The customer experience was great. Very good, friendly, service. The only complaint I have is price. I found the same tire $50 cheaper in online advertisement for local (Town Fair) tire shop but a quote was needed. I wish the matching policy was a little easier to take advantage of. Other than that, all was great.

The service staff are great, always. Kudos on that.We were able to do the 40k service but couldn't get to the brakes or a recall issue related to an oil leak.Had to make another appointment the following week. Inconvenient.Paid $85 for a detailing service. The interior (carpets and seats) looked good but the windows were not great. There are weird rings on the glass likely from some device they use to clean it. The glass isn't really clean. The exterior wash was average. They missed significant parts on top of the car which I had to do afterward, and in the back where it the wash just didn't get done.

Rob and Jim were both incredibly helpful and communicative. They helped overcome each obstacle with ease as they came up and made sure I walked out happy and with a car! Will definitely recommend anyone to them on Cape!

We went here after a horrible experience trying to buy a car through Carvana and we re so glad we did!! Steve was so nice and helpful. He really went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted and to make sure we were happy and comfortable in our new car. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership made us feel welcomed and we didn t feel like we were being pressured into anything like we ve experienced at other places in the past. I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vw!!!

The experience was good. My rear camera was not working. A new camera needed to be ordered. I dropped the car Wed morning and it was available Friday evening. Frankly, I was happy to get it fixed and that is the reason for the rating.

I stopped going here over a year ago and now drive all the way to Braintree despite living on Cape. I found the service person to be extremely condescending and unhelpful, to the point where I won't go back because I feel so unhappy with their approach to their customers and auto repairs. It is unfortunate because I would obviously love to support my local VW place for services but I don't trust them anymore.

I had a LOT wrong with my Jetta and Tim was extremely helpful and kept me informed with what needed to be fixed. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and overall had great customer service skills. Car got fixed in an efficient manner and I am very happy with the entire team! Thank you :)

After purchasing many cars through the years, This was my first new Volkswagen purchase, and it may have been the best car buying experience I have ever had. John Crowley should certainly not be called a 'salesman', but he is in fact a caring, kind and most-helpful VW Specialist. I am happy to join the Tracy family and would recommend them to anyone for their VW needs. When I may be in the market again for another VW, Tracy VW is where I will go! Honesty and Integrity was the name of the game from start to finish. John was was so responsive to any questions I had over the past week, it felt as though taking care of my needs was his full time job, and he excelled at it! Everyone I met was great, and I want to thank you all for everything!

I ve never had a dealership try to help us more for the long term than this Tracy sales team. Instead of just selling us a car and ok see ya later thanks, they were more concerned with our goals and making sure we were in a better position in the future. Got us what we never expected for what we re comfortable with it. They re definitely not pushy at all. The sales manager is reasonable and looks out for the customer and not just after a sale. You ve got a customer for life now. We love our Volkswagens!

I dealt with Tim, and he did a good job. My only issue was wanting to know if the parts for my car came in and if I would be able to pick up my car on Friday. Honestly, it made me anxious because I needed a ride. On Thursday, Tim said he was confident, and fortunately, they did arrive, though getting in touch with the service desk between 10 and 11 was tough. I had a ride waiting for me, and I didn't want to leave that person hanging. I finally got through, Tim double checked everything, and I was good to go.

My son was on the cape visiting his dad for a week and ended up with a coolant leak. We had like days to get the car fixed (which was under warranty) so he could drive back up to Maine. Tim at the service center got us in quickly, they addressed the warranty issue and ran me through a few things that in the future I can consider. He had the car back within 24 hours. Honestly couldn't have been more pleased and thankful for their help as i'm dealing with this from another state! Thanks for all your help!

Tim in the Service Department was, as always, so pleasant and helpful. He was so reassuring about the leak in my water reservoir, and not only managed to get my car into the schedule, but fixed it by the next day. I really appreciate the friendly attitude from everyone there at VW!

