Called today 6/22/22, asked for the service department and was just hung up on. *CLICK*. Called right back and asked if the person could hear me okay, answer was yes so I asked him for the service department. I was told they only do body work... no repairs. How the heck is RV Center your name but you don't work on RVs??? I was calling about my pop up camper but they never Eve asked what type of vehicle I was calling about.

If you have a horse trailer and need repair, highly recommend Route 44 RV Center. Izzy, service manager, was amazing and very accommodating. Don't bother going to Campers World in Berkley, according to Tony in Service, they won't work on horse trailers even if they have living quarters. Route 44 RV Center is a full service repair shop. Highly recommend.

So far, I've had nothing but great experiences here. Needed rotors for my class A rv, and they were able to get them the next day. They even stayed late on a Saturday so I could pick them up!!

Don't use them!! I called them for a break assist TWO WEEKS AGO. Bob looked up all of my vehicle information, told me he would order the parts and to call back to set up a date. I did all of that called him back and he told me he "DIDN'T HAVE TIME FOR IT". He told me it would take a couple more weeks because he didn't have the parts in stock!!! Isn't that why you took all of my information TWO WEEKS AGO?? POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!

I can't say enough good things about Izzy and the service at Route 44 RV. He's fair, honest and thorough. I wouldn't take my RV anywhere else.

Picked up Cruise America rental at this place. Guy offered zero help - seemed annoyed to answer a single question (which there are a lot for a first time RV renter). Sent the RV out dirty - crumbs everywhere on the inside and dirt caked everywhere on the outside.

Excellent service. Repaired our trailer in 3 hours, after it was on the lot for 3 weeks somewhere else. Fast, efficient, and really nice guys!

We had mechanical trouble with our unit, but the people at Route 44 RV Center dealt very fairly with us on our return. We really appreciated their understanding!

They sold me a car that couldn t pass inspection. They said they had fixed it for inspection but their mechanic caused electrical problems to the car when he was fixing all of the other problems it had. They also stalled the process so I wouldn t be able to take it back passed 30 days.

They suck. Sold a car that couldnt pass inspection twice. Not to mention they didnt know what any of the car parts were. How are you a dealership that doesnt know anything about cars
