These guys are great treat you right. Prices are very reasonable as I am a shopper. I needed a transmission but couldn't pick up right away they have on hold for me. I did go in n pay for it . Wayne was great n explained the core charge etc. I recommend these guys any time.

Mark the owner is probably the nicest most honest respectable used car guy I ever met in my 57 years my son bought a truck from him and now I bought a truck from him very reasonable prices and if he s got it for sale you will get the most for your money thanks again mark

Don't purchase from this guy. I bought a car in February 2018. Check engine light came on shortly after buying with two other lights referring to the ventilation. Failed inspection twice, after both I brought it back for his mechanic to fix. The first time turned the lights off but the mechanic didn't finish sealing something so it failed the second time. He also said he replaced the motor recently but the motor had 150k miles on it.I've had continual issues with this car over time, lots of rust and the rear license plate lights were hanging lose as the screw holes were rusted out. Had the alternator fail on me yesterday and had to get towed to my mechanic. My mechanic looks at it and says the entire bottom of the car (the frame) is rotted out with rust and he's surprised the frame hasn't fallen apart on me yet. He says I shouldn't even drive it because it's too dangerous. It's September 2018. The car barely lasted me 7 months.Again, don't buy from this guy.

I recently purchased a 2008 Chevy Suburban from Marc at Route 12 Auto. After I bought the vehicle there were a couple issues (02 Sensor and AC condenser) Marc bent over backwards to handle the repairs. He went so far as delivering the car to my office after the vehicle was repaired (at his cost). I highly recommend Rte 12 Auto Sales

I recently bought a 2011 Jetta tdi here. I thought the car was having issues Marc immediately took it to VW and had it looked at not only that but also gave me a car to use in the mean time. Shortly after my radio died he replaced the radio RIGHT AWAY himself & then took it to VW because it needed a code. While he had it he got me a spare tire & also fixed a running light that went out. This man has AMAZING customer service and I would reccomend him again and again to anybody ! He goes out of his way for his customers and doesn t even have a complaint about it. I have not one bad word to say about him or his service

I recommend this place to buy your car very nice wonderful family oriented guy very understanding.. I was very indecisive and the owner MARC SPENT HIS DAY W ME MAKING SURE I GOT THE CAR I WANTED... NOT ONLY DID HE HELP Me he walked me thru a process i hate dealing w cars.. And spent his day making sure it was the car i wanted to make matters better HE ALSO DID ALL WORK FOR THE REGISTRY THANKS MARC I WILL B BACK !!!

I bought a platinum auto sale(which is located at 1074 central st Leominster) few moths ago, they gave me a car couldn't even pass the inspiration, that car has a lot problems and they were keep lying to me. They are even doing something ILLEGAL!But I came to this place and they help me to find out all the problems and fixed my car, if you wanna buy a car come here!
