I have brought both of my vehicles to be taken care of here at ACME. Both my 2022 Honda Civic and 2012 Hyundai Elantra have been fixed here, and I will continue to bring my cars here! I recently had an outstanding experience at ACME Body Shop and felt compelled to share my satisfaction. Tomily provided a swift and accurate estimate for my car, ensuring that it received the best care. Annette at the front desk was incredibly sweet, consistently updating me on the progress and going above and beyond to keep me informed. What truly sets ACME apart is their commitment to cleanliness my car is always returned in a condition even better than I left it. I am impressed by their service and, without a doubt, will continue choosing ACME for all my auto body needs. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking top-notch care for their vehicle. Five stars well-deserved!

I had a very positive experience here getting my car repaired here. Annette was so helpful on the phone getting the process started with insurance. Tomily worked on the car and was so helpful and patient. Very kind people here! Would highly recommend

This place is amazing. I read through the prior reviews and decided to take my car for paint work. They were courteous, gave a good price and work was completed within a short time with excellent quality.

It's been weeks since the repair and I'm still missing a piece.Edit: Just wanted to add an update since there is a response. Not only have I had service, the service was recommended through my insurance company, Mapfre. I went back asking for the piece and was assured they'd get it shortly after the initial repair. No response since. No one is using their legal name on a google review.

Great experience with ACME Body and Paint! I brought in my 1995 M-Edition Miata for a new paint job. Dave was great to work with. The Miata's clear coat was peeling in many places, exposing the base coat underneath. The car no longer had a sheen to it. In addition, there were several dings and gouges on the front and rear bumpers. Dave would send me photos of the car as pieces were worked on, and he listened to all of my thoughts and requests. Very happy with the outcome. The car looks brand new. I attached two images of the car before the front and rear bumpers were attached.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Can't say that I recommend. Took my Volvo for a minor damage on bumper and grill, they ended up taking 15 days to repair and billed insurance for over $7.5k for it. Communication is weak, car has a remote connection with a full event journal so I could see that more than one week after dropping off they didn't even touch the car yet, called them about it and after 5 minutes of course they start working on it.When it comes to payment, I received multiple calls for the balance I'll pay when I come in versus the zero calls I received during the rest of the process.In overall, if you have an option go elsewhere - they don't care about the customer much, looking for a big payday from the insurance

I had such a good experience with ACME Body & Paint, from the moment I walked in the door--the service is personal and friendly, taking extra effort to do a perfect job with my car quickly and economically. Had a series of unfortunate experiences here that showed a complete lack of communication, customer service, care and attention to detail. Would not recommend using this body shop.I brought my car in for bodywork as tree branch had fallen on my car. This shop originally quoted 5-7 days for the work. I showed up 7 days later and was told that no parts had arrived and work hadn't started yet. I was frustrated that I had to show up to get this information and didn't get a call. I was told to come back in a week. I came back a week later and was told the parts STILL hadn't arrived. I told the shop I needed the car back and would bring it back when they received the parts. Magically, the parts arrived and I was told I could pick the car up that afternoon.When I picked the car up it was still dusty and trim pieces that were removed were not re-attatched but just left loose in place. Work took twice as long as quoted but still felt like a rush job.About a month later, I noticed water leaking into the car right where the work was done and a mold smell. I brought the car back to Acme and spoke to Steve who quickly looked at the car and said "I can't find where the leak is coming from, but these things happen, its not our fault". I brought it to another shop who identified a loose drain hose directly next to where the work was done by ACME- either disconnected by the original damage or by the work.I brought it back to ACME with this information and Steve again denied any responsibility. Refused to look at the car again, and refused to admit the possibility that the leak was caused by the original damage and not fixed by the shop, or caused by the work itself.My insurance finally has agreed that the water leak is associated with the damage and subsequent work, but not after I had to drive around with a moldy car for weeks.Cannot stress enough the lack of care, communication and customer service at this location. Please go elsewhereService: Body & Trim

Annette is very friendl, helpful and knowledgable about the business. I'd trust them to fix my car all the time. They are also very good on updating you on the progress and when you can expect the car to be returned.

Top tier service & work!!! I brought in my Jag after being rear ended a couple of months ago and these people were nice, patient and professional. My car looks brand new like you would not be able to know that the bumper was hanging on for dear life a couple of months ago. I m beyond satisfied. If you go to them be patient and understand the quality of work they do is worth the time it takes them to repair your car. Oh and the pricing is fair.

