I called to get a part since the other store in Fitchburg was no help and micky found what I was looking for in seconds. She always helpful every time I go in to pick up parts for our fleet.

I needed a intake solenoid for my GMC. They came through when others didn't.Amazing. I had to drop family off at airport the next morning. Part fit perfect and car was running perfectly. Thanks O'Reilly

Eddie was AMAZING!!!! not only did he answer the phone and help me with my call he assisted me when I showed up to the store! and helped me replace my dog light!!! always great service and will keep me coming back!

These guys read Check Engine Lights meanings for free.The dealer charge is 75 bucks to tell you what's wrong.The woman behind the counter was awesomely helpful.10 / 10 would go there again

I have gone to different O'Reilly parts stores and I have never had a issue with them. They have always been helpful and friendly. There have been times where there prices have been better, plus if I remember correctly they will beat a competitor's prices.

Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a starter motor for a piece of equipment that they stopped making 15 years ago. He was able to cross reference the part number to a different brand. They had one in the warehouse, I picked it up at the store 3 hours later. That's service!

Very quick to get parts not in stock. I got mine the same day. When I went back the next day to get my core charge returned, there wasn't enough cash in the store. The manager made it work with very little wait time. Parts availability and service A+

Super helpful! I went in for a 8mm wrench but realy didn't want to buy 1 cause i own a million but wasnt near my home. I asked about loaner tools &they have them but not realy hand tools like wrenches, but they do however have some they're employees use. &Without leaving deposit, my ID or knowing me from a hole in the wall, she lent me the 8mm wrench &said I trust you to bring it back &take the 10mm just incase. Now it may not seem like a BIG DEAL but this day &age that's just kind of on heard of in most establishments. &its just nice to know people can still have faith &a certain trust in someone theyre just meeting /seeing for the 1st time just on face value alone. I'll definitely be going back

Awesome customer service! We went in there asking for D batteries and she gave them to us right away! Any time we are around and we need batteries we will make sure to go to O Reilly s auto parts in Leominster!

Incredibly helpful staff and great prices. They gave me some tips on my AC for my super old car to make sure it wasn't something major before I wasted my money. They really are incredibly smart and helpful.

Mickey was amazing. She put the scanner on the Hooptie and found cylinder 3 wasn't happy. Bought new plugs and they lent me the tools to fix it in the parking lot. Great experience and back on the road in under 20 minutes. TYVM

I'm liking this place more than CAP lately just due to their selection. Way more stuff here plus once you sign up for one of their rewards cards it tracks everything you buy and makes return very easy.

This is a newer O'Reilly's store right off of Rt. 12 in Leominster MA. Very friendly staff. Will always give you a straight answer on where to find best priced items. Even if it is not with them.

Not sure if Deanna is a girl or a guy who helped me but was rude. Usually a good experience but not with the girl/guy that helped me Friday for sure. Makes you not want to go back.
