The website clearly says they replace auto bulbs for free. Well, they don't! (Or they were to lazy to do it today). I went there because I needed to have my tail light replaced and the answer was "we don't do that here" and the funny thing is that he still try to sell me the bulb don't waste your time.

Love Oreilly's. I don't buy auto parts anywhere else. Their website is excellent. I can check 2 or 3 local stores for parts availability. They have a tool loaner program that saves me a ton of money. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable.

Store is clean, well lit and organized, staff are nice and helpful. Online orders can be delivered to the store, saving some money on shipping, my part was delivered same-day.

Benjamin refused to assist me with installing my wiper blades due to the fact that it is raining outside . My current ones are not working properly and are making it hard to see while driving . I understand going out in the rain would have been uncomfortable and I would have given him a tip for helping me . But he refused to help or provide any information that would make it easier for me to do it

The employees at this O Reillys are will to go out of their way to deliver the best customer service I ve ever seen. Multiple times I ve purchased too many parts for me to carry out to my vehicle and the employees help me carry out my parts to my vehicle. The employees are willing to do anything to get your part in your hand that day. Their very friendly and have lots of patients, highly recommended this O Reillys.

Exceptional customer service! I found myself with a flat tire and a gentleman working here was kind enough to work out in the cold weather to help me safely get my spare on. He wouldn t take a dime from me. I was so grateful for his kindness and will absolutely be coming here for all my auto part needs! Thank you so much!!

I had to stop by this location about a month ago to grab a part for my car. I typically shop autozone as they have been in the area forever but i figured i would give the new store a shot. The store manager Nick was incredibly helpful and exceeded all expectations. A younger employee named Austin was kind enough to replace the battery in my car while Nick helped me plan out the next wave of repairs the car needs. Better prices then autozone and in my opinion much better service.

Was in store picking up dry gas when clerk came over to "help". Being a senior I've been very careful about masks & isolating. The clerk wasn't wearing a mask & didn't give me space 6'... Needless to say, I won't be back..
