Lost my car in the Leominster flood Monday Sept 11 2023 . Tom helped me out by towing my car the next day on such a short notice. Was very helpful to get all pieces together for insurance taken care of. Even brought me the plates for the car and stuff for the car I would need in the future. Highly recommend Tom for your towing needs. He is very reasonable and will work with you to get what you need done and taken care of. Give 11-11 Motors a call for all your towing needs.

11/21/23 I was driving from Maine to Connecticut for Thanksgiving , my truck broke down and I called 11-11 motors (Tom) answered promptly and very respectfully came to me and towed my truck to his garage and proceeded to go above and beyond to help me get back on the road to make Thanksgiving , everywhere else was saying I would have to wait a week to see me , Tom came right through , fixed a issue with my transmission . Very honest guy . Very handy guy .

My daughter had a flat tire that we could not get off. The lug nut was striped with a lot of hard work he was able to get it off and change her tire. Great service and highly recommend him. When no one else would come out to help us he was there to supply great service.

After an exhausting work day, went to move tools from an old shop to a new storage site. In the process of me getting my tools from the old shop, I got stuck on ice at the shop site with a 26 U-Haul box truck which had a bald rear tire while trying to back in front of the bay. It was fairly late and been a long day and figured the wisest decision was to call in for seasoned assistance. I called Tom (11-11 Motors) and he came within an hour and promptly got us unstuck and adjusted accordingly to prevent any more hurdles for what we were there to do and to exit later on and his rate was quite fair. Highly recommend calling him for small or great situations when in a tight situation, whether it be towing, recovery or just help getting unstuck like us.God speed,- Patrick S.

This man Thomas Joyce is the man he is a God sent he saved me from being stuck in a flood from 6:40- 10:35 in compare to other company who charged me guaranteed me coming from me and didnt this man stopped and assited asap without me calling he is a God sent thank you so much before u call any company people please hit him up trust me 20 stars + for this guy God bless your company. This is the best towing company I ever used. I was stuck in the flood on 9/11/23 in Leominster. He gave me a ride home and towed my car all the way home. He could have charged me a much higher price especially in the rainstorm but he didn t. I appreciate this company and very thankful to them I made it home safe. I would use them again and recommend this company to others.

We need more people like this dude. I thought he was just really friendly & nice but reading the comments he s the type of person that just does the right thing !My key fob was acting funky & it eventually set off the security immobilizer. Every thing I read said it had to be reset at the dealership but he got it to run again !!!Services: Battery service, Car towing, Local hauling, Battery

Not only was this gentleman friendly, he was quick, he was careful, there were obstacles to even get into my vehicle and never complained , just did it. But I also called and he hopped in his truck and then I called back and cancelled to go through my insurance, and then called back and changed my mind and he STILLcame, still kept his professional nature and wished us a happy and safe holiday! I've used 11-11 twice and both times it couldn't have been a better experience. Tom was great to work with and took extra care using planks to make sure my low profile car didn't bottom out when going up and down the ramp. I definitely recommend 11-11 towing if you need a fast and very reasonably priced tow!

Had to have my car moved from Home Depot to another location due to transmission issues. I gave them a call and he was very friendly and understanding with what was happening. After a few minutes the driver was there and very professional with loading my car. When he arrived at the location I was immediately notified by the driver. Definitely recommendService: Car towing

Tom(the tow truck driver) was very helpful and friendly, we had been stuck dealing with our insurance and road side assistance coverage for hours on the side of the highway, we decided to call a local place (11-11 motors) and have them get our car instead. As soon as we confirmed with 11-11 they were on their way. They showed up promptly. When Tom showed up he was super friendly and positive. My wife was stranded when our car died after stopping for dinner on a long evening drive home. Tom was fast, friendly, and very very good. At the end of a very long and busy day for him, he got the car jumped right away, found the cause of the battery problem (bad connection), and offered helpful commentary on various important aspects of the car. Tom is great. Not only did he get our tire changed quickly and efficiently, he had a great sense of humor and is wonderfully enthusiastic about his work. Especially impressive considering it was the tail end of a snowstorm, late at night, in the middle of nowhere. So Tom was amazing! I had been having a bad weekend having my car be towed away, been calling in area to get my car home . Tom not only cared for me but even gave me the ride to get my car.. this man is blessed and went beyond his work i highly recommended him if you ever need a guy this is that man!He also beat everyone prices! My wife had a blown tire in town after calling multiple agencies ,that were too busy to assist, Tom at 11-11 adjusted his schedule to assist her right away. Literally a life saver. When every other tow company I tried to reach was either hours away, or had no available drivers, the owner himself came through to save the day!
