The staff are both friendly & knowledgeable! They provide excellent Service, at reasonable rates! I'm a long time customer, and this is my #1 place to go, when anything's wrong with my car! The used car we bought from the owner, has been kept on the road 10+years! I liken this place to my former favorite eatery "Bernie's Depot!" It's a place you'd want to recommend to everyone, but also kept secret for select family members, and extremely close friends! You never want to send any "Karen" types there, who will ruin the atmosphere &/or mess up services for everyone else! I'm a woman who likes learning what's wrong with my car, the parts, & the process done to fix it! The staff there have no problem providing us with those answers! We've always been treated with respect, and return it in kind! Orchard Auto Sales & Repair, is my car hospital, and the doctors there are specialists in their field!

They will try to convince you that the dump they sold you is a good car or you should settle with whatever problems come with it the car because it s used. Had my vehicle for 2 weeks and after the 3rd day I wanted to return it, but now I m stuck. I was better off using my money to put down towards a new car, but lesson learned. Bring ya own mechanic if you do plan to purchase, but I wouldn t recommend it.

Poor service, they have a drunk mechanic always working there, did a job for me and completely messed up my vehicle kept the money and threatened to fight me.. I don't know this guy but I never had a good impression him so I should of never came here.. you get what you pay for and that's what I definitely got. Cheap service crappy work

I took my car there to get theWheel bearing and Right lower control arm fixed they had my car for several hours and now my car is has a squeaking in left tire if the car didn t quick pulling in then it shouldn t quick pulling out idk what all the hostility about when I came back questioning the scenario but I ll never go back there again they just could give me an answer without getting upset like what the big deal we not kids let s talk like adults .

Total rip off I would never recommend anyone buy from here I purchased a car from here and within days had issues within months check engine light came on I fixed all problems on my own because there repair services suck!! Not even three months of having the vehicle I have a blow out on the highway..........car totaled!!!

CUTE!! Do not take your car with them, they are irresponsible people, liars and rude people, throw my money away paying for a job that in the end my car was worse, now I will have to spend more money taking my car to a qualified place, ATTENTION!!! THEY ARE NOT MECHANICS OR PEOPLE TO TRUST!!!CUDADO!! No lleven su automovil con ellos son personas irresponsables mentirosos y groseros, vote mi dinero a la basura pagando un trabajo que al final mi auto quedo peor, ahora tendre que gastar mas dinero llevando mi auto a un lugar calificado, ATENCION!!! NO SON MECANICOS NI PERSONAS DE CONFIAR!!!
