These guts know their stuff! The woman in the office was very kind and knows what customers need. The service team best tire guys I've ever had do work on my vehicles. They are open 24 hours.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE especially with the old man I found at around 9pm. I bought 4 tires from these guys for my Highlander and I went back for a routine check and balancing/alignment after about 6 months for which they recommended on their warranty paper. Oh boy! Man was extremely rude, I was left speechless.

when I needed new tired and a rotation and alignment for a good price I was able to get a good price and put it on credit and got approved to do small weekly payments where I also got a oil change as well less than $250 altogether definitely recommend this place good service, prices, and quality work no complains here!

This is the place to go for all tire needs. Friendly people fair price and will work with you. There even open 24hrs a day everyday so if you get a flat at 3am you can guarantee to get one and be back on your way.

This an Excellent spot to get tire work done on a Sunday when every other shop is closed. The desk attendants weren't that attentive to customers, but once you pull your car in, they get on top of it right away. I had nails in my 2 rear tires and within 25 minutes, everything was done. Excellent place I would always go to. I didn't give a 5 star because of front desk Attendants. With attention to detail, i will rank it 5 stars.

The girl that answers the phone is extremely ignorant and rude it's such a shame because I've heard this place is good otherwise. She must be trying to underhandedly ruin this business

wasted my money and got nothing fixed. spent 50 dollars getting all my tires checked just for them to break my TPMS sensor as they put the tire back on, i used to go there all the time but never again

Was a loyal customer and then found out that the mechanic there never fixed the water pump I paid for and the radiator. I also found out that he was buying pieces from the junk yard and charging me as if they were brand new.

Great service and I've been to like 10 different garages trying to figure out why my car rumbles pulled up right away he said u gotta fix left axel pin I already knew that from car getting lifted on a crane, but the real problem was my motor mounts right away ordered the pieces and a really great price and now my car sounds like a new car again . 5 starts recommended.

Horrible experience here.. the mechanics aren't mechanics at all.. I made the biggest mistake of my life that ultimately cost me my vehicle. Brought my 2006 saab in for a quick oil change. The technician loosened my oil level sensor plug,rather than loosen the oil drain plug. Bye loosening the wrong plug. Caused my engine to implode. I wish I could get some help thru the BBB. These so called mechanics shouldn't be allowed to work on cars. Im very disappointed knowing that the mayor of Lawrence owns this establishment.. the shop should be held liable for the damages they caused on my vehicle. I will never recommend any to 7se this shop even to just use the restroom.. what a truly horrible experience. No one should suffer the loss of a vehicle because of the inability to change oil..

I usually LOVE this place been the only place I get tires or oil change but there was a man handling the counter today and his attitude was HORRIBLE he got me so mad just having a second conversation my oil change should of been $50 due to having tires from there and because I didn t carry a receipt from a over 6 months ago it s not his problem I said my last oil change was $50 I pulled up my statement to show him and he said nope I need to see the receipt he didn t even want to work with me people like him are why customers don t go back because they don t want to deal with people like that it s a good business EVERYONE else there is always kind and friendly. HIM he s making the business look bad. I only go there because it s $50 bucks I ll go spend $60 bucks somewhere else with better customer service. It s sad because I loved that place.

I went there tonight and the guy wouldn't talk to me..He's aggressively grabbing things and kicking things around as if he was annoyed that I came there to get a new tire..Horrible experience and there's no chance I will go back..I don't care if that was my last solution.I would rather call AAA and get it towed somewhere that would appreciate my business.

Two star for the guy that was there he was nice finish the job at 11 pm at night and the reason why Im mad it because I left my crv at 12 15 pm for oil change and a tired sensor and not one call me to tell me the job was finish or nothing I called around 1045 pm to see what was wrong and the guy tells me I don t know what happen the girl forgot or something clearly the girl doesn t know what she s doing and he doesn t have any idea why my car was there still he said to , I m very disappointed with the service if I wouldn t call I wouldn t get my car till tomorrow and I need Togo to work imagine that very dissatisfiedUpdate. They put three times the amount of what is it supposed to have

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place will have three guys working your car all at once and they will still take two and a half hours. Then when they finish, don't count on them letting you know about it. It's up to YOU to find out when your car is done being worked on. I sat in that room for almost 3 hours and when I finally asked where my car was, it had been done for a while. Horrid customer service.