Scammers. I brought my car in for one tire replacement and an oil change. I denied the alignment because my alignment was fine. I could drive with no hands for a few seconds and it was perfectly straight.After my one tire is replaced, my steering wheel cannot stay straight. Not only do the tires aggressively turn right, but the whole wheel turns. They gave it back to me this way. Once I called to tell them they messed up the alignment, they tried charging 200$ for something they screwed up.

Feeling a little uneasy, as this was the first time I had not leased an auto from Tracy - definitely no bad reason, I had spontaneously just happened to drop into a different dealership, off-Cape Cod, and the perfect auto was awaiting me. A check tire icon had come on the auto screen and so called Tracy to have it checked out, as I live on the Cape. Having lucked out - Christine Legere answered my call, whom I've worked with before, and everything just kept getting better and better from the first "hello." Thanks to Christine, found out that I had enough mileage, therefore, was now entitled to my first "complimentary" service/oil change - set the appointment and upon arrival the next day, I was treated so respectfully, so "hands-on" - so well taken care of, and they threw in a nice wash and vacuum. Am so glad I am back with Tracy - always having been taken exceptional care of me and my auto, as I've experienced before.

I've bought and sold about 12 cars in the last 4 years and this is the worst dealer i've seen. I had an awful time in service which I won't get into but what made me leave the dealer in the worst mood was a few weeks after that I brought one of our cars in that we don't use very much (but it's a lease so it has to go to a VW) and right from the start we are greeted by the "used car manager" that looked annoyed and bothered that we were even in there. (most dealers have a warm welcome) he looked like he hasn't smiled in 25 years. And then I just simply asked what the value to the car is and what is owed to maybe see if they wanted to make a deal to buy back the car because we don't use it. he took the keys and took it to the end of the parking lot and back and right away told us that he would do 17k and i owed 24. which i thought was funny and said no thank you it has 20k miles and we will keep it for that price and he said "ok but you need tires now". and once again i laughed and said "ok" because i work at a Ford dealer and know that was not true. (PS it didn't need tires when i brought it for a service two weeks ago lol) i got another VW off cape to look at the car and they instantly said 23k and made a deal with me like dealers should. Don"t go here its a joke of a dealer. They don't want to make a deal because they can't get rid of the overpriced cars they already have.

This was a very comfortable buying experience and that is important when you are purchasing a vehicle. Everyone I dealt with, from my salesman Phil to Joe in finance, was friendly, helpful and personable. Also, I did not feel rushed on my test drive, Phil knew the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions and, very importantly, there was no pressure to buy. I would highly recommend Tracey VW to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Chris always does a great job taking down my info, scheduling service for our VW Tiguan lease vehicle, and then communicating with us when it is in the bay for service, and finally, when it is ready to be picked up. VW does it right, thank you! You are efficient, friendly, and timely. Our car always comes back great from a maintenance and with a nice added benefit of a wash! Everyone there is great. Thanks for all you do!

Easy check in, Christine was friendly, patient and thorough with explanations. She was not grumpy like service staff are at other dealerships. The General Manager was there early when I dropped off, and he was positive and engaging. I was given a ride home in a clean vehicle by a very nice man (Jose?). My vehicle was available earlier than expected, and was cleaner at pick up vs when I dropped it off.

The communication was amazing! I did not feel like I was being "sold" anything or pressured into a deal. Jim worked within my parameters to put me into the exact car I wanted. The whole process was incredibly fast as well.

It was a pleasure working with the dealer, Jorge, at Tracy Volkswagen in Hyannis. My dad and I went to the dealership letting Jorge know this was my first time buying a new car. He was amazing and extremely supportive. I was able to tell him exactly what I was looking for. He was able to call other dealerships to find the car that I exactly wanted. Other dealers were telling me that it was going to take months to be able to buy a new car. Jorge was able to call other dealerships and was able to find me in a timely manner. I was originally looking at the Taos SE. After testing driving and doing some research, I ended up going with the Taos SEL.
