I bought new tires for my Explorer. It was about the same price as the Ford dealership, but the tires I selected were much nicer than I would have gotten at the dealer. I was walked through different options, my online research was confirmed and they gave me some personal opinions to help with the decision.Scheduling was a breeze. I got a call to check on my arrival. The work was done on time. everyone was nice and I got a delicious cookie at check out. It is abundantly clear why all my neighbors said to go to Morrison s.

Morrison's Auto-Rite Inc has serviced my various cars for decades. They're quite pro-active and their business model just keeps getting better. I'm always greeted when dropping the vehicle off and I always receive a call regarding the work to be performed citing cost of parts, as well as labor costs. Often there's a second call to fine tune the order and to offer suggestions, and finally I'm always greeted warmly when I retrieve the vehicle. Their quotes are always accurate and straightforward and the car always runs better. I have a lot of confidence in Morrison's Auto-Rite!

One of the best run businesses I ve ever experienced! They ve somehow figured out a flow from the minute you call to request help to the minute you pick your car up. Every staff member I ve interacted with has been so kind and communicative (and with a good sense of humor!) and it all just seems to work so well. Every time I take my car in I find myself wishing that other customer service experiences could be this transparent and seamless. They always break everything down for me in terms of what s going on with my car, what needs to be done, and what can wait. I know they re probably more expensive than other shops but somehow I don t mind giving them my money. I really do trust them!

Morrison's is excellent all around. They are upfront in their communication from scheduling availability to diagnosis of the problem with my vehicle, to estimations of cost. Their repair work is excellent. When the say it's fixed, it is fixed. They are honest. They do not suggest unnecessary repairs. For many many years, Morrison's has been my go to.

Mike D and Eduardo were amazing! I dropped in without an appointment to learn more about the diagnosis the dealer made on my car. They explained the best course of action and eased my concerns. If ever I have any issues with my vehicle going forward, I will seek these gentlemen!

I brought in my 2014 GMC Yukon Denali for a scheduled vehicle service, oil change, and inspection of undercarriage components. As a first time customer, I was very satisfied and pleased with the service that was performed, and their excellent Customer Service! Upon inspection, the technician noticed that my vehicle had a marker light bulb out and they replaced it without any delay. That's a Plus! I highly recommend Morrison's for your vehicle maintenance and auto repair needs! A Five Star Rating is warranted, and a Plus!!!

We've been customers of Morrisons for decades and have always been happy with their work. There may be other places that are a bit cheaper, but we know we can trust the folks here to be honest with us, fix it right, and get the job done promptly.

Really a wonderful experience. I called with an issue with my car, they said that they couldn't take me until Friday. It was Tuesday. I really needed the car Wednesday evening for a job. The called me back in 5 minutes and told me to bring it in. They were very up front about the cost and the time frame. They had it for me ready by Wed afternoon. They were SO nice. They explained everything: what was actually wrong, what they did, and the next things that the car could use but it wasn't urgent. No shady upsell just helpful info. Will absolutely bring my car back. They're great.

Morrison's Auto is a very reliable auto repair shop I use it for about 12 years.What ever diagnosis they found,proved to be the real problem,never needed to go back for the same issue.The whole team is professional, courteous,donne on the promise time.For the service theyprovide,I count them"Pillars" of the community and highly recommendtheir de service .

They are the nicest people. I know nothing about cars, have a 19 year old Prius which seems to run ok so there is that. They keep maintaining it, don t make me spend an arm and leg ( just the arm!) and they run a great shop.

Our maintenance light came on while we were traveling across the Midwest to see family. Fortunately, Morrison s was nearby, and we were welcomed! They got us right in and performed the needed maintenance, informed us of other pending issues, and graciously accepted when we declined these extra services. I highly recommend them and am glad to know our family in the area will have a reliable car shop to rely on nearby.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Set up an appointment because I had some concerns about my brakes. My vehicle was seen quickly, and the technician explained everything in detail, but I ended up not requiring any service, and was able to pick up my car on my lunch break. Staff was very friendly and patient throughout my experience and I would 100% use them again.

Morrison's Auto-Rite continues to be a pleasant experience for our household. We've owned a number of reliable/sensible cars over the years (Toyota & Honda) and MA-R is our trusted pit crew! They are friendly, honest and thorough. They told me my problem with my HVAC can only be fixed at the dealer, which I appreciated. Most recently, they did service maintenance for my car at a reasonable price for today's economy. They give you $50 appreciation coupons for oil changes. I have found more affordable places to do tire replacements, but for everything else, I go here.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change
