales make sure you inspect the vehicle before you sign the deal these guys sold me a Subaru forester for 10 grand come to find out the front brake pads were completely deteriorated and unitied auto sales told me I would have to pay for my brakes to be fixed even though I had a warranty. Definitely will not be returning .

We just purchased a car my son has been wanting for years. Aween went above and beyond to accommodate us and our unconventional work times so we can see and drive the car. They where honest, helpful, and went the extra mile thru the whole purchasing process. United Auto in Leominster was amazing to work with and purchase from. I highly recommend them to anyone.