Great place. Convince is unbeatable! Came in at 9 pm and got out fairly quick with excellent prices to top it off. Would absolutely recommend in a pinch!!

Got an alignment last month from here. I'm not so car savvy so after it was done I assumed it was fine car was driving ok. I brought my car back to my mechanic since he doesn't do alignments yet for something else and he said that I need an alignment when I got one from here last month. Went yesterday to speak to shop but there was nothing they can do for me but to reach out to the owner who wasn't available or there. Sad that their customer service isn't a priority. They said I will most likely have to pay for another alignment since it's been over a month. Not going to pay for something that should have been done the first time. Went to Town Fair Tire and they even showed me how bad the alignment was before and then after they did it themselves. Tenares is cheap but you get what you pay for. Not going back here again. Used to go here for tires too but they're always trying to sell me new ones when I just need a used...or they lately don't have my car tire size. I don't normally leave reviews but here's a photo to show. They should invest on explaining to their customers on what was actually done for the services they provide.

Reviewed on another account gave it a 5 star, thanked them for being 24hrs . . . Anyways I went in after getting a blown tire(curb) (that's when I reviewed them) I go in because my car was shaking i thought it was balance issues or alignment issues, the overnight mechanic takes off my wheel takes off the rings put it on a balancer, checks it, puts the rings back together starts to put it back on the car... I ask him if it was bad he nods his head .... I then return another day, I tell the same mechanic the same problem is occuring and that I might be an alignment. He says OK I sit in the shop for a while he fixes a car he then tells me that the problem wasn't an alignment because the car would then be moving to the side by itself and that he's just going to steal my money . . . I said OK and left . . . I don't think the first repair did anything and that he just ran the test over again and then charged me for it . . . He then almost did it again but was honest the second time, even though he made me wait for nothing. . . I then went a third time to fix a bubble that occurred on my tire due to potholes they replaced it fast.

I think the girl in the front with the long braids is completely rude and her attitude stinks she was very rude to me. If you guys are going to have someone what a stinky attitude working with your customers that maybe you should think twice about your company. Train your employees better

Awesome..in and out in 20 min, the used tire they put on was in very good condition with very little mileage on it..they matched my tread as close as possible and weighed and balanced properly..all at 130 am ...got me out of jam in the middle of the night because they are open 24/hrs..not going to find that anywhere else.

Never thought I d need to go to a 24-hour tire place. After a long day at work, drove by an accident and caught debris that puncture my tire. My mornings are super busy and I searched for and found Tenares Tire service. Tire was fixed in minutes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Had a flat yesterday, spare tire blew out this morning! Purchased a new tire and a used for the spare from the best tire shop in Lawtown! Pulled in at 7 and was gone by 7:40 with 2 tires mounted and balanced. A pleasure to do business with. Jay runs a great operation. Years later and I'm still going to them.

Worst experience I had with Paula Auto Sales, in my life with the purchase of a vehicle, reps were not upfront with the title detail or carfax, nor did they inform of vehicle, reconstruction, owner was so irresponsible not return the money mind you the repair work was messy, no effort to damage of fixtures correctly! I would never recommend this place because of the dishonesty of the sales person & owner! I was a victim I'll be one to save you from them negative 0 rating that's Lawrence full of tricksters

I don't usually ever leave reviews but I'm gonna make an exception. I went there to put my old tires on my new rims. At first I thought it was great because the prices were low, considering they moved the TPMS and tires from my old wheels, and balanced them on the new wheel. After I left and got on the highway a shake was immediately noticeable. I went back and they attempted to tell me my tires were warped, but they have been fine for a year, until I went there. I even added hub centric rings to insure the fitment of the wheel wasn't the issue (which I asked them to check before installing the wheel) when that didn't fix the issue I checked the tire pressure. It was around 60PSI in each tire... 30 is what it's supposed to be. After lowering the pressure the shake is still there, so I can only assume the wheels were not balanced correctly. (I also rotated my wheels which did not solve my issue) Also nowhere to park, getting in and out is a nightmare, which they had me do 3 times while installing my wheels to allow other cars in and out, and rude service. Don't recommend at all.
