My experience with Akiki was great. The work on my BMW is always done perfectly. They really care about customers and making sure they are satisfied. I appreciate the updates , welcoming at home family feel when my car is being serviced. Thank you to Carlos, Vlad, the ladies in the front office for always being so helpful informing and kind.

Excellent Customer Service. Top recommended for auto repairs! I was taken care of by Akiki after being hit by a truck and my car looks brand new! Literally could not be more happy. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking for a great and reliable team to get the job done!!!

My experience with Akiki was very professional. The staff was very professional, very informative and good at returning calls and updating of the work being done. Luis, was my mechanic and he was very nice and professional. Shakoya is very professional and such a bright light and bubbly add to the front office. Always smiling and very personable. I would recommend Akiki Auto Body to friends and family. I had a great experience!

Amazing service! I had an accident and the tow driver from Akiki wouldn t leave until I had Made arrangements to be picked up. Their follow up is very professional and consistent. I was able to track all activity on my car. Special shout out to Vlad.!

Great experience! All staff were professional and friendly! I had to wait almost a month to get my car in the door, but once in they supported my claim and did a fantastic job. Worth the wait!

I appreciate the reminders and updates on my car s progress. Never a rush job. I also love that the inspection is needed before giving you back your car. I was unsure if my car would come back to me done right.

Akiki Auto Body worked on our car after an accident. They were amazing. They are by far the most responsive, positive and friendly repair/tow shop I have ever worked with. My family experienced an accident where a man had a heart attack and drove into our driveway totaling two vehicles and damaging another one. As you can imagine we were in need of immediate attention and lots of repairs and replacement vehicles. These guys and gals were impressive how attentive and detail oriented they were. Very unorganized, even though I had a scheduled appointment to drop off my car, they could not even find my paperwork that I filled out weeks prior. when I dropped off my vehicle for body repair. Then, there wasn't any communication weeks after until I called. Then, when my car was finished, it was sitting for one day, and they didn't notify me. Good thing that I called them. Lack of communication. The end result, my car came out ok. I would have given 5 stars, but customer service is not on point. The first impression is the lasting impression .

I walked into the Auto Body Office after my accident the service was nothing less than TOP TIER!Customer Service is amazing, the staff is friendly, helped me manage my expectations and even arranged for me to be picked up by Enterprise.I appreciated receiving the text message updates and link to monitor the changes to the invoice as the repairs progressed. I was relieved with the car being detailed. Returning to a vehicle after an accident can be difficult.Upon returning to retrieve my car I was greeted without having to explain who I was, fully understanding my invoice with the keys ready for me. I left knowing that my only choice for repairs and service will be Akiki going forward.
