Amazing experience. Cathy was awesome. She took care of everything. She contacted my insurance company and took care of the quotes and getting them to my claims adjuster. Any other issues were taken care of by them. I barely talked to my insurance company. She also took care of the rental car. She found me different companies with different rates. She worked with my insurance to get me the best deal. When the accident caused more damage than expected they contacted my insurance company and got the extra money for repairs without me doing anything. When my car was finished all I had to do was drop off the rental car to them and they handled that as well. I didn't even have to deal with the rental company at all!! Awesome company. Awesome customer service. And the body work was great. They even detailed the inside of my car. I highly recommend.

I was in a major accident in my new car. Based on all of the positive reviews for American Auto Body, I figured I'd give them a chance to repair my vehicle. Not only are all the staff very friendly and helpful, but they did phenomenal work as well. They made my car look as if it were brand new on the dealer lot.They understood I was paying for a rental on my own dime and did their best to get me my car back asap to avoid racking up a huge bill for a rental. They even helped return the rental! They kept me updated on the status of my car while it was there. From the initial phone call to picking up my car, I felt my car was in good hands. I highly recommend American Auto Body to anyone who needs car repairs. You will not be disappointed with the service or quality. Thank you American Auto Body for your professional service!

The employees have always been sweet, caring and attentive. They are clear on what will be needed and how they can help with each step. Getting your car fixed is never a fun experience but they do their best to make the process easier and less stressful on you. They have a great relationship with Enterprise as well which makes rentals an easy process too! This is my second time in 5 years that I have brought my vehicle to them and I have been absolutely blown away both times. If you're looking for a painless way to get your vehicle fixed, I would recommend them 100x over.

I had a rear end damage on my Nissan of which American Auto Body & Repair Shop made the the process as smooth as can be since day one when I first walked in their door. The office would keep me updated via text of which works best for me. I am extremely satisfied with their quality of work as well as their professionalism. There's no trace of anything ever happening to my vehicle. They have gained a permanent client with me. I strongly recommend American Auto Body & Repair Shop.

have a brand new car that we sent there through work , miner accident ( another truck hit a pole and knocked wires off) scuffs on paint and broken mirror . the somehow turned it into a $6000.00 job and never repaired all the blemishes. Maybe its because it was a corporate car but If you care about you're car find a better place.Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

I have brought a couple vehicles here for paint and body work, and they always do an amazing job at repairing and matching colors. They have even offered to go well above and beyond the normal work they do to help me out. They are friendly and courteous. If you have read my other reviews in other non-related businesses you know I am forward and honest. I highly recommend America Auto Body.

American Autobody recently repaired bodywork on my car and did an excellent job from start to finish. Mary in the office liaised well with the other party's insurance (since the damage was their client's fault), advised me as to the steps to be taken, and, Kathy was also very helpful in assisting me. The work was done beautifully, within a reasonable time frame and the car returned cleaned inside and out. They even got my garage opener back out of my rental when I mistakenly forgot it. I would recommend them in a heartbeat .

American auto made this process quick easy and painless. My Car was completed on schedule and they kept me informed with daily updates confirming everything was on schedule. They helped me set up a rental car and scheduled to have the rental picked up at the shop when I picked up my Car. The body work was perfect and the interior and exterior were immaculate with the interior being detailed. I highly recommend American!

We ve been using American Auto Body for a few years now. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. Their work is great, in fact my car just came back to me good as new! Kathy in the office is great; she s very responsive and informative with calls, texts and emailed updates.

American Auto Body was outstanding! I had some minor body work done last week and the car was finished exactly when they said it would be done. The work was impeccable and the car looks brand new, inside and out. Every single person that I encountered there was super friendly. Highly recommend American!

I was rear ended and looking for a good repair. I've never had a shop do body work for me before so this was new. I went to a few different places and they gave me the cheapest estimate. They also gave me several options so I could choose how much money i was willing to pay for the repair. We didn't go through insurance so they individual paying for the repair was able to call in and give payment over the phone so I could get the car repaired. Worked perfectly. And the cheaper repair I opted for looks great!Very straightforward and up front about things.

