We had an alternator die on the interstate. Bob got us back in working order same day, even though we just showed up with a broken car. He was awesome!

We got a flat tire on the Mass Pike and long story short, had to leave our car at a quality inn parking lot. They had someone drive out and take a look at the car before we even got it to the shop, and eventually uncovered that the wheel had a massive crack. Quickly replaced both the tire and the wheel for us!!! So grateful for their thoroughness and speed with getting us back on the road!!

Our car broke down on the highway near the garage, and they got us in immediately, got it fixed quickly, and got us back on the road! Great service and awesome people!

I had so many problems with my car the check engine light kept bothering me too much got it repaired at 3 other shops before i found bob's place he got my car fixed within no time.I definitely recommend this place to everyone who are unable to fix any problem with your car.

Great work, takes care of everything that needs to be done quickly and with care. Bob is very knowledgeable on foreign cars.Today I had a flat while going to work and got reccomended this place and I couldn't be happier. I called in and they were happy to take me on such short notice. Work was done so fast I was able to drop off and pick up my car within 45 minutes with an oil change too.If you need a great trusted mechanic, Bob is the guy.

Best car service ever! Our car got a flat on the toll road near here on day 1 of a 5 day road trip with two little kids and a cat. We ended up needing 4 new tires right at closing time. Bob knew who to call to get our less common tires in, put them all on and saved our road trip. Thanks again!

Outstanding! I was an out-of-towner driving a borrowed car when the check engine light came on. I was in need of an immediate assessment and a very quick repair. Even though the lot was full of cars, and Bob was clearly slammed, he accommodated me. He called me back at about 8pm with what I needed, which should tell you all you need to know about his dedication and professionalism. I didn't even have the time to allow him to repair it, so he gave me winning advice on how to get the poor car back to NJ safely. And for that expertise, peace of mind, and a couple of bottles of power steering fluid, Bob charged me a grand total of 20 bucks. Not cool that I couldn't let him do the repairs, which would have been my wish. Please do me and yourself a solid by giving him the courtesy I could not, and let this honest broker fix it right, next time your car acts up. Thank you, Bob!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have a 1982 Mercedes 300D that I try to take very good care of and drive only in summer. Bob Denley's was recommended by an acquaintance who also has an older Mercedes. I brought the car in for an oil change and walked to Main Street while the work was done. I appreciated Bob's explanation about the type of oil to use and he offered other recommendations for caring for the car and storing it in winter that were very helpful. He spent a few minutes pointing out various items to me while the car was on the lift and provided advice about things to pay attention to and inspect periodically... all much more than I'd expected from an oil change service and all very much appreciated and helpful. I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Very happy with the friendly & professional service I received. Bob made room for me in a tight schedule & could not have been nicer and more helpful. He shared with me the highly sophisticated computer program that specifies the correct oil & filter for my Range Rover Velar. I was initially concerned that I might receive a generic oil change that may have jeopardized my warranty. Bob showed me exactly what the specs called for & the specific containers that went into the engine. I felt confident & very glad I came there.I will be a repeat customer for sure.Service: Oil change

I lost a bolt on one of my calipers, stopped here and Bob Denley took my car around back and replaced the bolt and tightened everything up within 20 minutes. Great customer service he did me a solid. Will recommend to all Subaru owners in the area!

Excellent experience. I was staying just for one Night in Lee, MA. I had just checked into my hotel and was on my way to dinner. I got a flat tire. It was near closing time for Bob Denley's Foreign Car, but I was able to call them and ask to have them look at the tire at 8 am the next morning (I could easily wait as I was able to get the spare tire put on). They were able to see me right away in the morning. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. They provided good information and explained my options. The tire was replaced quickly and I was on my way!

I wish I could rate Bob Denley s higher than 5 stars. I highly recommend Bob Denley s for anyone having car issues in the area.I lost my power steering in Lee and live two hours from Lee. I called them mid morning explaining the crisis I was in and I could not have been treated better. He had a very busy day and took a look at my car immediately, found there was a previous recall for my car which I was never contacted over, called and explained my issue for me to the dealership, helped me get a tow with AAA. Barbara even gave my boyfriend a ride back to his car. Very grateful for this type of service in an emergency situation. I can not recommend them highly enough.

I would give more than five stars if possible! Bob went above and beyond to help us with our car on a busy holiday weekend when we broke down. He stayed open late in order to figure out why the car was overheating, and then they drove several hours to get a part because so many places were closed for the holiday. The work completed was fantastic, Bob and the rest of his crew were absolutely wonderful, and he made it possible for us to get to our family event. Absolutely incredible. We would definitely use his shop on a regular basis if we lived closer!

My car smelled like burning rubber. I called Bob and although he was booked up and super busy he managed to get me in. I left my car and he had it taken care of that day. I thought this was going to be really expensive since it's a Mercedes but it was only a $180 fix. Bob is very pleasant and very honest and you and explains everything. You just get a really good feeling dealing with him.

Write a review?? It's lunch time on a Wednesday. No one can write a review at lunch time. No substitute, writing a review, with suggesting another tire shop that could plug a nail hole on a Friday at lunch time. I get you are busy but not being able to refer an "out of towner" to another garage when you said you are too busy for the work. Ridiculous. He could be a great guy and I caught him at a rough moment. For this, don't care.Service: Tires

I was up in Monterey and got a huge flat and knowing I had to travel back to Long Island I was so worried that I would have to travel back home with a donut. All the other places were closed and when I got to Bob Denley's I was so happy to hear that he would have the tire I needed! He fixed the whole thing and also put my donut back onto its original place, he was so nice and helpful...he was like an angel! I am so grateful to this place, especially since they weren't even supposed to be open that afternoon. His price was cheaper than buying another new tire, happy to give him five stars! Thank you so much!!!

