I ve been buying cars from Steve for over 10 years and it s always a pleasure. My boyfriend and I were in a pinch and he did what it took to get us in a car! Not just a car but, a car that fits us! I highly recommend working with him and his team of certified technicians! No better place to buy or have your car fixed but, at New England Motors!

A great big thank you to Steve, Trevor, and all the staff at New England Motors. The last 25 years we have only shopped and purchased new vehicles. I began servicing my Toyota Tacoma at New England Motors 3 years ago with great results, and now regularly service my BMW, and my daughter's Volkswagen Jetta there as well. The skilled techs have provided us with quality service and repairs at a great price. I can't say enough good things about my experience at New England Motors. Starting with Sarah's friendly voice, her help on the phone along with her welcoming smile at the service reception counter. Sarah has consistently provided me prompt, thorough attention along with options for my service needs.I recently purchased a BMW with 16K miles from New England Motors. My first used car purchase in a very long time. Steve found exactly what I was looking for, it's perfect. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle, it feels like a brand new car. I consider myself one with an eye for detail. I am feeling pride in ownership and the satisfaction that accompanies the feeling of a good purchase. Trevor, Steve, and Tom have been great, always kind and friendly. No pressure, laid back, it's been a great place to shop and service my vehicles.

If you live in Central Massachusetts you should stop by New England Motors of Leominster. It is a outstanding place to have your vehicles serviced. The people there are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. On several occasions I have dropped in to have my vehicles looked at and they have usually been able to work on any repairs the same day. For scheduled appointments they can offer a loaner vehicle. At each visit they do a thorough inspection of your vehicle and let you know of any issues that might pose a problem, "down the road", along with a detailed repair estimate. They have always been done on time and within the estimated cost for repairs. I am very happy with the service they provide and will remain a loyal, repeat customer.

The owner here should not run a business i can not believe after trying to have a civil conversation with him he started swearing at me and acting like a child i am also a business owner and would never talk to a customer or anyone that walked into my businesses as he did to me i would never suggest or support this business

Bought 2012 VW Eos here, entire process was quick and easy. Treated with friendly professionalism by everyone. Pleasant experience and great vehicle.I would recommend this dealer without hesitation. May not have been local to my home but was worth the drive to get great service!

I would recommend New England Motors for a great place to find any reliable used vehicle and/or service! Bought my car here in 2015. It was the easiest process as a first-time buyer. I have returned for service at the shop, their mechanics are knowledgable and helpful making my overall experience fast, affordable and easy!

We love the staff over at NEM! They were amazing with every purchase! They made the huge decision to take on another car very simple and non- threatening. We have been going to NEM for all of our cars. We got many many years out of every vehicle! Your not going to meet a more hard working staff. Come see them for your next car!

I was referred by my mom an as soon as I walked through the doors I fell in love with the whole establishment an employees. I was handled with respect an care. Tom is very inclined withwith cars an is very great at making u laugh. I almost forgot I was buying a car cause how funny he was hahaha. All in all great customer service an a great selection of cars in the lot I plan on getting my second car in this dealership .

Treated us fairly. Also backed up repairs after we bought a car. Setting up service again which they will be giving a loner car while are car is being fixed. That's great service.

Affordable clean used cars. They go through them and replace anything needed and they stand behind them. Very friendly. Just bought my second car from them. I won't go anywhere else. No joke, 5 stars

New England Motors holds themselves to a higher standard of excellence. Purchased my vehicle from them 10 months ago. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that my buying and vechicle service experince is comparable to none. Trevor, the office staff, the sales department, and the auto technicians go that extra mile. If your looking for a vechicle, New England Motors is the place to go.

Don't waste your time! You pick out a vehicle that your interested in and do all the paperwork and application process only to have them call you to tell you that your approved and when you get there all of a sudden you weren't approved for the vehicle you want, you were approved for the newer vehicles and more expensive vehicles.

Terrible service. Absolutely horrible. Bought several vehicles from them. A friend of mine bought one there. All of their vehicles have accident records, codes, dents if you look close enough, etc. DO NOT BUY HERE AT ALL.
