I've been going to Prestige since his shop was in Worcester. He has done so much for all my cars and saved me thousands by avoiding the dealerships. VW, Mercedes, BMW, Honda, he does it all. Guy knows everything. From routine maintenance to big jobs on the transmissions etc. His prices are reasonable and, most importantly, his work is impeccable. Always treats his customers with kindness. Highly recommend.

Prestige Auto Service is an amazing shop! Jack, the owner, stayed late on Friday waiting for my car to be towed to the shop. He went above and beyond to get me back on the road that evening. He is a very rare business owner whose outstanding customer service will not be forgotten. Thank you so much for helping me out with my VW rabbit!

I want to thank the owner of Prestige Auto, Mr. Jack for helping me out on a cold night after I had an emergency down the street from his shop. Originally brought my car for body work after an accident. They did an incredible job. I then brought it back for a problem with my headlights (which had been "fixed" by a previous mechanic) and difficulty with the battery and the check engine light had come on. All these things were fixed and in a timely manner.

This guy was very dishonest about fixing my car.I brought in diagnosis from Mercedes benz, he abandoned the result of the diagnosis and started buying parts that he never used to fix the car and at the end what was wrong was what benz dealership stated, and all those irrelevant part was on me. At the end he charged me a labor of $1300. Which road side mechanic charges $1300 just to put parts in? The problem is already known. My car stayed in his shop for one month & 2 weeks, and I ended up spending more money than benz dealership quoted.Look elsewhere!!! Unless you don't have options.

I Need Another,Grand Jeep Cherokee 2004 like the last one I got. I wonder. If he might ha e another like it or close to it that jeep took me cross country twice
