I went to the Hyde Park store for a new battery. The customer service that I received from Johnathan C. was outstanding and this man deserves a promotion. He took the old battery out and replaced it with the new one. The screws were rusted and it was extremely difficult to get the old rusted battery out but he took his time and was very pleasant and patient while doing it. Thank you for the top notch customer service Johnathan I appreciate your dedication to making your customers happy.

Christian was very knowledgeable and helpful. I came inside to buy a part and he gave me a few options which could help me out. Then he even came out to my car and made sure it was installed correctly. I highly recommend Christian and this Auto Zone location.

I ran in to Auto Zone to grab a headlight bulb this morning. I had planned to YouTube how to replace it when I got home. Instead of waiting for the computer to reload and search for thd bulb, the customer service rep went out to the car and took the bulb out to find the correct replacement bulb. Then he changed the bulb for me! I wish I caught his name. He saved me a ton of time today which is worth more than he knows.

I appreciated the expertise of Raymond who helped me out changing my battery. Turns out I did not need a part I ordered online, instead it was my battery that was the issue. He was very knowledgeable and ended up saving me money!

Very unprofessional. Hate going here. Every time I go here the workers are very slow. Some of them just sit around on their phones while customers are waiting in line. Half of the workers don t even know what they are doing. No customer service at all. They have bad attitudes and rude.

I've been in the store on multiple occasions over the last few weeks. Evey single associate I've interacted with on every occasion has been polite and extremely helpful. I want to commend the staff and the management for the excellent staffing choices! Hyde Park store.

Mr. D. Brown was extremely pleasant to talk to. Contrary to other experiences I've had in other auto parts store, I did not feel talked down to. He not only took the time to show me the different alternatives(I was shopping for windshield wipers) but, he made me aware of a running promotion and installed them for me. He didn't even want to accept a tip.

My car battery was toast! I drove to the Hyde Park store for a new battery! I had the manager Darren wait on me! This guy is outstanding!! Not only did he sell me a battery at a reasonable price, he installed it for me on frigid day! This guy is first class all the way! I would highly recommend him! Thank you so very much Darren!! Went back and had the same experience. If your are caucasian do not go to this store tattooed girl would rather pick her piercings than be of any assistance trust me 2nd time I left there guilty of being white. I'm sure not the only one

Had a check engine light came on, walked in, immediately greeted by Damon I believe, asked what they can do for me and he immediately pulled the codes and was super friendly. He printed me the info and wished me a good day. I spent zero dollars but customer service was so good they have me as a customer from now on.

I live in Dorchester but drive the extra few miles to this Auto Zone. Excellent service. It can get busy, but every customer is acknowledged right away. I was there yesterday to buy some refrigerant for my van. I was about to pay $50 for a can that came with a hose. An employee told me all I needed was the $8 can and they would supply the hose and put the refrigerant in my van. I really appreciated that.

I haven't been there too often, but I have been in there enough to know it's a good store. They definitely helped me when they didn't need to. Going beyond what's being asked for says a lot.

Walked in guy asked what ii needed, I told him, he looked it up, and says I got 2 left..He walked me to it and knew where it was. What I liked was that he just didn't say it was in the light bulb aisle and make me look for it. I bought it and it worked..

Horrible customer service. I came here because I was having problems with my battery. My battery was still under warranty and there was an employee that was extremely rude for no reason. Her name was Erica. A little customer service will go a long way, its not that hard. You need better customer service there. Horrible never will go back.

Spent hundreds here, on many visits. However today i ask where restroom is and mgr points across the street and says dunkin donuts. I've traveled all over the country and this is the FIRST time an Auto Zone declined me a restroom. My use to be number one AZ.Always busy. parking is very limited. Your best bet is to go across the street n get a coffee at DDs and walk to Auto Zone.
