Solid prices and service. Berto and his team will gladly show you the problem right in the shop. Usually pretty flexible schedule and very friendly. Parking can be difficult, but it's only like that because Berto's good.Great career mechanic.

Berto is the real deal. Authentic, old school small time mechanic who gets the job done for the right price, no frills. Yes, sometimes there s a wait because he s popular and takes the time to do the job right for low cost. Highly recommended!

I came in and said I had an engine problem on my Hyundai Sonata 2017. The guy knew off the top of his head that they have 5 year warranties if it's under 60,000 miles. His honesty and the fact that he just knew that blew my mind. I was able to take it to a dealership and may have it repaired for free. I seriously recommend this place. I've been wary of mechanics trying to oversell me, but this guy just earned my lifelong trust.

After getting an outrageous quote from another shop I brought my car to Berto. They replaced my starter and my brakes in a responsible time.. They are honest and pricing is much better than other places. They even showed me my old part without asking. I highly recommend this place.

Berto has been in the business for at least 35 years. He used to fix my father's car when I was 10 years old and now I am 43! He has saved a few of my cars from the junk yard when no one else wanted to touch them. I was able to get a few more years out of them.He will help you out and give you a more than fair price but you just have to be patient with him on certain work you require done. If it's a major job, it will slow down the multiple smaller repair jobs he need to tend to. So a major repair job will tend to be delayed. It is the nature of the business.

Berto is the best mechanic I know, and on top of that he is a great stand up guy who will not rip you off at the register. Don t let the rugged shack fool you, I drive from over 15 miles away for reliable, knowledgeable and affordable service.

His shop has declined since berto works less while having his mechanics work more. He always makes promises that he doesnt keep and he usually tells you to come back on a certain day but once you are there, he'll postpone again. Also, he likes to bite off more than he can chew leading to a delay in fixing your car. Many times i have brought my car here and he tells me it will be done a certain time but when it is time to go pick up my car, he says to come back another day. On one occasion, my car was sitting there for 2 weeks and i kept coming back daily for 2 weeks just to be turned away. I been going here since 2016 but i may have to find a different mechanic.

Honest, humble and very reasonable people! While others tried to literally robed me with crazy estimates, Berto Auto Repair help me with my car situation and I was able to get back to work.

Needed a replacement engine which he gave me a quote for a pretty penny and everyday its oh I'm busy call back tomorrow. Well stay busy cause I'll be taking my money elsewhere. Poor poor service.

Had a 8 a.m. oil change appointment and my car wasn't touched til 10. Left at 10:50. Smh. Next time going to the dealer.
