Late on a Friday night, the check engine light on my new Volvo popped up while traveling on Cape Cod. Although everything seemed fine; it was disconcerting to stare at that orange light. I gave Volve Cars Cape Cod Service a call on Saturday morning. After explaining the issue to a very helpful Andrea, I was told to bring it in, and they would see what they could do. The technician determined that the software required updating and wrapped it up in no time. Back on the road with no light; I could not be happier. Prompt, professional, and friendly service in a beautiful facility full of amenities; I really could not have asked for more. Thank you, Volvo Cars Cape Cod!

Volvo Cape Cod Service was very responsive. There was a recall on my new car. They scheduled me quickly, took me in promptly and addressed a tire pressure issue. Very quickly. I was very impressed with Rebels that she knew why I was there after speaking with her on the phone. She is very knowledgeable about my car. We arrived from out-of-state with no appointment needing a headlight replacement. The service provided was prompt and professional. The facility is clean, modern and well appointed. I have been extremely disappointed in the service department at Volvo Hyannis MA. Since owning the car I have taken it to them 4 times for routine maintenance. And 2 times for recalls. 3 of the 4 times I have had to return to them within a very short time to have them correct what should have been done as part of the service call. 2 times I received notice of low tire pressure after purchasing new tires and having them mounted and balanced. After a routine oil change my car seemed to be leaking oil. It turned out to be a cap that was not tightened properly. Needless to say I do not have confidence in this service department.Service: Tires

I first want to say, our contact with Andrea, our service advisor has been excellent. She has been receptive to our needs and questions, and has been fantastic to deal with.However, our dealings with the service department, and Bryan Wells the service manager in particular has not been anywhere close to meeting our expectation. WE brought our car in because there was water under the passenger seat. The service dept could not figure out how it got there and said it appeared that my wife left the window open. She is adamant that she did not. After 3 weeks having our car in the shop, and $4700 worth of damage the car was returned to us.It was our assertion that the issues was with the car, and as such covered under the car warranty. The dealership and Volvo USA disagreed and we had to pay for the repairs to the things that were damaged.Two days later, I found water in the same spot, something I said could happen. The work to discover how the water got there was not done properly, because the issue still exists. We dropped the car off on 9/20. On 9/25, at 4:55 pm after not hearing anything from the dealership, we got a text message from Bryan saying he was short staffed and could not have the car looked at, outside a test ride. He said he should be able to have someone look at it this wee,This is the short version of our 4 week experience, from our perspective. WE feel the service manager has been lax in communicating with us. When he asked for the chance to try yet again to find the source of the water, while we were unsure as to letting him do the work again, we said yes. We think that we have probably made a mistake and should have gone elsewhere.While Volvo USA has said they have been monitoring the situation and in contact with the dealership, no one has reached out to speak with us.So to be honest, I could in not good conscience recommend the dealership, and in particular the service department, to anyone.Again, our dealings with Andrea have been excellent and she is the one bright spot in an otherwise miserable experienceService: General repairs & maintenance

Amazing! I went in for my 50,000 service and it was beyond my expectations. On time for start, lasted the exact amount of time quoted and went above and beyond service wise. The service at Volvo cars of Cape Cod was excellent. Andrea is focused on customer service. She communicated with me beforehand and during the repairs. Bryan is very attentive as well. Always a very pleasant experience.The team was able to fit me in as I needed the car to drive off cape and I had warning lamps on that needed immediate attention. Andrea at the desk was extremely helpful, as this was my first visit to this dealership and we needed to look up my last service. My appointment was on time to start and finish...that's rare compared to other dealerships I have been to for service. I would definitely go here again!

My service advisor, Andrea, checked me in efficiently, giving me the option to communicate with her via text or phone. They promptly diagnosed the problem, and I agreed to have it repaired. The repair was well done, and I no longer have a check engine light popping up on my dashboard. Andrea handled all details pleasantly and efficiently. Andrea is the service person I primarily dealt with. From making my appointment to answering questions, she was pleasant and very knowledgeable. It was a miserable day, so washing my car was not done. It was so nice to receive a gift certificate for a car wash to be done at my leisure when weather permits. I ve used this Volvo location for 5 years. I love my 15 year old Volvo. Volvo of Cape Cod has a beautiful facility. Andrea knows her stuff. That makes the whole experience nice instead of a burden. The customer service is top notch from appointment scheduling to explanation of repairs to exiting in a clean auto. I will definitely be back as service is needed and to buy my next Volvo. I purchased a vehicle from Cape Cod Volvo last spring, and from the moment I walked in the door staff have been professional and courteous. There was no haggling. When I recently needed to bring the vehicle in for a repair, both the staff I dealt with for the loaner car and the mechanic were professional and helpful. My vehicle was fixed quickly, and they completed my oil change while it was there. The service department discuss the warning lights and assured me I could safely drive my vehicle. They made me a convenient appointment and provided me with a loaner car.The service representative was very pleasant and asked a series of questions about the alert engine light and the conditions which might have caused it. Then they asked permission to text me updates. Several hours later they said they were running a software update that should remedy the situation and said I could pick up my car by 5:00 . When I came to pick my car up it was washed and clean inside and out. No charge. Thank you s and smiles. Great experience.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent service job as usual. Only complaints are : still no coffee available in waiting area 2 years after it was removed due to Covid & car wash not done @ dealership after service completed but voucher for free wash sent to me. That s fine but it came 3 days after my service & I don t live in Hyannis & wasn t planning to go there again. Plus voucher expired in 1 week & I m having major surgery tomorrow & won t be driving for several weeks. Andrea in the service department is always very personable & informative about what was checked & if anything needed to be taken care of. My car was in for a manufactures recall repair on the seatbelts. I was promptly greeted with friendly service and even offered refreshments! While my car was in service I received text messages alerting me when things were done, and was able to pick up my car very quickly.

Once again the service department took care of business better than Bachman/Turner Overdrive. Completed the 50,000 mile maintenance much earlier than expected despite my late arrival. Everyone is very accommodating. Andrea at the front desk is professional, friendly and very responsive. The maintenance was without issues. Care was finished within 90 minutes.they were able to schedule maintenance appts for both our vehicles back to back so we did not have to wait in the showroom during COVID. A very satisfactory experience as have been others with this dealer. So good that I decided to lease my next Volvo from this dealer rather than NYC. The service manager, Brian Wells is really unbelievable. I ve been driving Volvo s for many years and I live in CT; We were at the Cape and I had a car problem that was rather complex. Andrea Jones kept me up to date on what was going on and Brian understood the situation and patiently worked on it until the car was back to normal. I am seriously tempted to buy my next car at Cape Cod Volvos because of Brian and Andrea. We re up at the Cape for the summer usually so who knows. Just know how FANTASTIC Brian and Andrea are.

They were super nice and efficient but I really need a loaner. I have bought with Volvo repeatedly because of a luxury car owner, a loaner has always been part of service. They need it back. Bryan was great!! The work I had to have done took more than a day, so they gave me a loaner car. Bryan kept in contact with me throughout the process and even walked me out to my car when I picked it up to make sure I was happy with the work that had been done. Brought my Volvo in for a repair. Front left wheel squealing sound on tight turns. Left dealership after service wheel squealing worse. I wasn't happy, Volvo service not happy. They had me bring car back, left it. By noon car was ready. Drove away taking turns, car is now quiet as a church mouse. No charge under warranty. Bryan and Volvo Hyannis service, your absolutely the best. Everyone should do business that way. Love my Volvo. DAN
