Anthony and his team are an absolute godsend! So grateful to have an honest establishment like this close by.Our new car was rear ended after two days of purchasing it, as you can imagine we were absoltely devastated. We did our due diligence on finding a certified Audi body shop and all signs were pointing to ASI Collision. Since we never been in an accident before, there was a lot of anxiety and we've heard a lot of horror stories from our friends when they were dealing with body shops.Anthony and his team went above and beyond to handle everything from end to end. They exceeded expectations and we re happy with the results. They were very communicative; promptly responded to our emails, easily available to speak over the phone, reached out to insurance carrier on our behalf to handle all payment requests. They even kept us updated on the process weekly easing our tension.When we went to pick up our vehicle, I couldn't believe how amazing it looked. These folks are passionate about their work and it really shows. Anthony provided a full detail of the car and even offered to deliver the vehicle to my house.We are really happy with the end results and will highly recommend this establishment!

I don t often leave reviews for autobody shops because the experience has always been just okay. This is the one exception because Anthony and his team truly went above and beyond to make sure I, and my vehicle, were well taken care of.After I was rear-ended, I called probably a dozen shops and ASI Collision were the only ones who asked me if I was okay. The team fully exceeded my expectations - they were very responsive via both phone and email, and gave me updates throughout the process, and handled all insurance requests on my behalf. They worked fast and my car came back to me in perfect condition with meticulous attention to detail.If you re looking for a seamless, professional, and worry-free experience, this is the place!

Just got my car back from Anthony and his team at ASI.... Seriously... wow... I was rear ended a few weeks ago and had my car brought to ASI to get the bumper fixed. They took their time to make sure it was done properly and they worked directly with insurance so I didn't have to. I work in the auto sales industry and I see a lot of terrible work that gets done.... This is why I chose ASI. Anytime we know work was done on a car... if it was ASI we never have to worry about anything. They literally always deliver. Anthony takes so much pride in what he does and his team is so highly trained in attention to detail and it shows. They don't cut corners and they don't take shortcuts. Thank you Anthony and everyone who fixed my car and made it look literally brand new!

Their pick-up and drop-off services are highly recommended!FYI if you have Progressive as your Insurance I highly not recommended them!! Takes me forever to get my car back.

Excellent service! Highly recommend. In the last year, two of my Range Rovers have been in car accidents. Both times Anthony and the ASI team took care of me and made these unfortunate situations a lot better. They were responsive, transparent and fought for me and my best interests against the insurance companies. My first experience working with them was so easy that as soon as I was rear-ended during my second car accident, ASI was my first call. I dealt with ASI when my car was in an accident recently. I was referred to them directly from my local Audi Dealership. The service they provided was incredibly fast, they were communicative, and friendly. The most professional and respectful body shop I have worked with. I brought my Audi RS6 into ASI for paint correction and Xpel full protective wrap. The car looks better than when it rolled out of the factory. I spent forever looking for an imperfection and came up with nothing. I recently bought a 2015 Maserati Quattroporte with a lot of miles. The paint was faded and the car had lost its luster. When I picked it up yesterday, Anthony Poillucci and his team had performed magic! The car shone like new and I couldn t be happier with the quality of their work and the terrific customer service from the office to the shop to delivery!

My A4 was hit while parked by my co-worker earlier this month, and I was referred to ASI from Audi Brookline. ASI went above and beyond in their customer service and quality of work.There was a dent on my hood, which initially seemed to be a direct impact of the crash. Upon further review it was discovered that this was actually poorly done paint-less dent removal by the previous owner. I called the dealership that I bought the car from to see if they would cover this, and as I expected they were not willing to. When I told Anthony and Mark about this, they didn't hesitate to fix the damage, free of charge to me.Since buying the A4 I had always planned to swap the factory grille for an RS4 grille (best I can do till I can afford the RS3). I asked Anthony if he would be able to swap the grille, offering to pay for the swap myself. Anthony told me they would be removing the grille anyways, so he would be happy to swap it for no extra charge. These are people you can 100% trust, and if I could give them 10 stars for the service alone, I would.Not only was the customer service top tier, but the bodywork itself is impeccable. They used all OEM parts, and the car frankly looks better than it did before it got hit. All around incredible work, and I could not have asked for more. Hopefully I wont be frequenting the body shop, but It's great to have one I can trust when needed. Would 10000% recommend, especially for Audi work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have been going to Anthony @ ASI for 6 years and we only trust Anthony to work on our families vehicles. Recently I purchased a new car and immediately noticed it needed Paint Correction and a newly painted bumper. Anthony & team were able to successfully revive the speckle & gloss in the paint! He also added some new exterior pieces as well.

