first time going to kents. Fantastic experience. I wont get into what was wrong under my car, lets just say it was a mess. Kent gave a very honest estimate and got the piece i was going to need before i even walked in the door. he fixed it quicker than expected and for less than the original estimate.

Greatest mechanic and shop I ve ever been to. Kent replaced the ptu in my Lincoln. Came in under budget. Was beyond communicative at every step and done on less time than expected. Kent s will be my family s only choice going forward.

Kent's Auto DOES NOT CARE about your time or your vehicle. I was promised week after week that my vehicle would be ready for pickup, only for me to come by the shop and find each time that absolutely no work had been done.When my demands were answered and I finally got my vehicle back (after more than 2 months), 1 of the 4 jobs I had asked for had been "completed" - or so I thought. That's when I found a number of loose hose clamps and spent more than an hour trying to jump my batteries and get off the lot. Don't think they started it once in the whole 2 months it was there.Moral of the story - DO NOT bring your vehicle here unless you want to waste your time and money for long term parking.

I have used Kent's auto for the past 5 or 6 years and I am never disappointed. I am actually baffled at the reviews lower than a 5. Quite literally the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I've ever used. He constantly uses quality parts with fair prices. I can't say enough good things about Kent or the shop.

Outstanding! Fair, honest, reasonably priced, timely and friendly. I m new to the area and called around to 5 other places for our brake job. The new car dealer never returned our call for an estimate, another shop stated that I d have to come in for any type of estimate and a few others prepped us for a very expensive repair. Kent is obviously here for the long term with the way he treats customers and his fair pricing. He s earned a customer! Thank you Kent for being a straight shooter! Much appreciated. For those reading this, don t hesitate to give this place a shot.

Kent is an awesome mechanic! Highly recommend bringing business to him. He is extremely hard working and takes pride in the work he does, he makes sure to finish each job to the fullest. He is a well rounded guy and super easy to get along with! He is the best!

Very happy with the job Kent did on my truck. He replaced the AC compressor on my truck and had the system recharged. This was something Sullivan Tire could not get done. Thank you Kent for the work you did and now the AC is working great

Wish I knew of Kent's Services Center before overpaying on Cape. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Didn't make a fuss about putting a rear axle in my Escape on short notice. Definitely worth the hour drive. I'll be back.

I bought my car from Kent, its been so reliable. The owner is amazing, personable, knowledgeable, efficient and trust worthly. Any work I've needed, he's gone above and beyond to take care of it. Highly recommend

He has had our car for 2 years. It's an older "fun" vehicle that we barely use but he originally fixed it and returned it to us in a couple weeks. The first time we drove it the car died in the middle of an intersection. He said to bring it back and he would fix it. That was two year's ago. It just sits in his lot and when my wife calls to check in all he does is lie and make excuses and say "he's waiting for a part." Shame on us for waiting this long, but I'd suggest finding someone that is more honest to work on your car.Service: Auto engine tuning

This used to be my families go to auto shop, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. I m not sure if it s because of a new hire or the overwhelming amount of cars recently, but this is no longer the repair shop it used to be. Brought my car in August for a simple battery and since then my car went back in every other day for a month straight. Due to the wrong diagnosis multiple times and faulty parts, my car is no longer working. As a result, I have a blown head gasket that is worth more then 3000 dollars to fix. I hate that I have to write this about our local shop, but I want people to know about this before it happens to them. It has been a difficult couple of months without a car, especially when I commute from Kingston to Hingham!!!
