This is a great place for the price. However, when searching for headlight bulbs I needed assistance finding the right one. So I went to the counter and told the info they requested. Only for them to refer me to a type of bulb that I then paid for... drove 16 miles home... then found they were the wrong bulb. Had to spend my easter afternoon driving back to get the right bulbs. This would be 5 stars if they trained their employees correctly.

Other than having to drive all the way out there because they were the closest store to my home that the internet said they were available to have the organic brake pads for my truck in stock they were fast and the employee remembered me and the parts as I called ahead to make double sure they were indeed in stock before traveling the 40 miles to this location. Been to many parts stores many times as I can do many of my own repairs since labor prices have gotten quite outrageous.

I'm going to give this place five stars for a simple plain reason I went to a Napa and to another automotive store in my area both closed on a Saturday at this day and time where people are shopping looking for things in a need of things for a store to be closed on a Saturday is simply appalling especially an automotive store people work during the week and our projects they need to complete on Saturdays that is why I'm giving them a five-star here at advance Auto parts advanced Auto parts was open they were friendly they were courteous and kind and very helpful in helping determine my needed items for my at home project they get a five-star for simply being open

I went into this store recently as I had bought a set of headlight bulbs at another automotive store. Let me say I originally went to this other automotive store because I was told if I went there, the staff would put in the bulbs for me for free; huge bonus because I have no clue how to do it myself!Anyhow, I went to this "other" store and purchased my bulbs. The staff rang me up and wished me a good day...at which point I asked if these bulbs were going to be easy to put in and he said "yes"...I quickly realized I wasn't going to be able to get it done on my own so I went into Advance Auto and their staff offered to put in my bulbs that I didn't even purchase there, for FREE!Paul was quick, polite and efficient. I will definitely go back here for all my automotive needs!!! I highly recommend them!Thanks guys!P.S. I did tip him of course

Horrible service. I walk in, Sunday afternoon with 2 employees at the registers. I walk around looking for something, I couldn t find it so I ask one of the employees where to find it and he says nothing and just points me in the direction. I couldn t find it again so I ask if he could show me where and he couldn t find it either. He went to go check if they had it in the back and as I was waiting patiently for 10 minutes I could hear him talking to his coworkers while there ordering pizza on the phone. 10 minutes later he comes back to the registers and starts talking about pizza and complaining about his wife s kid to his coworkers totally ignoring my presence so I speak up and ask and he said you re outta luck . I wasn t gonna leave empty handed so I went and bought something else instead, went to the counter to pay and they ignored me again until I spoke up again. Awful service.

I have been finding prices high on just about everything. Was able to find some a Mothers Wax on sale the day I last. Went on 68123/08/2017. In general I rather come here than Auto Zone or O'Reilly Auto parts store's.

Advanced is my favorite auto parts store. Loaner tools, help with installations, (windshield wipers, batteries etc) and they give a Veteran's discount to those of us who served. Intelligent and helpful staff that will go the extra mile to help us keep our machines in fine running order.

Was in a last minute pinch with a dead battery after 5:00p.m. They were open, and took old out and installed new for me.And disposed of the old as well. Fast and friendly.

They are very helpful. A part they sold did not fit when I checked in the parking lot, so they exchanged it for their cheaper Car Quest brand part that fit, and refunded the difference.

Had what I needed/wanted, at a reasonable price; however, had to wait at the counter for about 5 minutes for the employees to finish their conversation.

Good of auto parts and accessories. Some items hard,to find. Counter staff friendly and helpful. Convenient location with parking right outside the entrance.

Really went out of their way to find something that the website said they had in stock but they'd never seen. They found one in a store nearby and had them hold it for me.

This place is the hub of the local parts mafia. Wish I could remember the name of the guy, but he "knows a guy" and was able to get shipped in everything I needed.