An amazing place they do an amazing job. They do a really good job, body lines look amazing and pretty fast overall, though not to give them 5 stars. Only issue I had was on top of fixing body damage I had them install a soft bed cover that took apperently 3hrs, I was tad surprised by that charge.

my car was towed by this company... and my car didn't have up-to-date documents for me to use, so I asked the company to take my car to the mechanic. I didn't follow their work because I trusted them, after 2 months I went to remove my car from the place where I asked them to put it (american auto body) and found out that they had damaged my car. I went to the store, complained and the attendant said they didn't do it, I showed them the photos, the person who towed my car did a terrible job, they ruined the back of my car, and the company didn't take over, didn't treat me well and when I was speaking she raised her voice when I asked if they had a work report (check report type), and in a rude tone she just said to me: "Welcome to america". Result: I have a damaged car and I will have to pay with my money

If you are unfortunate enough to be in a motor vehicle accident pray that you are fortunate enough to have American repair your vehicle. I was unfortunately forced to see them twice in the last year but very fortunate to work with Mary and her team. They are incredibly knowledgeable, skilled at what they do but above all oozing with honesty and integrity. Don't think twice when choosing an auto body repair shop.

Great job on repairing my 2011 Subaru Forester XT! Looks like new. Detailed to the point of you never knew that it had been down into a 10 ditch in ME. Office staff is friendly and attentive. Shops guys are truly excellent. Veteran owned business and veteran clients working together with USAA! Thanks again and will definitely be a lifetime client!

Incredible service and perfect results! My car had a particularly difficult paint to match and AAB got it spot on. It's as if my accident never happened!!! Thank you all for everything. If I ever need body work again there's nowhere else I'd even consider!

Came in to get my door aligned and it came out perfect! They even touched up a paint chip for me as well! They gave me a free quote on the spot they are very friendly and easy to work with! I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent auto body company. Extremely satisfied with the work performed. I couldn t be happier. All work was done within the time frame that they had given me. I know the next time my vehicle is damaged, hopefully never, I will bring it to AMERICAN Auto Body. The only ones I would trust.

American auto body is so professional its amazing. I have had two cars repaired there and they take care of everything from the beginning to the end of the process. If you are going there for a cheap hack job go elsewhere they don't lower their standards. They want the car to look and perform as well as it did when it was new, they don't cut corners. They don't need the hassles of shoddy workmanship coming back on them. If you don't like their work , its probably your fault and you are asking for something you shouldn't. A#1 business and I'm not making this up.

Amazing customer service! Extremely nice, accommodating and quick. Worked with my insurance, set up a rental car for me, and repaired the damage to my car within a few days. Great experience!

I love this place! Right when you walk through the door, you're greeted with professionalism and made to feel comfortable. I am always more than satisfied when I leave. They truly do the best work on my car, and take my needs into consideration. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

New to area. Found broken clip on my rear license plate mount. Pulled into first auto body shop I could find. What luck, nice young gentleman found a new clip for me and I was back in business. Asked the manager how much, she said no charge.Very clean shop and seems very professionaly managed. I'd use them in the future should I ever need auto body work. Hopefully I won't!

They're always pleasant to deal with; everytime I've been in the employees are extremely polite and friendly. The work is always exalent and done in a timely manner. I would definitely recomened geting your car fixed here!

Couldn't be happier. Car looks great! The service was friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to Mary! The whole process was smooth and stress free. The only stress was figuring out how to pick it up on time because it was ready so quickly.

Took this place 3 times to get a simple bumper painted and color matched. After repairs trunk filled with water and tail lights had moisture in them. Bumper was not color sanded and had at dust and dirt trapped in the clear coat. They also installed a used/damaged "LKQ" tail light that collected moisture every time it rained. Trunk vent was also damaged and instead of replacing it they decided to use an entire tube of RTV sealer to "patch it up". Instead of figuring out where the water leak was coming from, they covered everything in RTV sealer. The worst part is every time the car went back for rework, it came back worse. Additionally, American Auto Body submitted a supplement to the insurance company and got paid to redo their shoddy work. I brought these issues up with the shop manager and I was blown off. I tried to contact the Owner (Dennis Rosa) did absolutely nothing to make the repairs right. In fact he never even would talk to me face to face when he was in the office. The office manager did the same thing and hid in his room in the back and would not talk to me. Eventually Commerce issued me a check to take the car elsewhere to have the bumper color sanded and the defective tail light replaced. Dennis Rosa should be embarrassed at the quality of work this place puts out.

This was my 3rd or 4th repair done by American Auto Body over the years. Kathy is a pleasure to deal with. The customer service is great and the quality of work is excellent. Highly reccomend them !
