Absolutely LOVE this place. My car came out better than when I first bought it, which is mind blowing. I was kept updated on my car the whole time and everyone was so nice. Nikki is the most patient person ever and so knowledgeable about the whole process. I m very grateful for the amazing work done on my car as well as being lucky enough to work with such an incredible team of professionals. Thank you!!!

Don t walk RUN away from this terrible business. This a was THE worst customer experience of my life. Dropped my car off on April 24th and got it back today 05/12 after weeks of them giving me a different story every time I called to check the status. I never received one call from them giving me an update without me calling first. I had to pay out of pocket for my rental which totaled 800 not including gas because of their negligence and horrendous service. The worst part was picking my car up after all of this expecting to have the interior at least returned to me the way I left it and was greeted with the pictures attached yes, that is someone s dirty and used glove in the cup holder which I had to remove bare handed. They also didn t even have the courtesy to fill my tires with air after working on it as indicated by the low pressure alert. Terrible service, terrible business, terrible experience. Don t waste your time! Please find another shop.UPDATE: Was offered an apology and a free detailing (which should have been done at the end of service to begin with) I politely declined due to the horrendous experienceI've already had here why would anyone return? I then asked for a monetary compensation and was offered an extremely generous $25 gift card to "clean my car" and was asked to update my review when I felt it was the right thing to do so here is your update This place is a complete joke. A refund on my $1500 deductible or a portion of it would have been the right thing to do on your part being this was a $69,000 repair being paid to you by my insurance. I am certain a measly $1500 wouldn't put a dent in your bank account.Service: Body & Trim

I am SO IMPRESSED with this team. Everyone at Waldrons CARSTAR absolutely KILLED it. Every single person that I met and dealt with was truly above and beyond. Great communication, transparency, and skill. My car is my baby and I was so worried it wouldn t look brand new again. I had front end damage and the put my car back together just like the day I test drove it at the dealership.Nikki at the front desk is truly an Angel. She was so prompt and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and always kept a strong, clear line of communication.Mike was the appraiser for the job and he was a ROCKSTAR. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my vehicle needed for repair and because if his extensive knowledge he was able to order all of the right things immediately and get the job done in a timely fashion.When I brought my car in, I was devastated, by the time I picked it up, I was over the moon with relief and happiness.I would absolutely recommend this body shop to all of my friends and family.I m still extremely impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and skill sets.Service: Body & Trim

I got my truck keyed down the whole passenger side. I dealt with Nikki Rende from here. She helped make me a quick appointment and got my truck in and out of there quickly. They keep you updated along the whole process. We told them what we needed for a repair from hitting a small deer at low speed on the front end. They worked to find after market parts for a car with 100k miles on it. so I have used this company two times now when I have had accidents and gone through my insurance. The first time I use them they were phenomenal. They have done the best job I ve ever had when I ve been looking for service after an accident. The second time they did amazing and phenomenally. Both times they kept me up-to-date every time with the progress of my repairs they answered any, and all questions I had in a very timely and prompt fashion. They let me know if there were any issues and/or delays in regards to obtaining parts for the repairs of my vehicle. This is by far the best place to bring your vehicle if you re looking for repairs or any type of service that they offer. The pricing is out of this world fair. The service is fantastic. Everything about this business is above board, and I will do business with them again. This is my go to place for auto service. My mother also utilizes this business for auto service as she recently had an accident and they have gone above and beyond to help her out through this time, and I would recommend that anyone looking for service on their vehicle use them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It s never fun having to deal with after-accident logistics. Calls to insurance companies, rental cars, police station, etc. Last thing I wanted was to be nickel and dimed by a body shop. I had a strong recommendation by my trusted dealership (The Honda Store in Lancaster). I m very happy I listened to them; Waldron s was a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is shockingly A+ quality, which was not expected of a typical auto body shop. They did beautiful work on my car and even detailed it, which I did NOT expect! This is an amica preferred shop so I decided to use it, not the experience I expected. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment (no problem just cosmetic tree branch damage). Dropped off at the appointment, no communication for 1 week, I reached out and they said someone would call me back, they did not, called the next day and they said they were working on it. They failed to give an estimate on a self pay add on for a cracked mirror frame until after the car was done. The work itself seemed to be okay, but I have very little experience with needing body work done.Service: Body & Trim
