Not how to get in touch with their service or maintenance guy, but the furthest automatic bay needs attention. The drivers side sprayer isn't working. Not the boom that travels around the vehicle, but the drivers side sprayer that sits on the carriage on top.

Hands down one of my favorite car washes the place it always kept tidy and the place has everything and the vacuums have more suction power than I ve ever encountered almost too much but not quite. I happen to from Worcester to use the wash and it s well worth it. If I had to make any suggestions maybe add more blowers to dry off the cars in the self serve area

I was double charged $17.00 for my wash, reached out to the number provided, and received no response back. Several friends have also been double charged when using the touch free wash, and automatically charged $20.00 using the hands-on wash bay. It's a shame because this is the best car wash on that side of Leominster. Be careful!

I just bought a new vehicle & I don't trust many car washes, especially ones that are touch. This touchless car wash was recommended to me by a neighbor, and it didn't disappoint! It didn't miss a single spot on my black truck

Modern, clean and up to date facility. They even have a high pressure air gun to dry off your vehicle, if you're worried about swirl marks on your paint. The automated drive through has the best dryer I've ever experienced. They also use chemicals that greatly minimize water spots. I've never been to a better car wash.

I used the self car wash bay and wasn t able to complete the wash after inserting at least $8. The tire cleaner didn t switch to pre-soak for a good 20-30 seconds after I switched the knob which waisted some of my time. I m a small female trying to wash a big suv. I had to add an extra dollar numerous times where I had to stop run the car door grab another bill out of the car and was almost finished rinsing when it stopped and asked for more money to continue. I grabbed another dollar and put it in when I realized my time to continue had ended and it took my dollar and wanted to me to add another $3 to start over. I had to leave with a little soap still on my car because I wasn t going to put another $3 just to rinse my car, so I lost that dollar and didn t get to finish. Very annoyed.

Used this place to vacuum and clean engine bay. Vacuums worked very well. $2 for 6 minutes. Engine bright worked well also... Initial deposit $4.

Great all you want washes for $19.99 go every day which is a great deal if you live in New England. Tip your car wash attendant's its a cold wet job

This place is awful. This is the second time I've been over charged here. I got a ten minute wash and was charged 44 dollars. One time maybe - but charged almost 100 for two ten minute washes??? Where do I get my money back?

Bay 3 wand broken, used today and could not hold.pressure, back squirted all over me and my clothes, soaked shoes. Waiting for phcall back and full refund if.not more to wow me and turn social media reviews to positive owner experience.

I just like this place, it seems to have good power and good suction on the machines, the vacuum time limit seems longer than others too!