I love Acme Body Shop!!! My car came out beautifully. Everyone here is so nice Steve & David are the best guys, I swear. They are my therapist for my car, for real. Every time I m in need with anything that has to do with my car these guys go above and beyond. I will forever be a loyal customer. I recommend this place to everyone! They are on point with their work & customer service, and that s so hard to find in Boston!

Great experience! When I left my car at their shop, I needed a rental to get back to work, they set me up with enterprise and a driver took me to enterprise to pick up my rental. Also my car was fixed earlier than promised, and with great quality too. Finally, when picking up my car, they said I can leave the rental with them and they'll take care of the rest. All in all, I highly suggest ACME.

What can I say about Dave(Owner) and the guys here at ACME other than they do Awesome work. Been using them for all of my accident claims, and they haven't failed me yet. Even when there shop is slammed, they will still get your car back to you when they promise in great condition. Best of the best when it comes to bodywork! Defly recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism and courtesy when having their damaged repaired. Just a loyal customer sharing his experience. Thanks Guys!

Excellent customer service. Their service quotes are reasonable and the staff are competent, straightforward and friendly. I was working long hours when I broke my mirror and I was not able to bring in the car for an assessment and estimate. They were able to do the assessment via photos on email and give me an estimate and schedule a service appointment very quickly. I barely finished my coffee in the waiting room when Josh came in and said that the car was ready. Very happy !!

Highly recommend ACME Body & Paint! After considering numerous other shops, we chose ACME. Steve did a great job walking us through the process and personally handling the estimate. The final price was actually less than the estimate--a nice bonus. We appreciated the transparency. Also, Annette was great communicating all administrative information and very timely in the information she provided. The guys at ACME were fantastic, I could not have asked for more. Dave and his brother Seth treated me like they have known me for years , even dropping my car off at my house in Revere when it was done and picking up the rental. The body work was perfect even matching the very hard to match pearl white metallic paint that was on it from the factory. Thank you so much for the top performance work !!

These guys make it easy! They're professional, helpful, patient, and---most importantly the work is excellent and my car was spotless upon completion. Their name was one of many recommended by my insurance company; the Yelp reviews persuaded me to use them---glad I did.

I can t say enough about my experience at Acme. They were recommended to me by Arborway Auto and I m glad I trusted the recommendation. We needed work done on a Subaru Impreza that I scraped on a cement pole in a parking garage downtown. Getting a quote was easy- took a few minutes on a Saturday morning. They helped me navigate the insurance process, which really put my mind at ease since this was my first experience filing any kind of claim.I can t recommended Acme enough. The work looks fantastic and was done in the time they quoted me. While I hope I won t need more body work in the near future, I won t hesitate to return here if I do.

ACME's work on my car was perfection. I needed new paint after my car got keyed. They were so nice and easy to work with, worked directly with my insurance company, were extremely reasonably priced and turned around my car in 48 hours! Impeccable work and I would refer anyone to them.

Steve and his team did a great job in painting my mazda soul red crystal . It was beyond my expectation and the color matches exactly with factory painted parts. On time delivery. Best auto body shop in this area. Thanks to the ACME Body and Paint team.

These guys did a great job repairing my 2015 mazda 6. David was extremely easy to work with. On their website it says that after they do the repair etc. they will do a bit of detail work also...I didnt think or expect much of it, but when I picked up my car it really did look like they had actually put in effort which really got me. All around I would say A+ for their work and would happily recommend to a friend.

ACME Body & Paint, specifically the owners (David and Seth), was recommended to me by a friend in the industry and I m very glad that I went with them. Great service and very friendly staff. Kept me updated on progress throughout and dropped off my car at my workplace even though it was a bit out of the way. Would highly recommend their services!

Acme Body and Paint is *THE BEST* car repair shop you'll find in the Boston area. They are professional, fast, friendly, and do great work. They'll go above and beyond for the customer. I rarely write reviews, but I'm so happy with the Acme team that I had to write a review. Look no further - go to Acme and you will be so glad you did!

I took my 2011 Prius here after I got rear ended by a distracted driver - this shop was on the USAA preferred list. They did a great job coordinating my rental car for duration of repair, dealing with USAA when the damage turned out to be more than the initial appraisal had indicated, and returned my car looking fantastic. Would definitely return to this shop for any future needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
