I would give 0 stars to this place if I could do so.I got into an car accident which was the others person s fault. I was referred to this shop by the others person s insurance because they guaranteed the job. First day I went there with my estimate Mike was very nice and wanted to help me. I went there ,3 days after to check the job they were doing and the back bumper was not put together the right way ( I could see the inside of the bumper from the outside) which I complained about and they just started to be disrespectful and not trying to help or even give a good customer service. After that a lady came to me to explain why was the reason that the bumper looked like that ( which wasn t a reasonable answer) I was mad at the moment and she did not even try to calm the situation that was happening with Mike. She started yelling at me and saying that the job they did was right, which it wasn t because when I went there 2 hour later of the incident, they were fixing the back bumper again and putting the bumper clicks again, so they support the bumper how they supposed to do so. I Called the insurance to let them know what happened and they were really nice and did a really good customer service which V&P body shop didn t.Wouldn t recommend this shop to nobodyReally bad customer serviceBad attitudeNot a guaranteed jobIf this is the way they trying to gain customers they really far from doing it .Services: Painting, Welding

I would give them no stars, a negative review if I could.My situation was an insurance claim and I was referred to them by my insurance. Which was the first mistake with travelers insurance. Mark is the face of the shop and who I corresponded with, he acted like he was on my side and looking out for me with my claim only to debate and argue with me over the issues I had with my car. He was rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me several times as well.Thy forgot to replace a foglight that had condensation in it, and they scuffed the back of my car and he told me "you always pick $10 fights" refereeing to the damage being so low that it was not worth mentioning that the shop scuffed the back of my bumper. They took photos before and that scuff was not there. I picked it up and figured it was dust, when I got home is when I took a good look at it and knew it came from the shop.I would not recommend this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible customer assistance. I had some rust around one of my wheel arches and talked with a person named Mike I think. He came to look at the car, said it was bad, and told me go to a place across the street for rust spray can...?. I told him, no, how much for the work? He didn't really give me a price and questioned service based on vehicle age. Ok, guess he didn't want my money. Went to another reputable place and paid them to repair. Two years later it looks new.

Larry was awesome !!! I brought my car in on Tuesday and the car was done by Friday. He was very professional. I explained my situation that I needed car done asap and he came through for me and had car done in 4 days. I would definitely use them again.

Friendly and professional staff great work they did repairing my Tahoe . Although I'm very picky they made me a very happy customer so happy i brought my Tundra . I would definitely recommend V&P Autobody . Thanks again for all of your help.

I found V&P Auto Body through the internet. I had been in a car accident for the first time and had no experience with auto body repairs.I also did not have collision on my car so I needed to pay for the repairs myself.When I went to V&P I spoke with Larry abouyt my situation and he was very good at helping me decide what work had to be done so the car would be safe and look ok.I was suprised at how fast the work was done and the car looked great.I would reccommend L&P Auto Body to all of my friends.

Very inconsiderate when a later issue came about. So much for lifetime warranty. Think twice before considering doing business with V&P Autobody.
