We stopped here for gas on a Friday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised that the line for gas was pretty short. I got gas while my husband went into the store to get a couple of items. He took a little longer than I did getting the gas. The store had exactly what we were looking for and checkout went smoothly. It was a fairly quick shopping experience.

So I paid $100/ yr for free delivery. Normally don t have a problem but today I had placed two orders last night and only half of the first order got delivered. I guess they use Door Dash, because when I called, they said I had to contact Door Dash. (Even though they are the ones who coordinate with Door Dash). So I call Door Dash and they at first tried telling me since BJ s placed the order, they would need to call, and when I started to tell them they told me to call them. I got hung up on. So I called back and they finally decided to help me but the whole process took me 45 mins and now I have to wait around for a second delivery. What a pain in the a$$! And I can t even leave a negative review for the dasher who didn t pickup my entire order yet she got the tip. Guess I know next time to not include the tip on the order and wait to tip them when they driver my entire order!

The Leominster store is a little "tired" looking.This location isn't really dirty but it's not really clean.Some items are always out of stock or just not filled, although you can see them in the stacks.I have had a problem at the checkout/register EVERY time I've been there.

After reading all the reviews mine is certainly aligned with 90% of them. I was in last nite at 3.00 pm. Purchased muffins and a clearance cross body bag may or may not have been in right spot. The supervisor? Was asked about it he had a bad attitude to begin with i ended up bringing the entire box to front. I stood my ground and then was litterally laughed at at my face by him i asked to speak to manager. He laughed again i eventually spoke to the manager not much of a personality but at least he took care of the problem but the rude supervisor right in front of him accused my husband of knowing it wasnt right price because he walked out out NO he walked out because he was ready to call police on this punk. Raw chicken do not buy if you want to be sick, also my brother bought fresh salmon from the same location, expiration date two months out got sick the next day. Says fully cooked On package of chicken. the top of the chicken was really dark and looked cooked so my husband and I started eating the white meat breast part. As I go in for the wings I noticed they were raw so I checked the drums and they were really raw. My husband was eating the top of the chicken when I realized we were eating raw chicken and he looked at the breast and it was also pink at the core of the chicken not cooked properly. We have gotten sick from it and highly advise anyone not to buy the rotisserie chickens or if you are going to buy it make sure to double check it before eating. (Although I don t trust anything from the deli/ prepared foods anymore)

Need to figure out a better way of pricing their books, everytime I go here I get books and they are always ripped or covered in glue from the stupid way they put stickers on.

I just got hired for full time position job opportunity but I feel like they are having problem with me because I m trying to figure out the finance to get to and from work and they are having issues with me I don t understand why they re being so cold and uptight about me I didn t do anything wrong for them to treat me this way they won t even let me start training for their store without attacking me about how I m getting there

Not worth the membership. I often find the same or better prices at Market Basket and without having to deal with any coupons. My main reason was the gas station access and I even applied for the BJ's credit card, for the 10c per gallon discount but I still can get the exact same gas price on some other stations in Fitchburg and without the 5 to 10 minute lines. It's great that you get many 2 or 3 dollar coupons but clearly on overpriced items. If you pay attention, prices don't justify a membership and we won't be renewing.

We were just in to renew our membership and were treated horribly. Doug D. should take a course on customer service, the whole time he was rude and acted like we were bothering him. He ended up cancelling our membership because we didn't want the + membership and just wanted the regular one.Edit - I want to point out that I was able to solve the issue through the phone with Melanie. She was absolutely amazing and helped me in no time with no problem.

This store is by far the worst in the company. Management does not care that Inspire Energy walks around the store harassing customers. This happens every time you shop. We fell for the offer at one point and Inspire caused our electric bill to be $100s of dollars higher each month. As soon as we cancelled, bill went back to normal. When the manager was unavailable, a PC Lead named Selvin couldn t be bothered to put his phone down to speak with us for 2 min regarding our concerns. When confronted about it, he replied I have calls to make . Glad to know that customers who spend $1000s of dollars at this store are treated this way. Absolute joke!

The customer service experience was disappointing. After buying clothes, I attempted to return them, but the customer service representative informed me that clearance items couldn t be returned. Oddly, there were no signs in the store indicating that these items were final sale and non-returnable.

