I am so glad I found my truck that I wanted at Commonwealth. They were great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and had the best price. The management team (sales manager and Finance) were also a big help and big part of the sales process. My Salesperson Seth was the best !!! Very knowledgeable of the truck I wanted and did a great job. I highly recommend going to see him and the dealership it was worth the ride to get the truck I wanted at the payment I wanted. Thank You Commonwealth.

Had a great experience. My sales person was Anthony C, he was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. No high pressure sales approach which put me at ease. I was happy with the entire process start to finish. Highly recommend! Ask for Anthony C!

I worked with Joyce to buy my car. She was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the cars in the lot, including used cars of different makes. Joyce was super kind and flexible while I changed my mind and checked out every car on the lot. The entire team was very helpful throughout my first time buying process and I felt completely comfortable and at home with them. I could not recommend another dealership more highly! This is my third time purchasing a car with commonwealth. Their customer service is exceptional. Xavier was great. He kept me updated through out the process which I appreciated greatly. Bob in finance explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything. The whole process was smooth and quick. Our experience with Common wealth Chevrolet was very easy and smooth our sales person Joyce N. was very attentive and very responsive when it came to communication whether it was through text or phone. Pedro was the best help finding our new car. He wasn t pushy and showed us all of the options we asked to see while keeping our priorities in mind. Commonwealth having access to so many brands made testing cars simple with one person guiding us across dealers. We made a decision in just a few days after visiting other dealerships and not receiving the level of customer service we had at Commonwealth from Pedro and his team. Thank you guys!

Commonwealth Chevy Service was fantastic, as they usually are. Had an issue with the regulator on the window for my work truck and they were able to get the part and make the repair twice as fast as the next best quote. Appreciate the effort folks!

Everything went great and quick, 45 minutes for an oil change and rotate tires, last time it took two hours that made my day, great job, advisor was very polite and informative.

Came here with my fianc� to look at a car he was interested in and we were helped by Joyce. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Joyce helped him find the perfect car he wanted. This would be the 2nd time I've been to commonwealth, the first time was to help my coworker find a new car and it was Joyce who helped us then. She is phenomenal!

I can't say enough great things about the service team at Commonwealth Chevy! Since I bought my Silverado Trailboss in 2019 they have always gone above and beyond for me when comes to service and issues that come up with my truck. Josh, John and the other service advisors have always taken care of me .Always. .Leaving me feeling like they genuinely care all around with any concerns and issues I've had. Had an issue with my GMC truck. All the GMC dealers were busy for a while. I called Commonwealth Chevy, I was surprised that they can help me. They took me in right away. They were able to figure out what the problem was in the same day. Needed to order a replacement part which was hard to find. Got it in 2 business days! Awesome team great service, highly recommend

Service Depart is teriable !! Tricked me in signing a document without going over the details !! They tried to charge me $179 to diagnose a problem I knew I had and I only wanted a quote on how much to fix ! After talking to a manager they only took off $79 dollars. Oo BTW go you your local mom and pop repair shop becuase this dealer will charge triple the cost on getting something fixed !! $1600 to do wheel bearings hahahaha... Cost me $210 in parts and $150 in labor at the shop down the street!! ... Buyer beware !!

I had a great experience at CW Chevy, Lawrence, MA. Got a good deal on a Certified Pre-owned Equinox, and I m very happy with it. My Sales Representative, Joyce Zhang, was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. She was able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction quickly. And I had a lot of questions! Joyce also helped set me up with all of the electronic feature of my vehicle, such as Bluetooth, OnStar, and the MyChevrolet app on my phone; she even helped me set up my first scheduled maintenance appointment down the road so I had nothing to worry about.The next time I need a vehicle, I will definitely be going back to Joyce at CW Chevrolet. Bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado with 0 miles. 24k miles (all highway) later had a braking system monitor service message. Was told told I needed to replace the rear rotors and pads $695 even though the life left on the pads were 80%. They charged me for a job because their faulty sensor and a sucker needed to pay for that labor. And I guess that sucker was me. I will never purchase another vehicle from commonwealth and certainly won't buy another chevy vehicle.

Service department is excellent and to prove it to you I own a Ford ... I got in at 7am with my car for a sticker and was out but 815.I really look forward to buying a Chevrolet from these guys.

My Chevrolet Colorado developed a transmission problem. I contacted Commonwealth Chevrolet and I can honestly say, I have never seen a service department as efficient as Commonwealth in getting my vehicle back on the road. The truck is riding as if it was brand new. I would highly recommend them for sales and service!

Last week we purchased a 22 Chevy Trailblazer. Our sales rep Joyce Zhang was great. We were not sure exactly what suv we wanted but after telling Joyce the features we were looking for she suggested the trailblazer. Joyce was knowledgeable of the vehicles and very easy to deal with. It was great working with a no pressure type of sales rep.
