Dealt with Adam to get my truck lined up and he gave me an accurate quote. Rocks had chipped the paint away on my 2014 Ram 2500 and they did a great job repainting them. A car wash ripped the molding away from the windshield on my Volvo V70. I had been trying to find someone to fix it for weeks, but everyone was booked. I called Adam and he fit me in on a moment's notice. I handed him some new clips for the molding, he had the job done in10 minutes and wouldn't even let me pay him! The least I can do is give him a stellar review. Excellent customer service and I am happy with the repair. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

Had a tree fall on 2 of my vehicles. They did a great job fixing both vehicles. They handled everything from working with the adjuster, rental car company and the repairs. Both vehicles, Honda Accord and Hummer H2, came back to us flawlessly. Could't be happier and highly recommend them. Brought my car to them for a new bumper on the front of my car and the liner. I didn t have a rental car. They had my car done in 27 hours. I was so impressed by the time, workmanship and my car interior was cleaner that when I dropped it off. The do great work.

I rarely write reviews but couldn't pass this one up. These guys did a phenomenal job. Only a little fender bender when two of us backed into each other. The only reason I had it fixed was because the car was only 5 months old. I hate to use cliches but it looked better than when I bought it new. Not only was the work impeccable, but they detailed it after as part of normal service. Vacuumed, washed, windows cleaned, etc. They found a little more than expected with regards to damage but didn't charge me any more than their original estimate. Highly recommend them and would not hesitate to return.

I stopped at Imperial after an unfortunate fender bender back in late 2016. I was traveling on business at the time and needed a quick fix. Joanne was extremely helpful with my dilemma. They got my car fixed and had me back on the road within a couple hours! Great experience, I wish they had a body shop this friendly around me!

Worst place ever got into accident they fixed what ajuster said was wrong never checked out anything eles picked up suv after 2 weeks had to turn around and bring it right back wasnt driveable then they totalled it! Really someone could have gotten seriously hurt!!! U would think they would check it out seeing ajuster only sees outside doesnt check underneath!!!
