TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Front Desk was polite, I needed commercial work so I was taken to the back to see Ronnie, rude, disrespectful, disorganized. I had my own tires I needed mounted. He would not mount them because "he sells tires, and is in the tire business" his words.Great business owner. I wonder if he thinks I will return to purchase tires for my 6 trucks, 3 trailers, or 3 skid steers that's 72 tires.Poor business practice. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE not to Raunchy Ronnie

These people tried charging my daughter $500 for a tire today. Such a rip off. Seeing a white girl in Lawrence in need doesn't mean you take advantage of them. What a scum move. My daughter is smarter than all of you there. Wait till I blast y'all on social media for thousands of to see how much of a ripoff and horrible experience you are. I wish they had -* I would give it you. We own 6 cras in the house you could've helped her and won our business binstead you get this

Been coming here for years. Called today to confirm they could fit me in for a tire change. I was told yes, swing by. Drove twenty minutes and they told me they couldn t fit me in. I said I called and was told to could come in and he shrugged and walked away.My advice is go somewhere else.

Awesome experience with these guys. I was traveling with my RV, developed a bulge in my right front tire on my pickup. Got off the interstate, pulled over in a parking lot, diagnosed I had a bad tire. Call Ken here, he looked at all the options he had in stock. He had 2 of what I needed. He was willing. To send out a service truck for me. I was only a mile away, so I told him I could make it there. I explained I had a 44ft 5th wheel, he said we should be good! He met me outside, seeing me pull in! I ended up dropping my camper at the next door gas station. He jumped right on my truck had me outta there within a half hour. Even had a fellow coworker, believe his name was Erich, jump on one tire, while he was on the other! Wonderful class act professional! Thank you so much!

Was losing air in one of my tires. Needed to keep putting air into it that first day Thursday. Friday the second day the same than drove my car late Friday afternoon for them ( George) to check it out. They showed me that the tire rim had a slight crack in it therfore causing the slow leak. I had George order me a replacement tire rim that arrived on Monday afternoon. He promply called me at work that it came in and I took it in at 4pm and they completed the tire transfer to the new rim. They check all my tire pressures on there own and I had them put new wiper blades while I was there and I was out in a half hour. Can't say enough how great there promt response and service was on this tire rim problem that I had. This is not my first time at Freedom. I have always received great service with George and all.

These guys are the best!!!!I've been going to their Plaistow NH location for almost 20 years and I've always had nothing but the best service.George and his crew always go above & beyond.Thank you!!!!

For repairs I cant do myself, freedom tire has my back. The whole crew is nice and they know exactly what theyre talking about. Pricing is good. they are the most reliable to me atm. I bring both of my cars there. So far, so good.

I was the first one to drop my car off Friday morning to get my tires and brakes checked and fixed if necessary . Guy who helped me said they would check both tires and brakes ...I was told the tires didn t need much work which I appreciate because other mechanics said they did but I was furious and there should be no excuse to why you told me you didn t have time to check my brakes all day long once again my car was there first and you said you have appointments all day which I understand but for eight hours you can t even check my brakes ...that is not good customer service at all thank you for wasting my time having me borrow someone else s car to get to work and pay $40 Uber to get back thank you

You will find phenomenal service here at Freedom Auto & Tire. The employees here are professional and courteous, but really know their stuff. This isn't a sanitized "pretend to be the dealership" BS business.It's the REAL DEAL.

I"ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Couple of flats and run low (leaking)tires worked on, service was professional and fast. In and out no BS. Always my go to locally.

Didn't have the tire I needed , highest quote out of the 5 I got to order them and the sent me somewhere else like they didn't want the business . Yuck
