My spouse and I had viewed a Certified Used 2021 Volvo XC90 Momentum T5 7 passenger AWD for sale on their website on Sunday, April 7th. We visited the closed Dealership to view the offered vehicle that same afternoon.We were interested and arrange for a test drive on Tuesday, April 9th. On Tuesday, we met Harold Reilly, General Manager, upon our arrival and he was most welcoming, knowledge and extremely professional noting that we had purchased a 2017 Volvo XC60 in 2018.He introduced to Denzel, our Sales Representative, who accompanied us on our test drive. Denzel was a personable, detailed and informative representative. We were able to reach an equitable and Fair Trade IN Offer for our vehicle and agree to a very fair acquistion and finance rate.Mr. Reilly and Denzel were thorough and fair in our deal. Sales was very good and closing was fast and efficient. Would be a five star review if they fixed the repairs that they said they did. Passenger rim was badly scraped up and there is dents in the rear passenger door. Was told everything was fixed, signed paperwork, and my wife came back to pick it up a couple hours later. After my wife brought it home we noticed that both areas were either not addressed or not fixed adequately. I m hoping that they will make good on there word!

By far the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I reached out, stated what I was willing to pay and they worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. It was a very fair and pleasant negotiation. Once the sale was made, they were as attentive with the transaction. Denzil and his manager are pleasant and wonderful to work with. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

The sales experience was amazing. Our salesperson was detailed, responded to our questions and delivered the car at almost the agreed time, as there were issues with the DMV system being down. I would say if purchasing an EV, there are some snags with the free charging service from ElectrifyAmerica. The dealership, in general was not clear on the process, and I ended up calling Volvo direct and getting it resolved directly.

Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Jason was helpful and willing and able to answer my many questions. The young man who went over the features and how to access them was so pleasant and was easily able to demystify the workings of the car. Overall a really positive experience.

From the moment my wife first met with David he impressed upon us that he was genuinely concerned that we would get his utmost attention and efforts in finding us a car that would not only satisfy our current needs but, as importantly, keep us as happy customers for years to come. David was able to source the exact kind of Volvo that we were looking for and with successful results. He and Chris teamed up to help walk us all of the way through the process, all along with the ultimate goal of putting our satisfaction first. Our Sales Advisor, Jason Reynolds was a pleasure to work with. We found him to be professional, patient and knowledgeable. The dealership was staffed with very pleasant, courteous people from the receptionist to the service department to the finance manager as well as the general manager. Our experience was stress free and made us feel like appreciated customers of Volvo Cape Cod. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Dashboard is melting in multiple spots despite vehicle being garaged. Employee was extremely rude about it and they refused to replace dash even when it was still under warranty. Won t be buying another Volvo- quality has declined significantly since they became a Chinese company.

Dan was amazing from beginning to the end! Walking in and sitting down to speak with Dan, I didn t feel that uneasy feeling you get whenever you walk into a dealer but Dan was the opposite. He was patient and helpful with my purchase. I m so glad I took the summertime ride in the dreadful Cape traffic to get the exact Honda I wanted!!! If your looking for l good service, go see Dan!!!

Nicest staff in all departments. They even shipped a car from Plymouth to Hyannis for my wife to test drive. She loved the car so much that we ended up getting that car.David our sales person was the best person I have ever dealt when buying a car.Plus I liked that there were no hidden fees that other dealers stick you with. I highly recommend Cape Cod /Plymouth Volvo.

Always high quality service with knowledgeable, friendly people. Harold (the Manager) is awesome as is all of his staff. This may not be the cheapest way to have your Volvo serviced but we have been dealing with them for close to 20 years and have never had a problem with their servicing or with the cars (4) we purchased from them.

Wonderful experience! David made us feel welcome, embraced all our questions, found common ground with our non-car interests, supported our inclinations, made it easy to buy a pre-owned XC60. Made a reasonable, even generous offer for our XC70 trade-in that we accepted. Christine made the forms & purchase process easy and humor-filled. Thank god we remembered to bring service records & title so we could trade in our car on the spot. We didn't have to go back to the Cape And face the traffic a 2nd time.

Excellent. David Constant our customer rep. was very efficient, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. He kept us informed of the progress of our purchase of a Volvo XC40 which was held up by the universal supply chain failure. The closing by Emma was the best we've ever had. Fast and efficient, unlike my experience with other dealers which always caused me to rue the fact that I was buying a car. My wife loves the car because the seating is very comfortable (she has had some hip issues) and the fit and finish of the car and the simplicity of operation and layout out of controls is excellent and well explained to us by the staff. After hearing the stories of other dealer's attempts to squeeze their customers for more money I was impressed with the honesty and integrity of the dealership, Volvo Cars Cape Cod, a unit of Premier. We will definitely Go back to Volvo and the dealership and especially David Constant for our next purchase.

The best dealership experience I have ever had. David was outstanding, Emma knew just which car to show me and the gentleman who showed me how to use all the bells and whistles did a great job! (Apologies for not remembering his name!). The process was very transparent, no pressure and above and beyond our expectations. I will be using this dealership for a long time. I would highly recommend this dealership.

We were taken in and treated with professionalism and courteous right from the start. Emma and Harold focused on us while we were there and did not deviate from the questions we had asked of them. Always a can-do attitude .. no pressure sales.Kara B was also very professional, courteous and treated us with respect and walked us through the process.We would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
