Their automated phone system is terrible and won't let you just call to ask a question without making an appointment. They showed up late with a 4 hour window of time, and where extremely unhelpful with payment options. Avoid unless you have no other options

Veey unsafe was going get my windshield fixed one time it smelt funny really bad it wasn't a smell you want someone to put a windshield in your car if you know what I mean I wouldn't trust this place or company how you know it's fixed right

I enjoyed setting up my appointment with Jose. He was very accommodating to my tight schedule and went above and beyond to get me a time that worked for me. My mobile tech Kristian, was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, friendly and professional. He did a wonderful job with my Accord windshield replacement and left my vehicle nice and clean when finished. Quality work! Highly recommended and I will refer others to Safelite.

Jose changed my front windshield and did an awesome job! I dropped the car off early and they managed to get it done extremely quick! The representatives were very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend for glass replacement.

I used Safelite for the first time about a week ago and right from the start i notice that all of the employees took their jobs seriously and withheld a high standard of professionalism. I received a great price for my front windshield that was in bad shape. I received even better service from the staff at your Lawrence location, right from the jump i was attended to on time and with the up most respect. I left my car there with the staff and when i came back to pick it up not only was my window repaired and looking on point, but my technician took it upon him self to quickly vacuumed a few leaves that had gotten into my car which i greatly appreciated! overall a awesome experience with even better service in the city of Lawrence.

YOU CAN'T EVEN TALK TO A REAL PERSON TO ASK QUESTIONS . WHY DOES A WINDSHIELD COST $200 TWO YEARS AGO AND NOW IT'S $1500 ? I GAVE IT ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WONT LET YOU POST WITHOUT PUTTING ONE .

Service was done way quicker than originally expected. Wifi was free and decent speed but the lobby smelled like urine. The smell was very strong I had to step outside a few times.

Randy is the go to guy for questions, he answered all my silly questions and did so in a way I felt comfortable and at ease when lending him my car for my windshield replacement. I have a 2018 Honda Accord EX sedan, he had the OEM windshield ready when I got there and professionally got the job done. Amazed with my new windshield, doesn t even look I got it replaced. Thank you Randy! - if you re looking to get your windshield replaced ask for Randy! If you need an OEM windshield you can call a few days before so he can put that order in before your appointment.

Quick, and friendly service. Randy was great he was super friendly and got my windshield done in 1.5 hours like he said he would. Definitely reccomend this safe light.

Safelite AutoGlass in Lawrence, Ma were amazing! They changed out my windshield less than an hour. The technician, Kevin O. was great! Thank you guys- I will let others know how great you guys were!!! #highlyrecommended #thanks

The Technician did a great job, he did the job faster than he said it would take on top of that he cleaned all the windows and vacuumed the car. Recommend to anyone.

My experience was great until I went to put my window down and the glass completely came out of place! As if the frustration of getting. My window smashed wasn't enough! Don't know who they have working in the shop but this is completely unacceptable!

Tried repeatedly to speak to a live human and the phone only direct you to use the online option. Tried that and my issue doesnt fall within the options so it woukdnt let me go forward. This is HORRIBLE

Did a terrible job. Broke the plastic windshield cowl and washer fluid sprayer. Left the sticker tossed on the dash and my vehicle filled with old window trim. Guy could not even put the wipers on correctly!!!!

they Broke the plastic windshield cowl, I went back and told them it was not like that, and they came out saying its a manufacturer defect which is lie cause it was not like that before I brought it to them.