We were on our way home from visiting family in NH, when our driver side windshield wiper stopped working. Rain was in the forecast and we still had quite a bit of driving left to do, so we were anxious to get it looked at ASAP. Bob was so generous with his time, taking a look despite technically being closed, and when he realized that it needed a bigger fix, was able to find a temporary solution so we could get home safely.I wish we lived closer, he would be our new mechanic!

We had a trailer rim come off on our way to upstate NY. It was 3PM on a Friday and Bob came out and evaluated the issue. He helped get us to his shop and came up with a creative solution to get us back on the road at a very reasonable price. He even called to make sure everything worked.out. Thank you for the great effort and service and for saving a birthday weekend.

I was passing through Lee, Massachusetts when my car started to make a loud squealing noise. I pulled off the highway and Googled car repair shops in the area. Since it was close to 6PM, most shops in the area were closed or closing. I called Bob Denley s shop to see if they could help and noticed they were also closing at 6PM. Regardless, they told me to stop by and they will look at my car, even though it was after the time they normally closed, they stayed open late just for me to make sure my car would be safe to drive back home for another 2 hours.They were able to quickly diagnose and resolve my issue and send me on my way, and being that it was such a minor fix, didn t even charge me for the time. I cannot thank this shop enough for their help! I would highly recommend the visit to residents or anyone passing through the area. Very friendly service!Thank you again!

Our boat trailer tire just had a flat on I 90. We pulled off in Lee and went to the first tire shop and it seemed closed but it wasn t. The service was exceptional, and in 30 mins he had us out the door with a tire and a spare! We were so lucky to accidentally stop there and peep in the back garage where they were open. Google needs to update the hours to Saturday s 8am - 6pm please, had we not looked through the window we would have still had our boat abandoned on the highway. Thank you so much!!!

We were passing thru the area on a long trip when our car overheated. We went to another shop around 11am and they were not going to be able to get to it until the next day, fortunately they recommended Bob Denleys as they have several mechanics on and six or so bays. They were able to look at it immediately and found that fortunately it was only a broken hose clamp at the bottom of the radiator. They were able to explain what was up and replaced it promptly for a fair price. Even though we were obviously from out of town it felt like they treated us like their neighbors. I wish this shop was closer to Maryland where I live. Great Service - Thank you.

My windshield wipers wore out a bushing as I was driving on I-90 in the rain. I pulled off and found a nearby mechanic and I am so relieved I went here. The staff was super friendly and chatted as they fixed the car and explained what was wrong as they found it. I just pulled in and they were able to help me out right away. When they saw the broken part they had checked all the dealerships within 60 miles and once he knew he couldn't find the part he set to fixing it himself. He was able to mcguyver it together better than new. I was in and out within an hour and my windshield wipers are now quieter and better than new!!!

Thank you Bob, you were like an angel to us the day we came to your shop.We were driving from Florida through Massachusetts when our car overheated on the interstate and we pulled over at the next exit which was Lee,MA. We came to Bob Denleys shop and he ended up staying several hours past closing time trying to help us diagnose the problem. Turned out to be a bad cap on our coolant tank on our 1991 Mercedes wagon and he took the cap off his own Mercedes and put it on ours, which fixed the problem. Also he didn t charge us. This was about 5 years ago and I still remember his name, and just came on here to thank him. This man is a wonderful human being. I pray God blesses and rewards him!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was commuting to see a friend when my caliper siezed on the highway, made it to Bob's at 4pm on a Friday. He helped me immediately, told me the car wasn't fit to drive, and helped me find a place to stay for the night.He overnighted the caliper, fixed it within 24 hours and might be the nicest man I've met.Excellent customer service, excellent job on the car, I wouldn't hesitate to go back because of the kindness I was shown here.

Great work and great service. Our car broke down on a trip around the area and they took us in immediately even though they had plenty of other customers waiting. They helped us find a motel, places to eat, etc. even provided chaperoning around town because we didn't have a car. Besides their excellent service, they did great work on the car. Would recommend to people in the town and people passing through that need work done on their car.

I was having trouble starting the car (it wasn't the battery). The AAA recommended place was closed since it was Memorial Day. Bob happened to be at his shop cleaning up and picked up the phone when I called. He said that I could bring the car in but he would only be able to diagnose the problem since it was a holiday and getting parts would be impossible. It turned out that he had everything that he needed (the battery cables were not making good contact). I stood by and watched while he fixed it (he did an excellent job with the terminations, adding crimp-on ring lugs). I asked a couple of questions and he was happy to explain what he was doing, giving me tips along the way. We were able to make it back to Beverly, MA the same day thanks to Bob. If I ever have trouble with the car in the Lee area again (hopefully never), I know where I am going.

Kind, helpful, and accommodating. I was in town visiting when I realized an inside tire wear issue that was hidden. By the next morning the vehicle was done. I ll be bringing my other vehicle from NY when it needs new tires. Thanks, Dustin.

I have been going to Bob for the last 25 years. My father has been working to him for many years before that. Always great workmanship and no surprises. He's worked on everything from our Mercedes, Ford Explorer, Peugeot wagon, Jaguar E-type, Austin Healy, Mini Cooper and Volvo's. Highly recommend.

We have used Bob Denley for . . . eiks, 30 years! He is absolutely the best, most trustworthy person. I had my car towed to Bob from the dealer because the diagnosis sounded wrong and it was, just needed an oil change in -10 weather, not an expensive oil pump. From then on, it was only Bob Denley. When Bob tells you what it needs, you can trust that's what it needs. Period. Cannot recommend highly enough.