The buisness is filled with liars. I was told by my boss that everyone was trying to help me yet they talked behind my back instead of talking to me about it. They said I have an attitude problem which I don't. I have mental disabilities so I may act differently and not normal.There is poor communication and thought I was getting along with everyone.I wasn't there to make friends but I just wanted to be in an eviorment that is understand, honest. And comfortableI'm very dissapointed and betrayed. There is more but I won't get into that more

Customer service old ladies are SO PAINFULLY SLOW and inefficient. I was able to purchase a membership online while I was waiting in line. The way gas station is organized is beyond idiotic, people cutting each other because of inability to see pumps, half of the pumps not working. Hands down it s the worst BJs in Mass yet.

Always a great experience when I shop at BJs I use this shop to purchase big items I need alot of such as toilet paper, laundry soap, Disinfectant, cat food, cold or headache medicines, hair & bath products. They have patio furniture, organization items, Books, clothes, cards, food etc just a great wholesale place I became a member!

I asked the butcher like I do every month for top round steak to be cut fresh from the cryo pack to be cut into 1 inch steaks instead I got steaks that were cut less than 1/4 inch thick. And he has attitude.

I paid for my items, checked myself out and was targeted when leaving by Doug d. He would not let me leave with all my items. Counting my items over and over and just waved others through. I don't know if it was because I was targeted on my appearance, having darker features. But it was degrading and bjs should do better. You owe me 24.99.

I am updating my review. I went back last month because I was in the area and didn't want to go all the way out to my favorite BJs in Hudson. Braced myself, went in and was so very happy. This store is very clearly under new management. Everyone was helpful, particularly the deli counter. I have been back once since and had the same experience. Nice, knowledgeable staff and no one there from my last visit years ago. What a relief that they addressed their issues. I love BJs. This store was such an anomaly before. Glad they're in line with the others. Bonus is that the RMV moved so the traffic pattern is much better now.Original review from two years ago:This is the most poorly managed BJ's I have ever shopped. Customer service is just awful. A year ago I had a problem with coupons and was told to buy the products anyway because they didn't want to correct the problem. Took a break, went back today and was told that I had to use a cashier instead of the self service aisles because they had to "move the line along". There was one other person behind me. So I went behind him. These little power trips reflect on the culture of the store. I haven't experienced anything like this from any other BJ's.

The way the gas pumps are set up is beyond idiotic. Line all backed up while pumps aren t being used because people can t see which pumps are open. And the attendant working was extremely rude when my bar code wouldn t scan on my card and I needed assistance

I normally shop at BJ's in Westborough Westborough everything is organized here in Leominster not really truly enjoy shopping at BJ's help is very nice and very courteous help me when I was looking for something I was looking for electric shavers but you don't have it again thank you I will be back

They don't treat customers like a paying customer but as if they are doing me a favor ( dear BJs I am a paying customer) online check out is absolutely terrible, if they forget something you have to go back to the store and grab the items they forgot and no apology either wow .online check out charge me $15+$5tip to bring me a bag of lettuce I gone back to bjs and show them , customer service told me nothing we can do you have to call the online service ,what! nope not my mistake , dude this is frustrating really. I need to find another place to shop

The products at the deli have continually gone down hill so has the service since James and Penny left that area. Further, I used to like going there to have a slice of pizza after shopping. The woman who worked there was wonderful. Now it's just another Dunkin's with the same terrible coffee and mediocre donuts that every other DD serves. Bring back the pizza and the nice lady! I used to shop there every week, now I go about half that. Sad really, it was a great place.

No frills warehouse. Not very clean inside or out. Clean your cart yourself, don't see any disinfecting or sanitizing being done. Big box quantities with some good prices. It's BJs, what you expect?

Very poor service with the cashiers they look like they hate their job. The shorty stumpy lady at the food court was rude and seemed to hate her job as well. The only plus was the people giving away free samples were very happy and respectable. I highly recommend that BJ's mangement should re-look over their staff and fire the people who need the boot.

BJ'S is a great place to stock up on food. Make sure you track prices as sometimes can be achieved by going to a local supermarket. Store is clean, well stocked and staff is generally nice. Free samples are always welcome.

BJ's tire department is completely dysfunctional and disorganized. They do not pick up the phone and it takes several tries to reach anyone. Twice this year I have made an appointment, shown up on time and then told I had no appointment that day. Usually they are booked nearly two weeks out. Currently booked three weeks out. Completely UNACCEPTABLE! I will never buy tires from BJ's again. How long would I have to wait if I had a problem with a tire that needed fixing?
