This was by far the most pleasant oil change experience of my life. I never thought I would be raving about an oil change! Great price, fast service.Extremely considerate and kind staff! Will be coming back and recommend them to everyone!

I couldn t be happier at the service I received at Jiffy Lube. I was greeted quickly, with a smile. I had questions about my vehicle that were answered courteously and professionally. The staff went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable and understood what my vehicle needed. Highly recommend!

This jiffy lube is very efficient, direct and fast pace. Jen helped me the other day go through my vehicle and helped me diagnose a problem that I couldn t figure out. (Evap line)Only issue I had was the dirty windshield cleaner they used on my windows. Don t do it if you re going to be sloppy. My car was clean coming in. Left with streaks on my windshield. Overall I was happy with my visit

Although our overall experience at jiffylube was pleasant, we did experience a very rude employee I believe her name was Raven. She treated me like I was a 5 year old girl and like I incapable was of driving The reality is I have worked at an auto body ship for the past 10 years maybe it was my pink jumpsuit that rubbed her the wrong way.

Do not go to Jiffy Lube, go to a real mechanic to get your oil The salesperson tried to recommend items I did not want. I was specific with what I wanted and they still tried to over charge me. I would never recommend Jiffy Lube nor go back again.

I was able to be seen quickly for an oil change. I was able to ask a question about my breaks, they did not try to sell me any nonsense and even referred me to who might be of better help to me.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The manager was way more personable than I thought, he took the time to really go over everything they were doing to my vehicle. The online coupons were a nice bonus, keep your eyes out for those!

Second time at this location and still amazing service. Went on Thursday at noon, didn t catch their names but super helpful people. Price is what it is, but the convenience and the workers are way better than any place I ve been to (including different JL locations). Brian at the Leominster Jiffy Lube was an absolute delight. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Before spending the money, Brian checked to make sure a tire rotation would benefit me and ended up saving me money, because my tires did not need to be rotated. He had me in and out for my oil change in less than 15 minutes. Truly great customer service from the whole team!Services: Tires, Oil change

Friendly staff, great service.l it's a great place for Oil change. Only thing is the tech only vacuumed driver side and fail to vacuumed back seat & passenger side. Nevertheless, I recommend this place .

my mother paid $92 for a bad oil change. not sure what kind of game you are running here, but you should have informed my mother that you don't do strictly oil changes. you only provide oil changes with included service packages. something she didn't fully understand when she agreed. she should not have paid more then 40 bucks. place is a rip off. if you only need an oil change please consider saving your money and going els where.

I went in for an oil change, and was pleasantly surprised. Very professional service. This was my first time here, as I usually go to the dealership. It was quick, about 25 mins start to finish. I never left my car, so that's convenient. I was informed during the entire process. And they even took the time to reset my "idiot" lights. My only issue was it it more expensive than the dealership, but was way quicker! I will probably go there again.

I cannot rave enough about the team at this location! I pulled up yesterday morning just after the 3rd car went into the bay. A gentleman came out and let me know this and that it would be about an hour. I very much appreciated that honesty, and opted to wait. It was much faster than that! I was out in just about 40 minutes. I appreciate how quickly and efficiently this team works. It never feels rushed, and they do a great job communicating the work and all the options. As long as this team is there, I will continue to bring my car to them!Service: Oil change
