Clive was great and super helpful. Helped me select some great tires. Had an appointment for all day Saturday. I came in at 3:00 and he had me out before 5. Super helpful

Town fair is the best like legit the only place I will go too and have been for over 15years. They always take me right in and get me the best price available . Mike from the hyannis store was very pleasant and made my day by taking me in on a Saturday to change over a tire. I ll be up and running in no time! Very professional to Mike! Thank you Mike YOU the MAN! Five star service on everything!

I went in to drop off my car for my appointment (4 new tires) I spoke with Clive at the front desk. He was very nice and explained to me that the tires I ordered weren't in yet. He found me some others, better quality same price! He was amazing I am a happy girl. Thank you Clive!!!!!

Had a great experience here today! Came in for four tires for my work vehicle. Clive was exceptionally friendly and professional; got me in and out under the expected time. Nice seating area to watch TV while waiting. I'll be back when I need new tires for my personal vehicle. Thanks, Clive!

I was treated really well at this store when I came in for new tires and alignment. Clive was friendly and thoughtful in helping me find some quality tires within my budget. He also helped me get the credit card with 6 months interest free to put the charges on. Also I enjoyed chatting with Mike who was a big sports fan like me. Overall it was a very friendly atmosphere.

Had to get a tire plugged after running over a screw. Came to the store and Clive, at the desk, greeted me and was able to get the work needed done. Quick and friendly. I highly recommend town fair tire, a trusted name and a great bunch of people working for them.

I m Rosemary Taylor. My husband Donald is in a nursing home.. unfortunately he is now feeble after 2 strokes. I told him I needed new tires. Even in his condition, he said go to Town Fair Tire . You ve left a great impression !!! Mike was very helpful today. Good price too.

I had a flat tire, and AAA towed my car to the town fair tire located in hyannis, I spoke with Clide, and even tho they weren't able to help me due to a lack of having the tire that I need in stock, they were very helpful and nice providing all the info I need. I did have my tire replaced here before, and I definitely recommend this place.

We had a car with relatively new tires when damage occurred to the sidewall of one. I had a hard time locating the exact kind of tire that was currently on the car. Obviously I didn't want to have to replace more than the one tire if I didn't have to. I spike with Doug at the Hyannis location and he tracked down the tire for me. The service was great and we were out of there in about 35 minutes.

When I realized all four of my tires were bald as bowling balls, I asked around about where the best place was to go on the Cape. My colleagues and even our mechanic s wife told me to go to Town Faire Tire. I was also told which tires shops to avoid because they cost so much more. I told the gentleman at the store that I would be quite happy with their cheapest tires, and got a set of four, installed, for far less than I had anticipated. They told me due to their work load, it would take about 3 hours. I settled in for the wait, only to be called back less than two hours later because my car was done. These guys are top notch. Nobody tried to upsell me any fancy tires that I did not want or need, which I think is quite respectful. Friendly, fast, and honest service - and a nice waiting area! I ll definitely go back there the next time I need tires! I d recommend skipping over the other shops and go right to Town Fair. Thank you team Town Fair for helping me out today, you were every bit as great as I had been told!

The crew at Town Fair Hyannis are awesome. Even when Hyannis can be a hike living on the Cape, I will only do business with them. Shopping around at other local spots, it s like they don t even want your business. Not here. The friendly staff at Town Fair make it easy and reasonable. The peace of mind is worth the hike for me to know they re getting the job done efficiently and professionally. The culture here that Mike and his crew have established is one of respect and integrity. Especially as a woman, it makes all the difference to have a place I can trust and an environment that is safe and comfortable. They treat me like any other human walking through the door and I really appreciate that.

My best person throughout my service is Clive, he is really considerate about his job and has the best team working with him. My visit was outstanding! My service advisor Clive was very knowledgeable and able to identify the issues I was having. Moreover, he was able to offer a reasonable solution and help me get my vehicle back on the road. I would definitely recommend this service center.

I had a full 5 star experience, my attendant Mike was helpful, knowledgeable about the products and assisted me in finding the highest quality tires for my personal budget and terrain. His estimated wait time for the work being done was correct nearly down to the exact minute which allowed me to spend my wait time efficiently which I greatly appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

Mike at Hyannis Town Fair Tire was very pleasant, helpful and quick in servicing me for a tire mount and tire change. The waiting area is extremely comfortable with soft seating, free coffee and a vending machine with TV to watch. Thank you Town Fair Tire for getting me off my spare and back on the road safely and quickly.

I have had 2 great experiences at TFT in Hyannis this year. Clive set me up with a patch on my flat tire and Mike helped me get all new tires. Both of them were very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Mike was spot on with estimating the time it would take to install my new tires and do the alignment. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs servicing with their tires.