These guys are Pros. Anthony Maria and Emily kept me up on collision repairs on my Audi A7 all the way. They also were open and honest about some of the supply challenges on some sophisticated repair parts (sensors, cameras, etc.) - given the supply constraints they faced, they did a tremendous job - the car looks brand new, and was returned to me in mint condition. I tell all my pals to go to ASI, and all of them have had excellent auto body and collision repair experiences!Service: Body & Trim

Someone referred me to this shop, I don't regret hiring them to work for me because someone hit my car. They gave me good customer service, cleanliness, professionalism. I rarely post a review but I must attest to the extremely high quality of work and seamless customer service experience that Anthony and his team provide. I was rear ended and needed some body work done to the bumper and side door of my car. The front office is amazing and coordinated my rental car with the third party insurance. They handled all of the direct third party billing as well. When I had a hard time making it to pick up my car when it was ready they delivered it to my work, and covered the extra day of my rental. Perhaps the most important component though is that their work is top tier. The quality of the repair and the detailing left nothing to be desired. As an insurance agency owner I give ASI 5+ stars! They are by far the best in the business! Incredible auto body service with exceptionally high standards for quality of work. Working with Richie and his amazing customer service staff was impressive from start to finish. ASI is the best auto body and collision center in the greater Boston area. We have been involved in a few unfortunate situations where our car has needed excessive repairs, and Anthony and his team have always been there every step of the way. I 100% recommend ASI Collision if you want your car repaired to the exact (if not better) condition as you bought it! The body work the team did to repair our Chevy Suburban was exquisite and the customer service / quality of care was unmatched. They even went the extra mile to deliver our car back fully detailed, giving it that brand-new-car look and feel. Don t go anywhere else!!

ASI Collision was excellent for my Audi repairs. They worked with my insurance company to complete the repairs and it was all relatively easy and seamless. They even offered a drop off/pick up service for the rental car. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. My car was returned looking beautiful! Richard and team were great. They went above and beyond to explain insurance aspects and kept me informed every few days. They organized collection of my car and rental car, and made some final considerations no charging small extras not included originally. Totally recommend them!

I had a very positive experience with ASI. My vehicle had fairly significant collision damage, and ASI did a great job of restoring it to form. The car feels brand new - body, paint, technology, cleaning. The team is very respectful, transparent and responsive. My wife s Audi Q5 was hit on the side damaging the driver s side door, the front fender and the hood. I was sure the car would be a total loss. Richard at ASI repaired the car and I would challenge anyone to know it was ever that damaged!! Pretty miraculous work. He picked the car up, did the repairs in timely fashion with only OEM parts and the finish is better than the factory paint and clear coat. The car was returned to us detailed like it was ready for a car show. I wouldn t take any of my vehicles anywhere else!! Thank you ASIServices: Painting, Body & Trim

First and foremost, ASI Collision is Audi Certified! They will actually pick up your car and drop it off at a location that is convenient for you which already is amazing!In my case, I had to file 3 claims to fix my beautiful Audi and on top of that, my insurance refused to pay for one of the claims (the most expensive claim out of the 3). The situation was so stressful, especially not knowing what I was going to do or where I was going to go with such a huge cost AND I had absolutely no time due to my busy schedule. I lost all hope and I was about to take my car back without repairing it, but to my surprise, Anthony, the owner, literally refused to give me my car back because, in his own words, it was too dangerous for ME to drive my car! He gave me an offer that I could not be happier with! I absolutely have no idea what I would ve done without ASI Collision and Anthony.Anthony, you are fantastic! Best in the business. I will never go anywhere else. Anthony is a perfectionist when it comes to body repairs. Professional and easy to work with. He kept me up to date with the repairs and handled all the insurance company stuff along the way. I m very satisfied with the work and glad that I had my repairs done at ASI auto body for the 2nd time. Anthony and his team treat all customers equally and provide VIP conierge services.
