Dan was very knowledgeable and personable. He went out of his way to get me the best deal possible. This was my first brand new car and I enjoyed not being pressured into buying. I will enjoy the all new Sonata AWD.

We looked for a new car for a long time, and visited a lot of different dealerships. We are so happy we ended up with a Hyundai from McGovern.We knew our next car would be all electric, and we looked at BMW, Tesla, Lucid, and Mercedes. None of them could compete with the value of the Ioniq6. The Ionic6 drives just as nice and with very similar features. The only thing we didn t like was the lack of rear heated seat options for the Ionic6. We had asked at a different dealership about that option in an upgrade, but no one ever returned our phone calls. That s when we visited McGovern. Nick was amazing at finding out what couldBe done, and they even arranged for the upgrade to be installed before we picked up the car. The cost was less than a similar upgrade in the other cars we looked at, and the results are so professional. They made the whole process of finding a car and installing the heated seats so easy for us. We are very happy with the service we got from Nick and are absolutely in love with the new car. So much nicer than the other options out there!!!!

Jayson Crosby was outstanding !!! I came to the McGovern Hyundai Rt 2 dealership, and he was always friendly and polite. He heard the descriptions of the car I needed, and the budget. I picked one Sonata, but it ended being too expensive for me, so I changed to a lower price Sonata. He and finance team were kind enough to accommodate that and do the paper work twice. I am very grateful for the way they handled that. Jayson is very professional, his communications are solid and always on time. He's very knowledgeable about the car description, quality and features. He doesn't push you just any car, he sells you a car you need. What I noticed about him is that he evaluates the cars like he was buying for himself, which gave me confidence on his assessment of the cars he was showing me. If the car was not available for a road test, he would go out of his way to get it ready. He was always making sure I was comfortable and happy with the car I picked. Thank you very much Jayson !!

Joshua and Peter are amazing. There was no pressure and they put together a fantastic package for my new Tucson. The monthly payment came to less than expected and now I have a great car to keep my busy schedule. I will recommend to everyone this is the place to buy a car. Thank you!

Great experience!!!! We were in a time crunch and needed to find a new car and we weren t having the best luck.McGovern and Fred were recommended to us so we made it our last stop for that day and thank god we did!Even though we arrived early afternoon on a Saturday they welcomed us and got literally right to work for us. Minimal wait times for test drives, kept in the loop for everything, we were not pressured at all from sales or financing and just felt super comfortable!Once car was ready for me to pick up, Fred sat with me and showed me each detail and feature to make sure I was comfortable and knew how to use.I heard from them within the first few days, checking in with me, and if I need help or any questions. Very thorough from start to finish.Great experience and super happy with my new Hyundai Tucson!!!!

Sebastian was super helpful throughout the leasing process, and was very transparent with all the options we considered (buying, leasing, terms, etc). He went out of his way to get us the color and trim we wanted and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. We were very happy with the entire experience!

Awesome to deal with, the staff were so great on giving me all the help I needed an the friendliness' of staff form managers to the sales person. an they even checked up on me a few days later, would recommend them to everyone, I have bought several cars over the years an this is the nicest place I ever worked with on buying a car I never felt pushed into it like , other dealer ship I felt pressured an being a woman an my age I feel for the first time not having someone try to take advantage of me. Thank you everyone there

Had such a great experience at this dealership! Was greeted right away and our sales consultant, Joshua, was amazing! Made sure as a first time buyer I was getting the best deal. Stayed till the last hour to get everything right. We laughed, we shared stories, told him Ravenclaw was the superior house. All in all would absolutely recommend having Joshua as your guide and McGovern as your go to for all your car needs!

The dealership personnel were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Salesperson went out of his way to please us and knew everything about the car. He called a few days after we brought the car home to offer assistance or answer any questions we had. I would do business there again.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dan. My husband and I were in search of a great, reliable SUV and we were dreading the process, and did not want to break the bank and stay in our budget. Dan made this experience painless. From trading our car, to test drive the cars available, paperwork was a breeze. Dan is very knowledgeable, helped us and answered all of our questions. We did not feel rushed, but most importantly we felt like it was a good investment. We brought our son with us, and he sure made a friend in there. What's better than a family owned dealership in your town getting a full makeover and more to better accommodate service and sales and parts customers! I can't wait to see the finished product! I appreciate all the hard work from all the employees as they continue to provide exceptional service while remaining open during construction. Parking may be difficult, but just ask for assistance, and someone will help like they did me! (Valet) Exciting times are coming to this store, and I can't wait to see the finished product. Leominster is growing yet again!!

Had the pleasure of driving a brand new Elantra N in Ceramic White. I initially was going to test drive the limited but was surprised to see one of these babies come off the truck as I walked through the door! Dan made it very easy for me decide that this was the car I wanted. Highly recommend you go see him if you are considering buying a Hyundai from this dealership!

I didn't end up buying a car from here - but, got to work with Ethan Rawson in discussing purchasing a vehicle. Ethan was super responsive and helpful in negotiating on the price and getting a really good offer as far as it could go. Not to mention all the questions he answered. I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. Even knowing that I might not end up making a purchase with him, Ethan exhibited a rare level of integrity and honesty. Would recommend working/reaching out with them if you're looking at Hyundai.

I had such an excellent experience at this dealership! The sales associate, Fred, made the whole process so much less stressful than I had come to expect with most other dealerships. I arrived at 5, and he was able to get the whole purchase (with financing) complete before the dealership closed at 7! Even while the property is under construction, the sales staff was just so kind and helpful. Would definitey recommend McGovern Hyundai Rt.2 to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!!

I didn't end up getting a car with McGovern (the car I wanted wasn't in stock) but their salesperson Ethan Rawson was actually super helpful in my search, in that he was honest in assessing my situation--that I might have better chances at getting the in-demand car I was after elsewhere--even though it was in his best interest to try to sell me otherwise. It's such a breath of fresh air in the new car buying hunt. I will remember this exchange and hit him up next time I'm looking!

Honestly after going here it made me embarrassed to drive a Hyundai. I went just to see a few vehicles to help get a feel on what me and my Fianc� wanted. The salesperson absolutely keep trying to pressure us into buying like I've never dealt with from a dealership before. He refused to listen to our wants/needs and price we're looking at. Just keep saying "oh that's going be hard" which no it's not a simple google search shows it was a far price range. Then kinda forced us into a test drive (at least it was a vehicle I was curious on). He kept repeating himself and praising the vehicle in weird ways (No duh it has working heat). Then barely listened to how we didn't like it. Once we got back he kept showing us the same few cars even though he had to keep saying we don't like them. Expecting us to magically change our mind. When he finally understood what we wanted just should us ones way above the price I stated. Acting like that would do something and make me spend more. Seriously made me sick to my stomach and gave me the worst headache of my life after dealing with them.

I couldn't have asked for a better first car-buying experience. I put a deposit down on a car online after coming to an agreement on the price breakdown with a salesperson. When I arrived at the dealership they honored our previously agreed-upon price and didn't try to upsell me on extended warranties or any other products. Darcy & Will were both super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Other dealerships could learn a lot about improving the car buying process from McGovern Rt 2!

I recently bought an Ioniq5 at this dealership. Sebastian helped me find the car I wanted, even though it involved a dealer swap that probably used a few hours of his time. He and the rest of the sales staff were responsive to my questions. If I had a question they couldn't answer off hand, they looked into it and got back to me in a reasonable amount of time.Sebastian listened and paid attention to my needs.On the day of delivery, Sebastian noticed an issue that I hadn't spotted. He pointed it out and resolved the issue quickly.Overall, a good experience.
